The good:
The hotel is located really close to the north beach and has a really nice pool.
Everything in our room was clean, but I heard some people complaining about the condition of their room.
The breakfast was OK.
The bad:
It looks like they had trouble with finding proper staff, because almost half of the employees appeared to be school students working during the summer. And their professional level was like students that have never worked in a hotel... The only person that said simple "HI" during our stay was one of the house keepers.
The beds were uncomfortable and multiple springs were trying to shiv me during the night.
In the area they call "Restaurant" there are too few tables, so you might not have one for breakfast.
The whole hotel is literally slowly falling apart.
Overall looks like a place with great potential, if it is managed properly, but currently there are too many issues.

My room was filthy on arrival and the breakfast every morning is bland and uninspiring. There is a pool so that bumps my score up a star.
