Amazingly cozy place with the friendliest staff going out of their way to make sure all your needs are catered to! We've not felt more welcome anywhere else for quite a while! The restaurant and food are. There is a mini-SPA with sauna and a few other facilities. You can book a massage as well. The hotel is just 25min from Kartala ski resort.

I only used the event hall and it served the purpose. It's quite small but big enough for geoups of 20-30 people. Good location but the yard needs some attention.

The location is quite good - there is parking and you can leave your car and get to the city centre on foot as it is very close. The room corresponds to the price you pay for. The furniture is old, but the mattress is huge and comfortable enough. My child slept great.

Good place, near to center. Restaurant serve good meal. No elevator, lot of stairs, but no problem. Rooms oriented to street are more noise, but they have AC and you can close window. I enjoy stay here.

Great place. We spent a couple of days here with our dog and saw all the amazing sights in and around the town. The hotel is cozy, quiet and neat, the staff are friendly. I recommend this hotel because you can feel more comfortable here than a lot of other places where they charge you double. Nice hotel with a wonderful spa. Room was noisy at night. Seemed to be security guards outside our window talking and laughing until well after midnight. Road noise was a problem until after midnight. Ask for a room on the back side away from the road.

Lovely room This hotel is on a pedestrian sidewalk so there is no vehicle noise. The bed was so comfortable. The room was really nicely decorated. There is a fridge in the room with water bottles and coffee and tea as well. Lovely place to stay.
