We had a short stay here and not during winter. But we have to admit that it is a nice and relaxing place. Room was clean, we received robe and slippers even for our 5 years old son. And other complimentary stuff for him..this was a first for us. We tried the spa area, the pool..which is small, but relaxing. Breakfast is delicious (had the avocado toast and the eggs Benedict). We had to walk around 20-25 minutes towards city center. Lots of restaurants there.

Appartements are very nice, except for the bathrooms. Heater in the bath is rather scary. 2 aircos, in the living room and bedroom. Spa and gym are not great. Limited breakfast buffet. Cannot keep the windows open at night due to noise.

Super comfortable hotel. Rooms are new and very clean. Staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Location and views are amazing. Food is good. Overall very family-friendly and positive place. Totally recommend.

A luxury hotel with all the necessary amenities. An excellent spa centre with no extra cost and a great restaurant. We had also enjoy an amazing massage at a very reasonable price. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Amaizing hotel. Clean, warm, the apartmant was very good. Stuff are very friendly and kind. I strongly suggest this hotel and for sure we will come back again. Perfect for family vacations.

We stayed one night only, but wish we were for more! Wonderful recently renovated apartments with all you need. Its not that close to the center, but its a plus because its really quiet!

The place is almost empty even during high season.Unhappy neighbours from the residential area nearby whom the new owner has completely deprived from the garden and parking by putting fences and polls. Loud construction works starting sometimes as early as 7 a.m.

We visited the Garlic Restaurant in the Hotel, Excellent food, a little more expensive than Bansko prices.

We shared a baked cheese and a pork knuckle.

Both were very well cooked and very tasty.
