Hotel Onyx in Kiten

From the moment I arrived, I knew my stay at Hotel Onyx would be something special. The atmosphere is warm, elegant, and welcoming, with every detail carefully thought out to make guests feel at home.

What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the exceptional hospitality. The manager Sonia Drosseva went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. She is the heart of this hotel—professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. Whether it was offering helpful recommendations, checking in to make sure everything was comfortable, or adding those small thoughtful touches, Sonia made me feel not like a guest, but like family.

The rooms were nice, clean and incredibly comfortable. The amenities were top-notch, and the staff reflected the same kindness and professionalism that Sonia embodies.

I travel often, and it’s rare to find this level of personalized service. Hotel Onyx and Sonia have set a new standard for hospitality. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, and I will absolutely be returning.

Excellent performance for the price we paid. Excellent location. Nice pool, good variety of food on breakfast. Rooms could use same refreshing in terms of interior design but are very clean and reasonably comfy. Large terraces.

Great location, very cosy and warm welcome, excellent service, every day cleaning. Kids and pets friendly place. No words about the food - it is very delicious.

Very delighted with the place. The hotel is in a top spot - close to the beach and the food street. The food is fine. All the people working in the hotel are very polite and answer all your needs. The pool is cleaned regularly but the water is quite chilly even in the hot summer days. The wifi speed is great and there is coverage everywhere in the hotel. Good for families with children. There are parking spots as well but make sure you reserve one on time as they are limited. I strongly recommend the place.
