The service is terrible. In the evening he wanted to eat, so had to go for ramen. The hotel has no hot water. Had to go nearby and make homeless the package.

The location is very good, the beach is in front of the hotel, the old town and the center are nearby. We were lucky to find a free parking spot in front of the hotel entrance

The two barmen at the lobby and pool bar were asking for tips everytime you wanted to get something even if you have all inclusive and many times we had to wait a lot until the barman smokes his cigarette and comes to give us a cup of water

One of the receptionists was polite (Asya) and also one of the bellhops. Beach towels are provided upon deposit. The rooms are clean and if you book sea view, it is nice

For us this is the best hotel! We are grateful to the whole team and management for the positive attitude and professionalism! Greetings!

There is elevator only up to the second floor so keep that in mind if you are traveling with an elder person or someone with difficulties to walk. The main thing that made impression was the staff

We had a great vacation. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they greeted us and helped us with the luggage. The senior housemaid understood our needs perfectly and cleaned flawlessly. Would absolutely recommend!!

The staff was polite and helpful. The location is good, the beach is excellent. The pools are always an good option for the kids and adults. Room was good, but go with higher class room if you are with kids

Our first time in Bulgaria, transfers were smooth and hassle free. Arrived late night on going into the room plates of food and fruit had been left for us. Hotel clean, staff very friendly, location awesome

Firstly, I am exceptionally pleased with the service and especially the boys at reception. They greeted me with a smile and were very polite and helpful during my whole stay

The only problem I have here was Sozopol the city its little far the rest is good the boss is very kind person, the food is good, the beach is good ,the staff specially in reception is amazing, the swimming pool is clean , our room was regularly clean I think is pretty good for Bulgaria

While the pools were clean, they, along with much of the hotel infrastructure, are visibly old and in need of renovation

Our stay in the hotel was absolutely pleasant, this was the best vacation we had. While the hotel base is questionably 5 stars, we enjoyed such peaceful and quiet stay that all minor flaws were easily omitted

Most important for us was that there were no queues in the restaurant whatsoever ( we had negative experience with that in better hotels). The pools are very clean, there are always chairs and shade available

The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, it was cleaned every day by a very nice lady, who changed towels and sheets every day and made small surprises for our good mood

The food was very tasty and while some of the items were the same every day, we always found something new to taste. The Bulgarian corner was especially good, with very tasty cooked traditional food

It was important for us that we could find a wide variety of food for our child (year and a half) - there are two soups for dinner and lunch, fresh vegetables, cooked meat, purees for the very little ones, etc

Some guest leave towels on sunbeds to reserve them and in the morning when we get to the beach most of the umbrellas were "reserved" even though the beach was empty. Manegment should not allow this

The only area that could be improved is the pool bar service, as the staff changes frequently and the new, younger team members can sometimes be a bit reserved and less customer-oriented at first

Beautiful gardens and pool, quiet comfortable rooms, yummy restaurant with amazing breakfast lunch and dinner, which we also tried. And all of this was really for a great price

Only problem you might encounter is that the toilet is in the shower, but it was not something disturbing. The food was good, but there were not so many options of meat. Anyway, everyday we got enough food to get full

The beach is small, but perfect because there are not so many people. Water was very warm (because of the Burgas golf) and the weather was also nice. I recommend this hotel and I would come back if I could

The rooms are cleaned to a very high standard,lovely thick towels changed everyday and night gowns provided, luxury toiletries replenished every day, Reception staff are all lovely, and always greet you with a smile 😃 😊, and nothing is to much trouble for them

The worst part: the hotel has depreciated quite a bit over time, with mold around exhaust fan in the bathroom; dirty sun lounger on the room's terrace; the fact that room's terraces on the first floor are literally into each other without any privacy; amazingly how they charge you for the parking of the hotel per night, no matter that you are hotel's guest; loud music starting around 01:00 AM till...

Spent 10 day's at this hotel,with my partner, we are on our last day booo. The hotel 🏨 is of excellent standard, Breakfast is of a good standard, in our opinion there is plenty to choose from

You can eat breakfast alfresco, or in the restaurant overlooking the marina. We didn't eat in the restaurant of an evening so can't comment

I’ve been visiting this hotel every year for the past 10 years and always considered it the best option in Sozopol – great location, close to town, and just a quick taxi ride to the trendy beach clubs

My family and I vacationed at this hotel for 10 days. All just fine: friendly staff, understand Russian, the cleaners clean when we're not in the room. Towel and toilet paper change in time

Great hotel!, Very clean and rooms are great with fresh sheets and towels given every day. Staff are very friendly and always willing to help. Breakfast was ok but somehow cold at times

Room was clean, spacious, maybe the furniture is old-fashioned for the tastes of some, but well maintained. There are not enough parking places at the hotel, but you can park near the hotel in a paid car park

We made a great choice picking Hotel Coral. We stayed there 2 weeks ago and I'd say it was perfect for us. A very young team who tried to do their best for making tourist feel comfortable

Location is nice, view form the restaurant terrace and rooms with seaview is gourgeous, the food was tastefull, varied enough that everyone can choose something

