Hotels with pool and beach in Primorsko

I stayed in one of the south-facing apartments, overlooking the pool, there was a bit of music in the evenings from the pool bar, but I was on a high floor and it was just a light background music

We were happy with our stay there, even though we caught the season just starting so the water was a bit cool

An additional attraction is the river that separates the hotel from the beach and which must be crossed either by a bridge in the near distance or by a raft right next to the hotel

Hotel with old and strangely behaving elevators. It has its glory days behind it, but it is in a good location near the south beach

The all-in option was really rich, lunch and dinner with a large selection of dishes, there was even seafood and shark. In the afternoon, delicious pizza was served, for which there was a queue every day

I could talk a lot about the absolutely gorgeous view from my balcony. It felt like the hotel is in Park Strandzha's national reserve. I must have spent literal hours just lounging in the armchair, staring outside

Our stay at Jeravi hotel was pleasant but definitely not great. There were a few cons that we couldn’t ignore. The first thing that put us off was the seating at the beach

The only bad thing was that the frape and freshly squeezed juice are not included in the all inclusive

This is our second time visiting and I can say that we are all more than happy with Hotel Jeravi! The food is excellent and they replenish all the food very quickly when it runs out! If you like fish and meat in general you're gonna love this cousine! Rooms are very nice and clean with a good view and beach is very close to the hotel! The animation program is in Czech and Bulgarian and the animators...

Excellent location, right next to the beach with private sun loungers and umbrellas. Very nice and tasty food, rooms cleaned daily. Just on 10 min walking distance from the centre. I would definitely recommend it

The hotel is located in close proximity to the north beach in the village of Primorsko. The rooms are more than decent and the common areas are well maintained

They also have little pool so you can rest there if the weather is not good enough for going to the beach

The bonus was that we booked a room with a view of the city, but we got a room with a sea view for free

Overall, a peaceful stay with beautiful sea views and pet-friendly accommodation. Some of the furniture could use an update, but the cleanliness and reasonable prices make it a good choice, especially in the off-season.

Very nice hotel, but beacuse it is close to the sea the humidity is a little bit higher. Great meals and the rooms are air conditioned

There are few things I can point out, but not as negatives, more like an improvements: there are no safe boxes in the rooms, no towels provided at the pool, the ice cream should be served since lunchtime not with the afternoon snack and the pool bar closing time could be extended with one more hour to 23, of course all this is minor things that don't affect the whole experience

Solid place to stay for access to beach and general area. The buffets were all decent and staff was helpful. Cool view of the pool below and a defunct neighboring water park

The pool can not accommodate even half of the vacationers i. the wind is too strong and you don't want to be on the beach. People were SMOKING EVERYWHERE

We had an amazing family holiday in Arcutino family resort!The rooms were spacious and very clean, the food was fresh, good variety, something for everyone,the staff were absolutely brilliant and the beach was lovely

The waiter was adding olive oil to the salad basically pouring it and waiting for someone to say "stop", but he did not instruct us to say stop. We were not offered water even though the temperature was 35C

There were many more other things. The food however was good and tasty. There is a open view to the sea, but there were a lot of beach chairs stacked on large pales in front of the restaurant

We have asked for lemon slice which was missing from the fish-based dish, and we've got a little lemon juice instead for which we get a charge as half of the "fresh" - basically 4 levs for a lemon slice

Prime location that is just great. As per the fancy status it’s not great to get served by a waiter in an adidas jacket. A restaurant like this should maintain a status all the time

we spent our summer vacation in St. we had great time, they have private beds with umbrellas at the beaches + five swimming pools for the guests. the view from our room was amazing, probably the best we have ever had

The scenery around the hotel is amazing. There is a main hotel and a few apartment building scattered around it. The hotel rooms are comfy and renovated. You can also rent an apartment in one of the other buildings

Surely the best hotel at the Bulgarian seaside! We've been staying in this hotel for the past 6 years and each time it is great and even better! Management is impeccable as you can see in every detail from your arrival to the last day of your stay

We really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel is clean, the staff are very helpful and friendly and the breakfast buffet was fantastic! It's a 5 minute walk to the beach and 15 minute walk to the aqua park and amusement park

