I don’t want others to have the same disappointment as us. We upgraded to a sea view room which was the view of a night club which we knew nothing about. We were kept awake until 6 in the morning on the Friday and Saturday night thankfully it was closed after the Saturday night. I am shocked that others haven’t commented on this.

We very much enjoyed our laid-back stay at this beautiful hotel in Sozopol. Our room was beautiful with a terrific view of the harbor. Breakfast was very good and the location is great for many restaurants, shops, the beach, and a harbor cruise which we enjoyed. The staff gave us some excellent recommendations for dining out at places with a lovely view of the bay.

We have been going here for 10 years. The only real problem is the food. Chef should be fired, F&b manager as well, long time ago. Not international standard. Cold food. What a hidden gem of a hotel. We finally stayed 5 nights here with B&B option, but we could have also chosen all inclusive. Beautiful gardens and pool, quiet comfortable rooms, yummy restaurant with amazing breakfast lunch and dinner, which we also tried. And all of this was really for a great price. The beach and sea was just a minute's walk through the gardens. Spectacular!

Older hotel which is a part of larger resort. Rooms bright, clean, with air conditioning, but with carpet. In the resort, there were plenty things to do, many pools, restaurants, bars. Food was great, even for vegetarians. Private beach is great advantage of this place, with sunbeds and umbrella for free (covered by all inclusive).

It's like a mini village. You have everything you could need there, including a medical centre. Unfortunately the guests are very unreasonable. Some smoke in rooms and the smoke goes into ventilation.

The staff were unprofessional, not helpful at all especially the waiters. The receptionist at the time of check-in was not welcoming whatsoever and did not explain anything about the hotel/breakfast/dinner etc… Rooms were not very clean, there were dust everywhere and the bed was uncomfortable. Me, my wife and our two sons stayed in this wonderful hotel from 15.08 until 21.08 and the only downside of our whole vacation was that we actually had to leave. A very well-designed place with a variety of attractions for the whole family. Beautiful gardens and a clean beach. Tons of good-quality food. The downsides were no fan in the bathroom and all the moisture staying within the flat. The buildings and the common grounds are amortized and not well maintained. It’s wet and slippery around the pools. The restaurants are expensive for the quality of the food and the location. The apartment we rented was nice. There are several pools on the property, but if you don’t rent an apartment directly from the reception, you have to pay for the the pool and beach chairs.

Very nice clean hotel, nice pool area and very convenient to the local beach, approx 300m. It's around 4km outside Sozopol the nearest large town and sea resort. There was a little bit of detail missing in the hotel, such as the kettle which is listed and no sheets, which I'm sure would have been easily resolved, but as a stop over we didnt. Staff very helpful, and friendly.

Very nice place with a great location. Ver clean, the personnel is polite. Great premises, 5 min walk to the beach. On the downside they can fit the rooms with door nets as there are mosquitos at night and also the soundproofing of the rooms can be improved. I recommend this place. This place is a bit out of the way, but nice. Don't come out of season though because nothing is open. The pool is nice and everything is clean. The facilities are OK and the lovely beach is over the road. There is also a small play ground for babies.
