Hotel several km from Razlog and Bansko. There is parking just infront of the hotel. Free of charge. There is not even one light on the road to the Hotel for 3-4 km. Spacious rooms but Sofa bed it's far from comfortable. Clean bathroom, towels,spa and pool. Staff is polite. Its quiet, peaceful and with a car it takes 15 min driving to Bansko or Razlog.

A couple of hours’ drive from Sofia in the very picturesque town of Bansko, the hotel has ample parking space and is vary easy to get to.  Staff, more specifically reception, restaurant and servicing are very courteous and kind. Nice spa and convenient for skiing. They have shuttles available to go up to the gondola. Service not the best. Room cleaning not great. No room service. Breakfast was terrible.

Not realy a 4star hotel. Rooms are very small, with small closet which can never fit your and your family's skiing gear (jackets, pants...) breakfast is good, so is dinner. Spa is decent.

The hotel has plenty of facilities, staff were friendly, the breakfast buffet had lot's of choice of cold and hot items, the spa was nice with an outdoor hot tub. The rooms were a little dated with small twin beds and our bath leaked from underneath but the shower was nice and hot! Location for the gondola was perfect.

Stayed here in Mar 24, there is plenty of accommodation in Bansko so it is a bit of a lucky dip. Hotel is well located for the main gondola station. The rooms are very 80's and basic, we had an apartment so thought we could cook something simple or at least make a hot drink in the 'kitchen'. Very well positioned, very close to the gondola and far from the noise of the center. The food is good. The rooms are clean. Overall, should be invested because you can see the passage of time and some things are a bit degraded. The elevator requires maintenance, it gives you the impression that it can break down at any time.

Coming from Singapore , we had an amazing experience dining at Molerite . The owners brought us for a beautiful tour of their home made wines and cellar. Food was amazing children had a great experience highly recommend for a very unique experience fr and good quality food.

Very stylish and authentic restaurant! Traditional Bulgarian food served in cosy atmosphere accompanied by Bulgarian folklore music. The meals are huge and are seasoned with traditional Bulgarian spices! They also have a great variety of wines from their own wine cellar! I visit this place every time I am in Bansko!

Beautiful hotel! The location is perfect as across the street starts downtown & ski lift is near by! I love the views from the room! Super beautiful! The one downside is the inside accessibility in regards to getting to your room, there are a lot of stairs up & down leading to rooms. Beautiful rooms & staff is super nice!!!! Nice hotel with nice room and balcony. Many steps and corridors, but ok once you get used to it. Bathroom needs a sliding door as access is very limited.

Nice stay A very nice stay here, very comfortable bed, all new after a recent refurb. Great pools and gym. My only gripe was that the hot breakfast was not hot, in fact quite cold for some items.
