good hotel for the money we paid. breakfast and dinner were simple. The receptionist and the other employees were very polite, we did not understand any bad behavior. The facilities are generally at a very good level and very clean. The swimming pool is nice and new with free public use of the jacuzzi and sauna. The only thing we did not like was that it had too much chlorine. To the point that on the 3rd-4rd day we felt a sickness.

Very good location but the rooms aren’t clean and the temperature in the apartment was very high. The breakfast was basic.

Very nice place and for a great price.
The receptionist didn't speak English so we used Google translate, but once done, we got a quick and good service.
The hotel is a bit distanced from the main street and the gondola to the ski area, but it's quite and good for driving to the mountain.

The experience was great, staff was nice and the facilities were good. The price we paid was fairly low for a hotel with a good view which includes a pool, sauna and everything. The breakfast at the hotel is a bit expensive though.

Simply delighted!
At the beginning, we were warmly welcomed at the reception, we were given all the necessary information.
The apartment we stayed in was clean, warm, just like being at home.
The food is delicious, warm.
The pool, the jacuzzi is clean, the spa is also clean.
The gondola is 10 minutes away on foot, everything is close.
I highly recommend Predela to everyone who wants to enjoy the beauties of Bansko.

Almost everyone won't talk English just some of them. The kitchen/restaurant is super pricey for the food quality which wasn't really pleasant. The staff was rude most of the time. The rooms were clean and the pool and sauna too. The place could be great but the owner and staff aren't the best option. Not friendly at all. I didn't feel welcomed there. Thumbs up to the cleaning ladies. They are the best people

They did not inform us in time that the spa was not open in order for us to stay and not get a refund. This was not correct on their part... Only the pool worked with cold water! The woman at the front desk didn't even know if the restaurant was open, very bad service....

Nice hotel and very good value for money!
We booked a week in September for mountain break, and we had an amazing time and decided to extend our stay by two more nights. Bansko is lovely in the summer and early autumn months. Everything in the hotel was excellent, our two-bedroom apartment was very well furnished and comfy, with magical views from the balcony. We made a use of the pool and SPA every day and sunbathed in the garden.
They have beautiful grounds and outside tables where we enjoyed coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Staff was very polite and helpful. Location is perfect, you can walk straight out of the hotel into the mountain paths and the town centre is only about 15 minutes’ walk. The only downside was the restaurant was not working on full schedule, you need to reorder for dinner, but the food was delicious.

A good value for the money during the summer period. Nice indoor pool with a kiddy pool and spacious jacuzzi. Decent size steamroom that was working even during the summer.
No issues in the bedrooms.
The biggest issue was the Internet - don't count on good Internet connection or any Internet connection for that matter.
If the management bothers to read these reviews they should do something about every issue and report here that it has been addressed.
