Reviews
From the moment I arrived, the staff stood out with their warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. They made me feel welcome and well cared for in a way that’s rare even at high-end hotels.
The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable.
The food was another highlight. Every dish was delicious and thoughtfully prepared.
The location was also a pleasant surprise – peaceful, yet conveniently close to the beach.
Honestly, I had a much better experience here than in some of Bulgaria’s luxury resorts that charge double the price but don’t come close in terms of service or atmosphere. This place truly raises the bar for what hospitality should be. Definitely will come back!
TERRIBLE end of vacation. She even took plate out of my sister's hand durning lunch?! (That we paid for!)
After a while I got it solved with my travel agency.. It just made my experience terrible. Couldn't imagine what it would be like without one.
note: after 3 months we got no explanation from management, why that happened.
+ Rooms are quite nice except for the bathroom that just looks good, but it's not practical.
- Only one room key, you have to keep yours at reception if you want to be independent from others. They never verified the identity of anyone who tried to get that key.. so really not secure.
+ We got fresh towels everyday. The hotel seems clean.
- One day we went for whole day trip and cleaning lady left out room unlocked! UNACCEPTABLE
- Personell does not speak English.
- You gotta walk around smelly trash bins through main entrance because other entries are locked.
- Foods look way better than they taste.
+ Quite good ice cream and Pizza.
- Night sleep is terrible. Restless nights for me. - Strong bass from nearby club 00:00-04:00 local time. Early in the morning crying kids from other rooms. Looking forward to enjoy peace at home.
- No power outlet near the bed.
I recommend the hotel owner to invest into digital key cards for rooms and other entries to the hotel that supposedly must be now locked.. It would make the stay for guests better and rooms would be more secure when you can just lookup who entered that room etc.. now security is kinda bad with just one security camera aiming at entrance to the technical room
Replacement of personnel at reception would make our stay wayy better.
Just make them learn 30 English phrases... At least they could do something else than just sit with their mobile phones.
(Many times when I went there to pick my room key they stared at me like a monkey and didn't say a word...)
On the plus side, the rooms and the hotel looked exactly like the photos, so there were no unpleasant surprises upon arrival. The location was convenient, with shops, restaurants and a local train stop nearby. Cleanliness was impeccable, with daily towel changes, weekly sheet changes, and well-maintained hotel grounds. The animation team deserves special mention. They were truly outstanding; they spoke English fluently and actively engaged guests around the pool, inviting everyone to join in activities like water polo, pétanque, darts, mini disco etc. Most of the staff were very friendly, although, unfortunately, two receptionists were unprofessional and unhelpful, with limited language skills to Bulgarian and little Russian, making communication difficult.
However, there were several downsides to our stay. The food often looked better than it tasted, though we could always find something tasty. The restaurant frequently ran out of glasses, so we had to drink from plastic cups, which was disappointing. Noise was another issue, as the music from nearby clubs, particularly the bass, could be heard even with the windows closed, disturbing our sleep. The walls between the rooms were also quite thin, so we could hear everything from neighboring rooms. Additionally, the trash bins in front of the hotel emitted a strong, unpleasant smell. Another major drawback was that the hotel’s gates were locked, forcing us to use the main entrance, which significantly increased the walk to the beach—something we didn't expect. Lastly, our room had only one available electrical outlet, so we had to unplug the noisy fridge and move the extra bed to access another outlets.
Overall, while the hotel had its strengths, such as its cleanliness and the excellent animation team, the issues with the reception staff, the lack of proper glasses in the restaurant, the noise, and locked gates were significant drawbacks.

Only two notes. The children's pool was cold (it was build under the shadow of trees), and I didn't saw life guard nier the pool.
In general I would come back again there.
Very clean and rooms with modern furniture.
Good location.
Nice and kind staff.
