Superb location on a hill nearby Black Sea. Amazing view from the room. Great facilities, including many pools, bars. Clean beach. Not so great food and servings. For sure, not an ultra all inclusive services and food/drinks, as it is promoted. Overall, an 7-8/10.

The smoke goes into ventilation and from there in the other rooms, so that sucks. And we got Covid from our holiday, because of the lack of guests' hygiene...

It's like a mini village. You have everything you could need there, including a medical centre. Unfortunately the guests are very unreasonable. Some smoke in rooms and the smoke goes into ventilation.

A very well-designed place with a variety of attractions for the whole family. Beautiful gardens and a clean beach. Tons of good-quality food. The downsides were no fan in the bathroom and all the moisture staying within the flat. Also, the walls are very thin and you hear the next-door babies crying all night, as if they were in your room.

Pretty good food. We asked for a birthday song to play on lunch but they probably forgot to play it. Cleaning service is okay. But some of the rooms were pretty far away from reception and the restaurant a worst of all the far away rooms didn’t have wifi.

A very good combination of aqua park, swimming pool, saunas, parks, sea, entertainment. The price is overestimated: about 300 euros per night for one adult and three children (9,7,6 years old)

Very nice place for a vacation. Although when arrived at my Pelican hotel, the sink was clogged, and so half the day we had no sink privilege. Other than that, very nice 👍

Older hotel which is a part of larger resort. Rooms bright, clean, with air conditioning, but with carpet. In the resort, there were plenty things to do, many pools, restaurants, bars. Food was great, even for vegetarians. Private beach is great advantage of this place, with sunbeds and umbrella for free (covered by all inclusive).

Large complex with good food and helpful staff, pool with water slides is a bonus

The location is very good, the beach is in front of the hotel, the old town and the center are nearby. We were lucky to find a free parking spot in front of the hotel entrance. We highly recommend the family-run hotel-villa 'List', with rich history ans tradition. Great attitude from the whole team, impeccable quality and location! I don't understand the hate in other reviews. We got basic double room next to the elevator, 4th floor - you barely hear the noise. Room is big enough and you got your own balcony. I’ll start with the positive. The location is good. You walk out of the hotel and you’re on the beach. The size of the rooms was acceptable. The staff were friendly. Pool size is good. On the other hand, this is definitely not a 4 star hotel. No water, no coffee making facilities, the aircon cannot be adjusted to your desired temperature as it kept on going to very low on its own. Really good hotel. I think it's only one that has pools in Sozopol. Services are excellent and location is few meters from the beach. Breakfast is good. Rooms are clean and have air-conditioning. Drinks one the pool bar and lobby bar are ok price.
