Our stay at the hotel was excellent. Everything was at the highest level – cleanliness, comfort, and service. The staff were very welcoming and professional. I would especially like to mention the waitresses – always friendly, smiling, and attentive. In particular, Gabriela made a wonderful impression with her kindness and attention to detail. Cheap hotel suitable for modest customers. Dining room is nicely furnished. There is a clean pool with sun loungers and a outdoor bar. The rooms have noisy, but functional air-conditioning. The hotel is located near a nice beach.

Great place, rooms were cosy but with modern design. Water in the swimming pool was too cold, but on the other hand it was refreshing during hot weather. I would recommend this place for a nice holiday.

A great family hotel 🔝🔝🔝, located in the center of Primorsko and close to the beach🏖🏖🏖. The hotel is run by a very kind family who do everything possible to make you feel good during your stay there. The rooms are spacious and clean. In the yard there is a barbecue with an equipped kitchen, where you can prepare a delicious lunch or dinner. I sincerely recommend 🔝🔝🔝

We were at the hotel for 3 nights. The rooms were relatively clean, with a cleaner coming every day. The receptionist was extremely nice and responsive. The view from the terrace was wonderful - towards the sea. As a minus, I can say that there was cracked plaster in our room (apparently from the high humidity) and definitely a refresh and repaint would have a very positive effect on the hotel.

The hotel is extremely pleasant, with very kind and responsive staff. Every day our room was cleaned, the trash was taken out and the bathroom was stocked with supplies if needed. The hotel has a good location very close to the North Beach of Primorsko. The staff is quite polite and welcoming!!!The air conditioner works, as well as constant hot water. The room is cleaned every day. There are many restaurants near the hotel with delicious food at good prices! People are polite and friendly. Very comfortable place, definitely recommend it. The location is amazing, close to the beach and downtown. The receptionist is very helpful, cheerful and responsible. I have been all over the world but never had the chance to meet such a great receptionist as this lady, who definitely does her job at the hotel perfectly. I will definitely visit again!

Great location at the heart of the town, close to both beaches. Clean and spacious room with a large balcony. Room has TV, fridge, WIFI. The host was friendly, welcoming and responds quickly.

Mediocre at best. Parking is limited to 3 spots and it is first come first served basis. We had to ask for towel change every day. No 24/7 reception.

The hotel is very close to the beach and the city center. Good value for money. Room and bathroom without any complaints - everything worked. The terrace could have been at least one tile wider 😀. The food is not buffet style and is the same for everyone - one type of breakfast/dinner, there is more to be desired, but for this money that's it 😉. Very nice and cozy hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and responsive. It is close to the North Beach and 5 minutes from the main square in Primorsko. With parking spaces, in case they are occupied, there is a free municipal parking lot 5 minutes away, which even in the height of the season (we were in the beginning of August) has a lot of free spaces. I recommend!

It's clean, well located at the end of the main street, not expensive and has a nice pool. I'd recommend it for families and groups, some features in the rooms however (like the carpet for example) could be better.

At the turn of the juna and jula for the excellent price, personal is to worry about the interior and exterier. Despite two stars absolutny nadstandard.

My review is for the restaurant of the hotel. It is super good! Everything we tried (lunch menu dishes, pizza, salads) was tasty and fresh. The prices are more than reasonable as well. Service was fast and the waitress was very polite and friendly. They also have a variety of craft beers that I really enjoyed.

Super cozy family owned hotel. We visited the restaurant in the garden and everything we tried was great and at a very reasonable price. The atmosphere in the garden is green and tastefully decorated and the staff were attentive and fast. Definitely a place to visit if you are looking for good food and craft beer in Primorsko.

The staff was so wonderful, I was sad to leave. The restaurant had great food. The breakfast bar on the side had great pancakes. All the staff I met could speak English, which was a plus for me. The rooms and hallways were very clean.

The hotel is at a very nice location right on the beach line. The food is a hit-and-miss some of the food is very nice and other not so good. There is a swimming pool and underground car park, but it is a bit tricky to park as it's quite busy and tight to manoeuvre.

We had a reservation for an apartment with 2 bedrooms and a living room with two extended couches, there was only one. Also, there were supposed to be 2 bathrooms, there was only one (not fun for 6 adults). The view is lovely, the building seems new and elegant. The staff was ok. Breakfast was edible, not great. Medium cleanliness. All in all, it's ok but not a 4 stars hotel.

The hotel is catering towards the local/Bulgarian clients, you won't meet many foreigners there. The receptionists don't speak English but this was not a problem (they always call someone on the phone who can translate). Rooms are old, it's like a time machine takes you into 80's. Elevators have probably never seen soap water since installed (and they keep breaking down).. We haven't tried any food...

The rooms are extremely clean and spacious, cleaned every day. The beach is 2 minutes away on foot. Extremely many shops and restaurants approx. In the courtyard there is an equipped kitchen and tables where you can prepare absolutely everything for dinner. The staff is very friendly. Highly recommend! We will be back again!

It is almost impossible to find such a clean and cozy place for the price that the rooms in this guesthouse are rented for. Amazing host, responsive and the place is within walking distance of shops, traditional restaurants and the main shopping street.

The house has spacious, cool rooms and excellent hygiene! The location is also good - the North and South beaches are a 10-minute walk away. Nearby there are shops, snacks .... the summer cinema and the water park are a minute's walk away🙂. We are also very satisfied with We will be happy to repeat! Hogiena is excellent, the owners are calm and responsive. We were not disturbed during our stay. The location is pretty good, it is close to the southern beach, the center, the amusement park, and at the same time offers peace and quiet evenings. In front of the house there is a shop, nearby there are soft drinks, a breakfast room and a restaurant. We think we should repeat.
