Superb location on a hill nearby Black Sea. Amazing view from the room. Great facilities, including many pools, bars. Clean beach. Not so great food and servings. For sure, not an ultra all inclusive services and food/drinks, as it is promoted. Overall, an 7-8/10.

We had a great vacation. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they greeted us and helped us with the luggage. The senior housemaid understood our needs perfectly and cleaned flawlessly. Would absolutely recommend!!

Firstly, I am exceptionally pleased with the service and especially the boys at reception. They greeted me with a smile and were very polite and helpful during my whole stay. The location, staff and food were okay, but the room was far from properly cleaned.. checking in, we found smudges all over the mirror and someone else’s razor in the bathroom. The only problem I have here was Sozopol the city its little far the rest is good the boss is very kind person, the food is good, the beach is good ,the staff specially in reception is amazing, the swimming pool is clean , our room was regularly clean I think is pretty good for Bulgaria

A very well-designed place with a variety of attractions for the whole family. Beautiful gardens and a clean beach. Tons of good-quality food. The downsides were no fan in the bathroom and all the moisture staying within the flat. Also, the walls are very thin and you hear the next-door babies crying all night, as if they were in your room.

Pretty good food. We asked for a birthday song to play on lunch but they probably forgot to play it. Cleaning service is okay. But some of the rooms were pretty far away from reception and the restaurant a worst of all the far away rooms didn’t have wifi.

A very good combination of aqua park, swimming pool, saunas, parks, sea, entertainment. The price is overestimated: about 300 euros per night for one adult and three children (9,7,6 years old)

Very nice place for a vacation. Although when arrived at my Pelican hotel, the sink was clogged, and so half the day we had no sink privilege. Other than that, very nice 👍

Older hotel which is a part of larger resort. Rooms bright, clean, with air conditioning, but with carpet. In the resort, there were plenty things to do, many pools, restaurants, bars. Food was great, even for vegetarians. Private beach is great advantage of this place, with sunbeds and umbrella for free (covered by all inclusive).

Large complex with good food and helpful staff, pool with water slides is a bonus

Very nice and quiet hotel near the sea, great for the family vacation, delicious food, friendly staff, we enjoyed our visit.

The room was very nice. Only problem you might encounter is that the toilet is in the shower, but it was not something disturbing. The food was good, but there were not so many options of meat. Anyway, everyday we got enough food to get full. The beach is small, but perfect because there are not so many people. Water was very warm (because of the Burgas golf) and the weather was also nice. What a hidden gem of a hotel. We finally stayed 5 nights here with B&B option, but we could have also chosen all inclusive. Beautiful gardens and pool, quiet comfortable rooms, yummy restaurant with amazing breakfast lunch and dinner, which we also tried. And all of this was really for a great price. The beach and sea was just a minute's walk through the gardens. Spectacular!

Everything was perfect! Except the food, for the money that we paid! The choice was very poor. The pizza as an afternoon snack was delicious. The people who work there were very friendly and nice. The rooms were perfectly cleaned every day. The beach is very near.
