I made booking try phone and even there wasn't specified that I wanted to stay 3 days On second day they keep calling me on the phone. The receptionist (younger one) so rude approach if she is able she will kick you at any time now willing to assist. Th food on HB tasty dpa I good. Transport to gondola be carfull they drop you on one place and you have to reed the small letters that there is different pick up point to go back to hotel. No one will explain you that. We arrived by mistake 15 min earlier to openi g time of the restaurant for dinner and again you will almost get killed at the beginning. Later they calm down as I apologized. Overrool friendliness of staff very poor no all there are some willing to help but some as I mention they will kick you out just not to border them with any questions. Bot good value for the money. I think the mentality of the staff is same as it was in the 90th no matter they progress in EU hospitality is stuck in somw post Bulgarian Era.

We are a family of 2 and spent 5 days at this hotel in early January. We booked a studio and a family of friends with 2 kids booked an apartment. The first impression was nice, as the lobby looks amazing. But once we got to the rooms we were unpleasantly surprised, as they don't look like in the pictures. The bathroom is extremely small and very far away from a 4-star rating. Also, the lobby bar waiter was quite rude, rolling his eyes whenever somebody at the table was not ordering. The receptionist (the elder one) was also reluctant to help when we had a problem with the slots machine in the game room. Also, the pool water is not as warm as expected.

There were also good parts of staying here: the cleaning was done daily and the cleaning ladies were amazing, there is a shuttle bus to and from the gondola and the hotel has a ski rental. The breakfast food was really good and varied. The restaurant also has tasty food. The rooms are very warm and the hot water is actually hot.

I had a very disappointing experience at Greenlife Hotel. The conditions were very poor. The room was not at all like the photos shown online, which was misleading.

The hotel lobby closes at 10 PM, and guests are not allowed to sit there to watch TV afterward, which is very inconvenient. The housekeeping staff were rude and unfriendly.

At dinner, they don’t even provide free water — you have to pay for it, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this type.

Overall, I do not recommend this hotel due to poor service and misleading information.

Organized a training at the hotel, the atmosphere was cozy and professional; the rooms, views, and location were amazing; food was awesome (also the vegetarian food was diverse!); but most of all staff was super friendly and helpful! Everyone in staff! The housemaids, the receptionists, the restaurant managers, the barmen. Thank you!

something happened to me and I couldn't go and I asked for a refund they didn't accept it I told them at least if I can change the dates and they didn't answer my phone calls or messages to find a solution unacceptable behavior

An excellent choice to stay. The hotel is out of Bansko, on the way to the mountain, the area is quiet, with great views and nice. The kids could walk around and have fun in the nature. The hotel has a spa area and a pool (depth 1.30m all around). The breakfast buffet has everything you will need for a full breakfast.
The staff is smiling and helpful.
The hotel is kids friendly, only have to be careful in the pool area.

My experience at Hotel Green Life Bansko was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The front desk staff were incredibly polite and welcoming, making us feel right at home the moment we arrived. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The breakfast offered was excellent—delicious, varied, and beautifully presented, providing a perfect start to each day. The hotel boasts a spacious parking lot, which was very convenient for us. Our rooms were spotless and cleaned daily, and the view directly overlooking the mountain peaks was simply stunning—waking up to that scenery was a true delight. The hotel’s amenities were top-notch. The air and thermal water baths were amazing—so relaxing after a long day of exploring. The massage service was excellent and just what we needed after a long drive. The hotel's location is unbeatable—situated in the best spot in Bansko, with plenty of taverns around and the town center just a short, convenient distance away. The 17 km thermal bath experience was unforgettable, offering unbelievable relaxation and healing for only 50 euros per day. For outdoor enthusiasts, the gondola to the mountain peak at 2200 meters is just a 20-minute drive or a lovely walk, giving access to breathtaking views and hiking trails. Additionally, the Skylift is only 10 minutes away from the hotel, making it easy to explore the mountain scenery. This place is perfect for all ages—whether you're seeking relaxation, adventure, or family fun. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be returning. I had the most fantastic time in Green Life Bansko. I got a bit scared about what to expect after reading the reviews on trip advisor. So when we arrived I was pleasantly suprised! The room was clean and very nice, exactly what you would expect of a 4 star hotel. The reception people were very friendly and helpful even tho I was asking a tone of probably stupid questions, always willing to help no matter the matter with a smile on their face. The staff for the resturant and bar were fantastic extremely friendly and helpful! By the end of our stay we had befriended them and even had a running joke haha. They even opened the lobby bar for us half an hour early on our departure day, so we can have coffe before our driver picked us up! You can tell these folks really love their work there and care for their guests!

On a side note only thing that I found a bit disappointing was the lack of AC but to be honest it's understandable because it's a ski resort and well summers there didn't used to get warm. So I can't be too mad about it. Opening the windows does wonders, so it's not too bad!

Over all I had a fantastic time! I wouldn't listen to the reviews that complained about the staff, because it's just not true. Please respect the staff, they are great people and don't forget your service will as good as you treat them 😉!

Liked · Location, navigation - perfect. Staff, accommodation - great. Amenities, comfort - wonderful. Service, care - on a level. Food, drinks - delicious. Additional extras - good. Disliked · No air conditioning! There are no cosmetic stands in the shower cabin + there is no shower head in the bathroom, and one small handset... The door had gaps - one finger at the top and half at the bottom.

This was an Amazing Holiday in Bansko especially in this Hotel. It was an Excellent stay. Great Staff in which I also have to mention: Georgi, Mitko, Toni. They were really nice and Professional. We felt Home ! Food was Excellent too including also the Breakfast. Keep it up and will definetely return !!
