The room was a little small but we cannot complain at all!! The beds were great. It was very clean, shower was great (loved the window in the shower). The TV channel options were plenty in Portuguese and English
The breakfast was big! Plenty to choose from and the hotel has a little bar area and restaurant. The hotel is in a great location to walk in every direction for different food options
The hotel staff was wonderful and very helpful, many of them spoke english but they were very patient to let me try my Portuguese. I would defiantly stay here again!
That was the best part, taking walks each day to explore. We had no trouble with calling an Uber or Taxi and traveled to so many tourist sites nearby
My son had to take an exam for school and the internet worked great, reliable and strong. We loved the balcony and we loved the area
Nice Breakfast!
Nice breakfesta. Many tasty and healthy options

Excellent hotel with very professional staff (particular thanks to Yan!), good facilities, nice rooms and a superb location! We arrived around 8am in the morning and chose not to pay to get early checkin, but the staff still kindly let us use the shower on the top floor and we had (paid) breakfast at the hotel
Very nice luxury hotel.
The staff was very helpful, the breakfast is awesome – don't miss it!
We also tried room service (because everything was closed on Christmas day), and it was also very good.
I review a lot about Lhotel porto bay. I always stay here when Im Sao Paulo. It’s just 30 meters away to Paulista street where things are happening: mall, restaurants, bars, cultural event
The hotel is in a great location, right on the safest and busiest Paulista Street. The room is average, the breakfast is great, in addition to the buffet you can also order it
The breakfast had a good variety! I also used the small but good hotel gym. Plus there were some nice touches like chocolates and weather forecast each evening
Very near the Main Street. Front staff are helpful and friendly. The only thing is I needed to ask for water and coffee refill in the room on 2nd day.

I had my proposal here in their private garden, and I can’t say enough good things about the staff who helped me plan it and execute it! They went above and beyond to make sure it was an amazing experience
I really appreciate this staff, everyone on the staff was so friendly as well
Total Hotel is typical to guests who intend shopping nearby! I stayed for another reason, but the room was clean, the breakfast was very good! At night I didn't hear much noise! I liked it!
If you want to go shopping you are right in the middle of the action

Therefore, I hope that these factors do not harm other people's stay, mine if I wish to return and that they can take the comment into consideration as an improvement
This is a 4 star hotel and is offered at the same price as if it's in Europe or US
but it's very old and it shows, bath has mold and it's not kept clean, breakfast is ok but the coffee machine broke and they didn't offer an alternative although they have a professional espresso machine
The room door lock is a bit of a problem, to pull hard, otherwise a bunch to open, tried the workers after cleaning the room did not tighten, I went back when the door to push open
Shower water pressure is average
Breakfast is average
It was clean and nice. The staff was friendly and I had a good time staying there.
Excellent hotel, very well located. The breakfast is very simple.

Excellent hotel! Recommend for business executives because of the location. For the weekend it is perfect for the beautiful view and excellent services. Special suite is worth it, especially for special moments.
Arthur working at the breakfast buffet was very kind and helpful. He came over to offer service multiple times during the meal without me having to ask or search for him. He was also very friendly. Great job!
Normally Celia is there on top of every need you have (she was off the day I went as well as Capitan. Matteus and all the personnel at the front desk are so nice and what’s incredible is how they remember your name
They offer a great variety of à la carte options as well as a buffet, depending on your preference. There’s also an excellent selection of fruits, juices, and breads
I highly recommend Hotel Pullman Ibirapuera. The location is great close to the Parque Ibirapuera, very clean and pleasant hotel, thanks to it’s amazing employees
Alessandra from housekeeping helped me find an earring that I had dropped and couldn’t find and in the restaurant Arthur was very attentive during breakfast

A well-located hotel for either business or pleasure in the centre of São Paulo. Great breakfast, friendly engaged service, super clean rooms and public areas. However, the WiFi speed and reliability could be better.
It was my second stay in this hotel in 2025. The facility of the hotel is aging, however the hospitality of the staff totally made up for it
Throughout my stay I felt I was warmly welcomed and nicely treated, all my requests were satisfied. I will definitely stay at the same hotel when I return to Sao Paulo in 2026
Facilities like the gym are also not great
This is a decent place to stay if you’re not expecting any frills. The bed linens and towels were a bit worn, and amenities were nearly nonexistent—just a bar of soap. On the plus side, the rooms were quite spacious
The service is by far the best thing about our stay. The staff are helpful and informative, as well as attentive and communicative. The only thing that stood out was the logistics of maintaining the rooms

This is, in my opinion, the best hotel in São Paulo. The service is excellent, from booking, with Stefany and Raissa, to breakfast! The rooms are wonderful, the view is beautiful, the hotel is perfect!
Perfect Location and great breakfast with excellent room conditions
My worst experience at a Radisson, mostly due to bad service and the room. While the lobby is modern the rest of the hotel is in bad shape: elevators that don’t work properly and rooms that have seen better days
The front desk service is great, and they often greet guests in Chinese. The breakfast is also quite rich.
Good location, not expensive, also enough different food on breakfast, staff also cool, I recommend it!!!
Excellent option in Jardins, hire Way Glats, they have cheaper prices.

