Problems with WI-FI and hot water

Hotel several km from Razlog and Bansko. There is parking just infront of the hotel. Free of charge. There is not even one light on the road to the Hotel for 3-4 km. Spacious rooms but Sofa bed it's far from comfortable. Clean bathroom, towels,spa and pool. Staff is polite. Its quiet, peaceful and with a car it takes 15 min driving to Bansko or Razlog.

It was a real pleasure to be a guest in this wonderful hotel. The room was more than amazing, the whole hotel, all the rooms were warm all the time. Nice stay A very nice stay here, very comfortable bed, all new after a recent refurb. Great pools and gym. My only gripe was that the hot breakfast was not hot, in fact quite cold for some items.

The location is very good. Just outside the hotel is a commercial street full of restaurants and souvenir shops.

Overall a really good experience. If you come here expecting the Ritz then you will be disappointed but we found the hotel to be excellent value for money. Room, and the toilet, or specifically toilet seat, could be much cleaner. Toilet seat had "desinfected" label on it, but was dirty. Cups left by the kettle still had coffee on them🤢. I loved this hotel. We stayed in March in a deluxe 2 bedroom suite which had a great view and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable too. It is a great location for the ski lift and a walk into Bansko town. The staff were nice and helpful. The spa and pool are a great asset too, along with their staff and good priced treatments. Top level restaurant: every day for dinner new dishes, all products are good and excellent quality, all products are natural. On the third day stopped myself and did not eat extra. It was hard to stop myself. Nice hotel with its own underground parking, spa and sky rental.

The location and the Food are the only good things about this hotel. If you only interested in the minimum place to sleep and have breakfast then choose this places to stay, otherwise look somewhere else! The rooms are bare minimum, we booked one room with a double bed and a second room with two single beds, we got two double beds and forced one of the members to sleep on the couch in the living room...

We had a great stay at Casa Karina Bansko! The rooms were clean but quite tired and could use some renovation. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist with any request. The kitchen was excellent, offering a varied and delicious buffet, but unfortunately, no water was provided for dinner. It's located a little way off the main street, Pirin Street, making it convenient for sightseeing and dining, but it may be difficult to get there by public transportation. It tends to get crowded during breakfast hours.

Hot tubs weren't open but pool was and it was very nice. Breakfast is sufficient. Front desk staff nice. Good value.

I was on a short ski vacation with my son. The hotel is in a wonderful location in the centrum of Bansko. The spa center is very basic and needs renovation. The breakfast is sufficient for a passing grade.The hotel has an excellent shuttle bus service. The entire staff was very pleasant and kind. We had a good experience staying here. Yes the hotel is a bit tired but our room was clean, the spa facilities were great! There is a huge swimming pool, sauna and steam room which were clean & fabulous to use after a days skiing. The pool always had someone in attendance. It was never too busy. The staff were friendly and helpful. 5 mins Walking distance to the old town & about 13 to the slopes....

We spend 7 days in this hotel ! It was ok, not 4 star for sure , but ok . Location was good , driver who brings you to gondola as well ! Swimming pool was nice and warm , sauna didn’t work :( In room was nice and warm , good view . Pillows are a bit small , but it’s ok . They also gave us 10% discount for equipment rental . In general we had good experience , just not 4* .
