Summary: Great nature, pools, and beach, but spoiled by poor food, rude service, and extra charges

What we didn’t like: • Staff were mostly rude and unprofessional, especially bartenders who couldn’t even make a basic cappuccino or cocktail and often spoke disrespectfully

Some dishes were okay, but much of it was oily, poorly cooked, and not restaurant-level. • Too many extra charges despite the “all-inclusive” promise

The only consistently kind and hardworking staff were the Asian workers. • Food quality was far below expectations for a 4–5 star resort

A very well-designed place with a variety of attractions for the whole family. Beautiful gardens and a clean beach. The downsides were no fan in the bathroom and all the moisture staying within the flat

We met dedicated people who do everything to make you feel good, at the restaurant, pool or bars. Towels and sheets were changed daily, which shows care for tourists

I also want to thank Radjaboi and Timur for their services at the restaurant terrace. There is a so-called boss, Ivan, who you should avoid, he is so rude

The hotel staff, Bulgarians and Uzbeks, do everything to make you feel good

Something else negative? Yes, the hotel parking is always crowded, but nothing is perfect on holiday, right?

We had a very pleasant stay there. It is the best place to have a beach holidays with small children, as everything is so closeby: beach, pool , food entertainment, health centre

I would recommend to eat lunch at the beach from the small beach restaurants there and for dinner to go to Sozopol/Chernomorets where for these prices you will get much better food and service

Location is top and beautiful with a great beach near by. The base is pretty old though. It's definitely not a 5 star, more like a solid 3-star hotel

Some things are just annoying: - Very short breakfast (7:30-10) and dinner slots (18:30-20:30!!). - having to pay for the coffee machine or the safe in the room. why?! Like I said, 3 star hotel

I really would like to give 5* to the hotel, but an issue with the cleaning of our room explains the 4* only. Maybe it was just bad luck in our case, because they had just opened that day

There is EV charging available and a big parking lot with a lot of capacity. The rooms are also accessible by elevator. I barely had any interaction with the staff, the keys for the room

We made a great choice picking Hotel Coral. We stayed there 2 weeks ago and I'd say it was perfect for us. A very young team who tried to do their best for making tourist feel comfortable

Location is quiet and 5 minute walk from the beach. Rooms however require some more maintenance and cleaning (one of shower doors was not working, kitchen sink was dripping)

If you plan to cook, you should bring your own pot/pan and knives (they will give you plates/spoons/forks upon request). Sheets and towels were clean and in good condition

Selena beach hotel is situated just outside of Sozopol centre. It is only 50 metres from a beautiful beach called Bamboo beach. If the beach is not your thing then there are 2 swimming pools to choose from

Very nice receptionict people,nice studio flats with air conditionig both room, we were with two children and we had side room from back where was quaiet the bad point was only one think all young bulgarian taking acomodation here and when they coming drunk back from town they always awoke us up and childrens couldn't sleep

Amazing ! You can pay 20bgn per person for the access to an equipped beach, a natural swimming pool, a swimming pool with a magnificent sea view and a great park! perfect to spend half a day, very relaxing and clean.
