Location was perfect! You can be on the slopes within 5 minutes in the morning.
The hotel itself was okay.
However, there were a couple of small things that made our stay overall less pleasant:
- Walls are really thin and the neighbors next to our bedroom were incredibly loud which prevented us from falling asleep till 1-2 a.m.
- It’s impossible to control the heating in your own apartment and it was really hot and dry during the night.
- One of the receptionists was quite rude towards us and kept saying someone will come check the heating which never happened.

We liked:
- very friendly staff/amazing reception
- cosy bar with good food
- good restaurant
- big apartment with good kitchen
- location (on the slopes)
- great supermarket around the corner
We didn't like:
- dishes dirty in the cupboard
- 2 leaks in the bathroom (both bath and sink)
- nothing to put your stuff on in the bathroom (tablet hangs loose)...even a little plastic tabouret of 4 lev + an extra hook on the door would be helpful already
- the promise of a garage where there isn't one really ánd the fact that you pay 70 leva for a (very icy) parking outside without anyone informing you about this upfront
- no orange juice at the breakfast buffet
A tip: bring your own shower gel/shampoo, kitchen towels & dishwashing liquid.
We gladly come back but would like to see some improvement to be able to give 5 stars next time.

Good location. Needs renewvation. Friendly staff. The parking area was not cleaned thus icy and extremely slippery. Not accesible by single axel drive cars. Good breakfast service.