Breakfast was very basic which was ok but the 'juice' was totally not juice but just some concentrate and coffee wasn't good either. It wasn't expensive but my advice is spend less ny going somewhere without a pool
The pool looked absolutely filthy and it had a weird looking broken hole in the bottom of it so I didn't even go in it unfortunately because I was concerned I might get issues
Loved it!
It was awesome. Everyone was so gentle and prompt to better assist in any doubt and/or request
I chose this hotel instead of others that looked similar in the same area because it had a pool. It was around double the price of the similar hotels that had no pool
Breakfast was standard Brazilian hotel breakfast, that is, tasty, varied, and on par with a high-end US hotel breakfast. Staff were courteous and competent
Very convenient location, charmingly retro hotel decor and vibe -- everything about the lobby and room felt like 1979, but well-maintained and with WiFi

I would recommend to pay a little extra and book the superior room instead. The renovated rooms make a big difference,
Nice stay, i liked the cleanness, good place even for a long stay i think
The service is fine, but the rooms are a bit old and might need some repairs. The hotel is surrounded by bars, nightclubs and restaurants, it is a nice spot if you want to enjoy Augusta street.
The room I chose was okay, but I had to move to another room, because of Water drops constantly hiting the air conditioner, making noise when I tried to sleep.
Breakfast was fine. The location was very good with nearby metro stations. The walk to Avenida Paulista was a hike mostly uphill.
I like value of room in this hotel, breakfast, staff, room service n suites which I stay, location of hotel

Was needed in an emergency for two nights and it was perfect for that. Very clean and even a hot breakfast with omelets!!
Good location, kind people and good rooms. Better check in with the All Accor app.
Good place to stay, close to the mall and to the interlagos track
I love Hotel ibis. They accept my pet.
I think it's a good hotel in general, but they should improve cleanliness of the shower. Breakfast was good, dinner was not so good. I asked for grilled chicken and it was too small and the waiting time was too long
Pros: Location needed, rooms are comfortable and price was affordable. Cons: Wifi signal, small rooms. Conclusion: This location this is the best hotel around. Shopping Mall was across the street

I thought everything was very good! Breakfast is wonderful with a lot of variety!
I really liked the hotel, location, service and amenities, just the shower (wonderful) which was difficult to regulate the temperature.
As I only stayed for one night, there wasn't even time to warn about it.
The restaurant was terrible; the breakfast was practically empty, and the previous buffet lunch was gone, replaced by à la carte service, which resulted in almost no one there
Great service and a good breakfast with variety.
The location is excellent, close to a beautiful mall and 10 min walking distance to the metro station, the breakfast was ok, the staff should be able to speak English at least, the rooms are not that clean and are pretty old
Very convenient location to Faria Lima , staff is friendly. Cafe is good, breakfast included. Elevators sometimes have issues.

Room service was top notch Italian fare. I had arrived early before check-in and they were very generous with the shower facilities in their spa. Security was tight, so not a problem there
Really liked the place - from the lobby to the rooms, all oozed understated elegance. The hotel is *tiny* with only 4 rooms on each floor, but it also means you get well looked after
The staff is amazing, cleaning is amazing, they always offer some kind of "gift" to the guests, breakfast is really good and both restaurants inside serve EXCELLENT FOOD
WHAT AN AMAZING HOTEL! I always stay in FASANO JARDINS when I travel to São Paulo. Near Shopping Jardins (with amazing restaurants!)
Positive: Comfortable hotel, great bed, wonderful breakfast, courteous service, exceptional spa and restaurant
Negative: Old furniture, exorbitant prices at the restaurant, I went upstairs and left with my luggage - no one offered to help, tiny pool, the spa cancelled my massage perhaps because it was complimentary, small minibar

More importantly, their rooftop terrace has no Internet connection and nobody to give you towels for the pool. Parts of the hotel are in rough shape And the renovating half of it at the moment
It is a great place to rest. The double twin room is amazing, large and clean. Strongly recommend to visiting with family.
Great hotel near avenida Paulista.
The hotel was nice and had a really good breakfast, which was one of the highlights with Pao de Queijo every morning. The lobby and restaurant area looked nice and recently renewed but the rooms are a bit run down
Overall, for the price, the property is good and it’s located close to Paulista Avenue. But it’s on a slope so you have to Paulista up and it’s hard to walk up if you’re not fit
The hotel is clean, breakfast amazing, walking distance to Avenida Paulista and MASP. The only thing I would suggest is to have bilingual ppl at front desk

