We booked five nights at the Grand Royale Hotel in Bansko, Bulgaria. To our surprise, we received a spacious apartment of about 70 square meters, with a balcony overlooking the breathtaking mountain views and snow-covered peaks. After just five days, we extended our stay to 14 days. The reasons are many: - An excellent and varied breakfast - Outstanding cleanliness — the hotel is constantly being cleaned throughout the day - A wonderful spa, including a large swimming pool and a children’s pool - Three different types of saunas - A salt room - Massage services What won our hearts the most was the hotel manager, Maria, who was available for every request with patience, kindness, and genuine care. We highly recommend this hotel, as it is truly exceptional compared to all the hotels we have stayed in over the past several years. The Gez Family

First of all ı would like to thank your hospitality. We stayed 2nd time at Grand Royale, its like our home in Bansko. Location is very good. Rooms and cleanless is very nice. Maria from Reservation department is very helpfull, thank you Maria for your help during reservation process and the room. We did not have any languagae bareer with the staff. All staf that ı spoke can speak english.

We booked this hotel for 5 nights during christmas period. Breakfast was amazing, service from staff was great, the hotel has a lot of options to keep kids busy if you have any children, spa was one of the best facilities on site. Our one bed apartment was spacious, comfortable, clean washroom. Only problem was that the walls were thin and we could hear quite a bit of noise from other rooms which kept us awake till late most nights.

The only complaint was that the internet was close to non-existent no matter what area of the property we tried. That was part of the reason we did not stay another night. The spa area was nice with very few guests around. Not walking distance to the city center, but taxes are readily available.

My partner and I had a really enjoyable 4 night stay at the hotel. It’s very charming in a quiet location. The hotel is very clean and has a very relaxed ambiance. The room was excellent, having a separate living room.
The swimming pool and spa was included in the stay and was a real treat!
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was plentiful and a wide variety of food. If we return to Bansko, we would look to stay at this hotel.

I’m thrilled! It was our first time here and I’m really pleased with our experience. Stuff was polite, helpful and welcoming. Rooms and hotel amenities were very clean. Variety of entertainment for children and everything was very comfortably spaced-pool, jaquzzi, sauna, salt room, indoor playground, movies, entertainment, restaurant & lobby bar. Food was fresh and tasty, servers just wonderful. This hotel has everything you need for family vacation with kids and most of all- this place is very special because of its people. Great job! We will be back again.

Excellent Stay at Grand Royale Complex & SPA!

Our stay at Grand Royale Complex & SPA in Bansko was absolutely excellent! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.

The food was delicious and incredibly varied, catering to all tastes. The SPA and pool area were well-maintained and provided the perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes. The hotel bar was well-stocked, and the bartender was exceptionally friendly and attentive.

One of the biggest advantages was the spacious parking area—a great convenience. Additionally, the shuttle bus to the gondola was extremely useful, making our ski experience seamless.

Overall, a fantastic stay, and we will definitely return! Highly recommended!