I never once felt sand in the bathroom or elsewhere, which says a lot for a seaside hotel. Reception was helpful and friendly, with young English-speaking staff who were always willing to help

The beach was just around 3-4 minutes away and sunbeds were available free of charge. Affordable transport to + from Primorsko/Kiten was available every 30 minutes. Great opportunities for a walk

Beach is very clean and water depth is small (knee deep) for about 50m, making it very child and pet friendly. The hotel complex is huge and blends with the forrest around it

Clean, confortable, nice mix of forest and beach. Food varied and fits all tastes. Pet allowed in room and on the restaurant deck

Our family room was lovely and clean, cleaning service was on duty every day. Variety of food and drinks at restaurant. Only one minus for toilet by the pool - should be cleaned up at least one more time during the day

The lifeguard whistles at someone every now and then, so it is unpleasant. The prices on the beach are very high. It was €10 for an umbrella, 2 sun loungers and a table. A popsicle costs €3, a beer almost €3

Unfortunately, the wind was blowing during the entire stay and there were big waves and of course a red flag. So you can only jump into the sea during the swell. There are times when you swim a little

The hotel base is nice, there was a lot of space for me and my family, the gardens were spacious. The room was okay and it was cleaned every day. The food was delirious, there were many different options and I enjoyed it

Hotel rooms are a bit outdated, but the restaurant and its staff are amazing. Waiters and waitresses are really nice and beatiful. Caring and always ready to help. (2 adults and 2 kids from Czech rep.)

The restaurant offers a variety of food, one wonders what to eat, and the themed dinners are simply the top. Serviza is full of young and ambitious people who try to satisfy all guests to the max

It's modern, clean, short walk from the beach. Spa and breakfast were included for our room. Very nice pool area with a bar. Large kids play room on the first floor. Small shops and good variety of eateries all around

Siena Palace is absolutely amazing place to stay clean rooms, service is always great, breakfast is very good too. It near north beach which is IMHO best beach in primorsko

Mid-September is off season , it's quiet, no crowds, the weather and the sea are still super nice and warm

The room was large (we were 2+2) and cleaned daily. The food was varied, everyone could find something for themselves. You could walk to the sea in exactly 7 minutes. The water in the pools was clean

Of course, there were some downsides. The room needed renovation, most of the food was mediocre, and the water in the pools was cold

Two swimming pools and an area for children. One thing has to be regulated by the hotel - smoking on the terrace of the restaurant. People are having dinner, children around but some guests don't care and smoke

Probably that's why the pool area is always empty ore very few people around. If you don't need a pool the hotel is perfect

I was positively surprised with quite few things: - rooms are spacious and nice (taking into account its age) - pool is large with enough of sunbeds, there’s also “no sunbed reservation” policy so some don’t risk leaving their towels at 6am :) I wouldn’t say those would get removed by the staff after an hour (as stated in the policy), but it seems to be keeping people from doing it anyways - very...

Great location, just across the street from the sea. Very large variety of food, everything clean and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful

We enjoyed our stay and will go again. In particular, the staff were all excellent and the standard of food was very good. You can park your car just down the side of the hotel. And just a few minutes walk to the beach.

The hotel is on a quiet street but is very close to everything - town square, beach alley, amusement park. The water park was not too far, too, so we walked there on one of our vacation days

There were slopes explicitly for younger kids in one area of the park, so that was cool. We stayed by the pool a few mornings, because the water was so clear, and the kids just wanted to swim right away - so much fun

All the meals we had were so delicious! We got to our rooms and they were very clean and spacious. The hotel was renovated in 2024 so everything was brand new. The beds were comfy, and my wife loved the pillows

The food was a bit repetitive, but there were always some fruits and desserts available, which was a nice touch. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel!

We found a very relaxing bar near the hotel for late nights, because we couldn’t be too far from the kids after 23:00. Breakfast and dinner were included, and we liked the variety

Breakfast becomes, but Hladilnika the room was small and not estudava. The pool to 23 hours and cannot use it, which is a disadvantage. The staff is polite and cool Chicks

Good hotel, didn't book a room, we just walked in and asked and since they close on Friday,(end of the tourist season) we got a decent deal. Pool was out of commission though as they where getting ready to close
