I booked a stay for summer 2026 with payment upon arrival. Despite this, the receptionist demanded payment immediately and behaved in a very rude and unprofessional manner. The hotel claims to offer or refer to airport transportation, but the transport company they refer to has shut down its website, making it impossible to contact them—especially problematic for guests arriving from abroad. In practice, it is not possible to arrange transportation to the hotel.

There are several unreasonable issues with this hotel. The service level is unacceptable and feels like something from the old Soviet era. The staff is consistently rude. This is not a place I would recommend, and I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

Top quality service, modern and comfortable rooms. You get a Nespresso capsules coffee maker and an iron in the room. 10 minutes walk from the old town. Exceptionally clean. Wonderful food. The beach is across the street.

Beautiful resort about a 20 minute walk to old town up a hill. Just enough time to wear off dinner. The rooms are clean, modern and a beautiful deck. The restaurant at the resort was also very good. Plus the mini bar is complimentary with wine, beer, sodas and treats which was a nice touch.

Lovely hotel. Rooms spacious, excellent buffet breakfast, clean and large swimming pool plus other pools you can use, large jacuzzi.

The rooms are very good and comfortable. The location it is also good. Rooms are clean. Variety of bath amenities. At breakfast Variety of tasty food. Parking not really comfortable, unless you don't pay extra for better space, otherwise you need to park on not proper parking space with stones. If you need extra coffee for the room you need to pay extra. One of the day the room was clean by someone, even with the DND sign. Staff need more training on that.

Superb location, immaculately maintained, staff were exceptional especially Ibraham on reception who gave us lots of tips on things to do and places to eat. Also Viktoria in the restaurant was very friendly and helpful

Room care very poor, you have to request a room clean and beds are not made, infact, on arrival we had to put our own covers and sheets on the beds at 1am.
The food is never hot, just warm.
None if the staff seem happy, no one smiles

Great hotel in a lovely setting. Rooms are good with a nice walk in shower. Staff great particularly the girls at the beach bar , Vicky at breakfast and Gabriella at the Appolina. The two main pools and the beach have lifeguards the older guy is very attentive. Loved seeing the birds flying around the main pool but a daily cleaning would be good the decking and sun beds are a bit dirty
