Great location at the heart of the town, close to both beaches. Clean and spacious room with a large balcony. Room has TV, fridge, WIFI. The host was friendly, welcoming and responds quickly.

Mediocre at best. Parking is limited to 3 spots and it is first come first served basis. We had to ask for towel change every day. No 24/7 reception.

The hotel is very close to the beach and the city center. Good value for money. Room and bathroom without any complaints - everything worked. The terrace could have been at least one tile wider 😀. The food is not buffet style and is the same for everyone - one type of breakfast/dinner, there is more to be desired, but for this money that's it 😉. Very nice and cozy hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and responsive. It is close to the North Beach and 5 minutes from the main square in Primorsko. With parking spaces, in case they are occupied, there is a free municipal parking lot 5 minutes away, which even in the height of the season (we were in the beginning of August) has a lot of free spaces. I recommend!

It is almost impossible to find such a clean and cozy place for the price that the rooms in this guesthouse are rented for. Amazing host, responsive and the place is within walking distance of shops, traditional restaurants and the main shopping street.

The house has spacious, cool rooms and excellent hygiene! The location is also good - the North and South beaches are a 10-minute walk away. Nearby there are shops, snacks .... the summer cinema and the water park are a minute's walk away🙂. We are also very satisfied with We will be happy to repeat! Hogiena is excellent, the owners are calm and responsive. We were not disturbed during our stay. The location is pretty good, it is close to the southern beach, the center, the amusement park, and at the same time offers peace and quiet evenings. This is the third year in a row we have been visiting this wonderful hotel. Location, cleanliness, attitude of the always smiling owner, everything is top notch! We stayed here for 4 nights while we completed a SCUBA diving course at the very nearby Marina Diving Center. The hotel is dated: the bathrooms and the facilities are in a little worn-down shape, but the price is right for 3 of us. I don't recommend staying here unless the other hotels are completely full. The hotel is an OK alternative for people with pets, like me. The restaurant is decent, with average food. Very nice clean hotel, nice pool area and very convenient to the local beach, approx 300m. It's around 4km outside Sozopol the nearest large town and sea resort. There was a little bit of detail missing in the hotel, such as the kettle which is listed and no sheets, which I'm sure would have been easily resolved, but as a stop over we didnt. Staff very helpful, and friendly.

Very nice place with a great location. Ver clean, the personnel is polite. Great premises, 5 min walk to the beach. On the downside they can fit the rooms with door nets as there are mosquitos at night and also the soundproofing of the rooms can be improved. I recommend this place. This place is a bit out of the way, but nice. Don't come out of season though because nothing is open. The pool is nice and everything is clean. The facilities are OK and the lovely beach is over the road. There is also a small play ground for babies.

The buildings and the common grounds are amortized and not well maintained. It’s wet and slippery around the pools. The restaurants are expensive for the quality of the food and the location. The apartment we rented was nice. There are several pools on the property, but if you don’t rent an apartment directly from the reception, you have to pay for the the pool and beach chairs.

It was clean, very friendly staff, it is very close to the beach and also close to old town for evening walks, they have their own restaurant with a disconut for those who stay there. The breakfast is varied and you can ask for several portions if not enough. There is also underground parking at extra charge which is better then leaving the car on the side of the road on public parking.

We had 2 rooms, one double on the first floor and one studio on the third floor. We couldn’t wait to leave from there. Studio on the upper floor had a very strong toilet drainage system smell, and it was not replaced. Hotel fare from the sea, and people were swimming in the duck pond.
