It's a lovely hotel. We visited it mainly for the SPA facilities, which are exceptional. The breakfast and dinner are also good - plenty of delicious food for everyone. For Bulgaria the hotel is of good quality. Delicious food, polite staff. The rooms are already a bit where something in need of repair. Jacuzzi not working. Gym is purely symbolic. To the ski lift 1.2 km away.

Nice hotel generally. The room was big and comfortable. The spa services were great, but the stairs out of the pool were full of water and slippery. Also, there was a broken tile out of our bathtub. Apart from these, the breakfast was great with a big variety of products and the staff was very kind. Not everyone from the staff knew English, so it wasn't really easy to communicate.

Just returned from a long weekend in Bansko staying in the Parklands Hotel. I have been to Bansko many times now and stayed in numerous hotels over the years, this has to be the best accommodation by far! Rooms well equipped and a good size, staff very friendly, nothing was too much problem for them, 5-10mins walk to the main bar/restaurant area and the main gondola Will def be using these guys again

The hotel is nice, and the spa is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., which can be short. The gym is good, and the children's playroom is smaller, but plenty of toys. You can rent ATVs and skiers, and they can even provide a ski school. Kudos to this hotel and its staff.

I first stayed at MPM Guinness Hotel in 2017, and after 8 years, I returned in 2025 with the same level of satisfaction. The hotel maintains its high standards with clean and comfortable rooms, delicious food, and excellent service. This hotel's location is hard to beat for winter enthusiasts. Plus, the morning fuel-up is fantastic, with a breakfast buffet boasting a bounty of delicious choices. Let's start with negatives: Room housekeeping hit and miss, can be mega late in the afternoon by which time you're busy in the room. Dinner, unlike most other hotels you can't even get water with your dinner... Less expensive hotels give free drinks, beer and wine with your dinner and water if necessary. WiFi: awful! The rooms are very specious and cosy, with plenty of storage and very good size beds, we stayed in two bedroom apartment and we had two separate bathrooms which made it very comfortable. On arrival the foyer is cosy and inviting with a large and very impressive fire. Reception staff very helpful. Rooms are not so fancy but met our needs. We actually had to move rooms following a plumbing emergency (freak occurrence, not a reflection on the hotel). Great hotel for our first family skiing holiday. We stayed half board and in the 2 bedroom apartment. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The food was wonderful- but if you have fussy eaters you may struggle as there’s no chips and chicken nugget type options. The spa was brilliant and a welcome treat after a day of skiing. The whole hotel was really child friendly and welcoming. We will be returning

Service was great, rooms were very well kept, Bobby the bartender was really nice and showed us where to go out around Bansko. I really hope Bobby is there when we come back next year, the food was really nice and very affordable. Bansko is a very affordable and nice place for holidays.
