I recommend. The hosts are great. The rooms are extremely clean, cozy and smell very good. In the hallway next to the room there is even a wardrobe with supplies - towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, mop, vacuum cleaner - which is super convenient. The furniture is new, the beds are very comfortable, there is a refrigerator, air conditioning, a terrace with a table and chairs. The house has a small yard with tables, a sofa and an umbrella. At the entrance there is a coffee machine and water, which are free. :) The owner helped us very politely with a parking space. He provided us with one next to the house, and in the nearby streets they also have their designated parking spaces. The location is very convenient, close to several beaches, restaurants, shops, pubs, eateries. The old town is about 15-20 minutes walk away.
We are charmed, we were very satisfied.

Everything was provided as promised. It was spotlessly clean, smelled wonderful upon entering, and we found crisp, ironed sheets and towels. The rooms were spacious, with balconies and air conditioning. We enjoyed sitting in the courtyard among the flowers at the entrance, enjoying coffee from the always-on, free coffee machine and cold water from the water dispenser. The location is excellent. It's close to the beach, the old town, and the city center. There's a three-car parking lot in front, and we always found a spot. There are good restaurants nearby for dinner. I recommend Chiflika, a very good restaurant just a three-minute walk away. The hotel's owners are very friendly and helpful. Thank you for everything.

A nice place to stay with good value for money. It is located in a quiet area where you can sleep well at night. We stayed in a studio which was very clean and comfortable. Thank you to the kind hostess. We would visit again.

Great value: a new well equipped and beautifully designed place with spacious rooms, excellent internet, free coffee and mineral water and close to the beach. The hosts were extremely accommodating and relaxed. Highly recommended

The rooms are new, clean and very well maintained! There is free coffee and cold water which was great. The owner is very cool and kind! We arrived late and she had reserved a seat for us. And also, since there was no one to check in after us, he allowed us to vacate the room when it suited us. We are very satisfied! We recommend and will come back again!😊

Awesome place! We are very satisfied! :) The rooms are brand new, spacious, clean and smell good. Peaceful and close to the 3 beaches in the surrounding area (we recommend the South Beach of Nessebar).
There are also supermarkets, non-stops, eateries, etc. nearby. Beyond the city center is the beach of Sunny Beach (again, you can reach it on foot, both along the coast and through the city *if you feel like walking).

New apartment in a quiet street. The owners are pleasant and always ask if we need anything. The house and apartment are very clean. There is a free machine for coffee and drinking water on the ground floor. I can only recommend it.