In room Hairdryers , soap,shower gels and shampoos. Each room has air conditioning and TV, balcony with table and chairs, dryer. There is a fridge and glasses

Older hotel which is a part of larger resort. Rooms bright, clean, with air conditioning, but with carpet. In the resort, there were plenty things to do, many pools, restaurants, bars

Food was great, even for vegetarians. Private beach is great advantage of this place, with sunbeds and umbrella for free (covered by all inclusive)

Large complex with good food and helpful staff, pool with water slides is a bonus

Very nice place for a vacation. Although when arrived at my Pelican hotel, the sink was clogged, and so half the day we had no sink privilege. Other than that, very nice 👍

Just back from our second stay at the Selena, as normal a word for the staff who are a credit to the hotel. The cleaners never stop ,rooms are serviced every day, and public places kept very clean

Dont expect bacon and eggs for breakfast every day, but there is a good selection of cold meats, cheese, pastries etc. Cant comment on the evening meals ,we always go Bn B

There is easy access to the many restaurants, and a lovely walk to the old town, which is a must visit. The hotel itself has lovely sea views from the rear of the hotel, and its a two minutes walk to the beach

A simple and easy go-to option for a short stay. The location is very central and easy to get to nearby restaurants and bars. Parking is tricky though.

Hotel has other amenities too wich I didn't get to check, such as swimming pool and spa. Bar is small and closes at 23 but the staff is really nice. 15minuts by foot from the old town

Average place, not really clean rooms. Common for Sozopol, there is no parking place, but there is overnight parking not far away from the hotel. Room price is average based on the season price

The swimming pool is in the shadow in the evening, for me it is ok because I like being in the shadow after a hot day but my housband didn't like the cold water. In the morning, the sun is there, so no problem

Some tables of their restaurant are situated near the road and you can hear and see cars passing by this road. But in general, it is a beautiful hotel with nice staff and good breakfast

The staff on the reception was not polite. The lady was rude with staff members. Breakfast was poor. Had some troubles with the bathrooms (clogged drain and broken shower).

Look no further! Best place to stay. If you’re looking for rest and peace in the middle of busy Sozopol. The hotel is covered with flowers and plants which makes it a very cool and beautiful environment during the summer

The rooms are very clean and have great airconditioning. But then, the costumer service: just perfect. The hosts are the sweetest, always offering a coffee, welcoming us 2 hours prior to check-in time

The neighborhood is a tad out of the way but within 10 minutes of old town and new town. and has some nice breakfast and lunch eateries right next to it. There are some kids selling lemonade, too

Pretty nice hotel and if it was handled better and it was renovated it wouldve been better but the buffet is diverse and delicious also i dont think its okay as a guest to pay for a parking space

Forage for about 60mtrs and the food is significantly better and the beer is less than half the price, no wonder the restaurant is empty most of the time, same goes for the pool bar

The rooms were comfortable. The food was medeoker, but the staff was super friendly. There is a parking space for 12lv per day.

Great customer service, not a bad breakfast and not a bad location. However, dirty rooms! The floor is dusty, the toilet seat was disgustingly yellow, and the sheets had stains. Also, mad expensive for what they offered

Wifi is well enough to do work calls on, however it isn’t as strong by the pool. Should focus on other things than the internet at the pool anyways

We have been guests of Miramar every Summer since the hotel was opened and it never failed or disappointed. Bright spacious rooms, very comfortable mattresses, quiet and yet very close to the beach

Lovely hotel. Rooms spacious, excellent buffet breakfast, clean and large swimming pool plus other pools you can use, large jacuzzi.

The two main pools and the beach have lifeguards the older guy is very attentive. Loved seeing the birds flying around the main pool but a daily cleaning would be good the decking and sun beds are a bit dirty

Superb location, immaculately maintained, staff were exceptional especially Ibraham on reception who gave us lots of tips on things to do and places to eat. Also Viktoria in the restaurant was very friendly and helpful

Plus the mini bar is complimentary with wine, beer, sodas and treats which was a nice touch

Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, especially the blonde female receptionist and the bald waiter 👍🏽 but the older woman with grey hair who works in the kitchen in the hotel restaurant and the pool bar has a really bad attitude

Amazing ! You can pay 20bgn per person for the access to an equipped beach, a natural swimming pool, a swimming pool with a magnificent sea view and a great park! perfect to spend half a day, very relaxing and clean.

A stunning natural spot on the Black Sea with a rocky beach and incredible views. The clean, untouched coastline and clear water make it perfect for swimming, relaxing, or enjoying the sunset

And they always upgrade us because we go out of season. You often see dolphins in the bay when you dine in the restaurant by the pool 😉

The staff was great and helped us with a ride to the Sozopol station on our way home. Would go back again when we have a car, as the walk to old town Sozopol is about an hour, and anout 30 mins to Kavatsi beach

How is this allowed?At Restaurant! At the pool! EVERYWHERE! Being a family resort and having children running around, it is not acceptable, but even if not for the children, not everyone is a smoker and wants to be a secondary one to the person next to them

The pool can not accommodate even half of the vacationers i. the wind is too strong and you don't want to be on the beach. People were SMOKING EVERYWHERE
