I only used the event hall and it served the purpose. It's quite small but big enough for geoups of 20-30 people. Good location but the yard needs some attention.

One of the best places to ski in Bulgaria! Certainly very unique in it's location and style. There is almost nothing around, so you can ski freely ball you want, and there is an elevator going from your hotel room to the ski life ..I kid you not! Overall, we had so much fund and will repeat for sure!!:)

The best off-piste spot in Bulgaria! Stick to the pow 20-50m right from the lift for the time of your life! PS: brace yourselves for some technical narrow paths at the bottom of the hill! Keep in mind that you simply have to take your board off for 20m of walking at the very bottom, but IT'S WORTH IT!!!

Amazing place, lovely service and greatly maintained! Fabulous food and restaurant and we were more than pleased with the service and special attention we got from our waiter- Alexander! The room we slept in was pretty big and the bathroom was also big but it had no balcony. Breakfast was not that diverse and you did not have many options but it was quite tasty 😋! Really good place overall. We were able to book it on the same day as we arrived. The receptionist was really nice and waited for us to arrive late in the night. The rooms were spacious and clean. The only downside was the breakfast which was a bit lacking but a great place to stay overall!

Starting with most amazing part of the journey: “The food!” as it was incredible. Absolutely everything tasted amazing and the quality of products used is top notch. Animation for kids, the pools and how grouped and easy to reach was amazing. The rooms were clean, the view stunning, and the staff very helpful. Very enjoyable stay during hot summer days.

Perfect venue and amenities, great food. Great view, fresh air and all spa goodies make it a perfect place for a summer or a winter snowy vacation or an stress-free visit 2-3 times a year. It's a lovely hotel. We visited it mainly for the SPA facilities, which are exceptional. The breakfast and dinner are also good - plenty of delicious food for everyone. The rooms are good size with a large bed, but no air conditioner. You can go for a walk in the area or you can visit the Veterans Hut which is around 4 km from the hotel. Highly recommend.

It is clean, comfortable, good looking, BUT not well maintained. Some furnitures are dirty, some facilities are broken. It is 3 km away from Bansko and Razlog, near the main road, near a forest and small river.

It was like I was at home. Small, cozy, tidy. We lacked absolutely nothing. Extremely clean place. Dishes, utensils, iron, hairdryer, toaster, kettle, books 📚, cleaning products and accessories. Stayed there for a company event. Rooms were very nice decorated and clean. Restaurant is well organized and the food is tasty. Very nice and flexible personnel. The hotel manager was always there when we needed her. The hotel has spacious parking outside and indoor underground parking.

Hotel several km from Razlog and Bansko. There is parking just infront of the hotel. Free of charge. There is not even one light on the road to the Hotel for 3-4 km. Spacious rooms but Sofa bed it's far from comfortable. Clean bathroom, towels,spa and pool. Staff is polite. Its quiet, peaceful and with a car it takes 15 min driving to Bansko or Razlog.

The Green Wood hotel is a great place to stay. Me and my husband stayed at the hotel for two nights and everything was brilliant, staff were lovely and professional, the room was very nice, the food was excellent. It was a huge pleasure to be guests of the Green Wood Hotel.

The hotel is great value for money! We stayed there after a hike to the Rila lakes and it was all perfect - the staff were polite, the apartment was nice and clean, spa was good and the outdoors pool was great with lots of beds on the side to rest. Food in the restaurant is also good and quite cheap. Altogether great stay there, would recommend!