The room was quite large, very clean and quite quiet (very important in a city like São Paulo). The pool is quite small but nice, the gym has basic equipment that still allows you to keep fit
Jardins is a neighborhood full of great restaurants and clubs, and is very close to the central Avenida Paulista and the metro stops Consolaçao (line 2) and Paulista-Pernambucana (line 4)
The hotel is very well located. The room was clean, the bed and shower were excellent and the breakfast was very well served. I recommend it.

Service is awesome.
Rooms and beds are big and nice.
Breakfast is repetitive but abundant.
Gym is very scarce.
Location is very good.
I was there 3 months and wouldn't mind to go back.
Rooms are nice and really clean. Service is okay, food also ok. For the the price I was expecting more tbh. Really beautiful view, good quality materials. Nice in general
Great room, nice space, neat and clean. The surroundings are not as good and the reception area is not impressive.
The hotel is a little dated, needing to modernize some equipment and structures.
It's 10-15mins walk to the Mall and subway. A good gym is 20 mins away with a cheap daily rate. I extended my stay for another week and for sure I will consider the same hotel when I get back to Sao Paulo
The hotel was clean and the bed comfortable but it has the feeling of needing modernisation, the a/c in the room was a box that blew only in your face

There are too few fitness facilities and the rooms are small. I booked this hotel because of the heated swimming pool, but it is too small and the water is not circulating
Facilities: Very good, relatively new
Cleanliness: Very good, cleaned every two days
Environment: Good location, supermarket nearby
Service: Very good, English-speaking front desk
No free bottled water, few restaurants nearby
I had a lot of support from the hotel staff who helpt me out twice(!) because of issues with my rental car and the only good contact with the rental company required Portugese language skills
Mercure Hotel Sao Paulo Paulista is definitely a place to stay in when visiting the city
It's very cosy, quiet and clean, the staff is super nice and helpful, location is perfect ( most popular atractions are in the walking distance from hotel )
The bedside faces the toilet, and the lighting in the room is very dim.

One evening, I asked where I could go to get Diet Coke (it is a Pepsi hotel). They asked how many I wanted. Off they went to the convenience store. Five Diet Cokes showed up in our room a little bit later
Literally one of the best experiences in my life. From our arrival to our exit, this was an absolute joy. Service was impeccable, rooms were spacious and well equipped with all kinds of amenities
The best hotel we have ever stayed in. They did an outstanding job of preserving as much as possible the historic buildings while creating a modern hotel with every possible convenience
The breakfast is a joy and their Guerlain spa is a must. We had a fantastic 3 nights stay, it was packed and extremely pleasant
Although one staff member called Eric, made an effort to recover the situation, the overall lack of service, leadership, and attention to detail made this stay far from what is expected of a luxury hotel
At one point, we were asked to wait despite available tables, while other guests were prioritised ahead of us

Large room with microwave and kitchenware. Rooftop pool. Quiet rooms. Good breakfast.
Very good hotel, the layout is very reasonable and warm, there is also a small kitchen, the only drawback is that the bathroom is a little small, very clean, breakfast is also good, the location is also in the city center
We like the location , was an easy walk to Rua Oscar Freire for shopping and great restaurants. Room was spacious, the small kitchenette came in handy for making tea . Quite suitable for longer stay we thot .
It is very close to Paulista Financial Street in Sao Paulo. The room is very clean. It is rare that the front desk staff speaks fluent English, which makes communication easy. The area is very safe.
The hotel is located some distance from Avenida Paulista, but since we only needed a place to stay after arriving from Istanbul before our flight to Foz do Iguaçu, it wasn't a big deal
Very good service, without any restrictions
everything went satisfactorily
very good restaurant service and excellent quality meals
polite and very helpful reception staff

Muito obrigado a todos no Golden Tower - a huge thank you to everyone at Golden Tower Pinheiros!
From booking to leaving, we were treated with great attention and friendliness. The facilities are great and everything was clean and well taken care of. I highly recommend!!!
This is my second stay at the Golden Tower Pinheiros
The rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable, the staff goes way and beyond to be helpful, the breakfast buffet is so diversified and delicious, and location could not be better. Will stay there every time I’m in SP
Alright hotel
Overall decent hotel. Our room was not ready in time so we had to wait for almost an hour in the lobby. Swimming pool, sauna and small gym.
