From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed by the lady owner.
She was absolutely polite and nice, kept asking if we need anything else and we were not rushed at all to leave our rooms in the end. We also arrived early but still were let in our rooms. There is a spacious, private parking and a nice and clean pool with sunbeds to use.
The rooms were clean and tidy, spacious with everything you need for your stay, there was also a balcony for each room with table and chairs.
There is a sea view from some of the rooms. The beach is no more than 5 minutes walking distance but the closest shop is about 10 minutes away.
It is definately a place we would visit again, prices are quite alright compared to everywhere else.
Absolutely lovely place with warm people to welcome you.

We needed accomodation, asap, after a booking screw up at 9 in the evening. They were the only place with space, and we were very pleasantly surprised.
The room is spacious and clean, with a large balcony terrace. There is a pool, which we didn't use, due to wanting to go to the beach. There is ample, secure, parking at the back of the building.
It is very close to the main road, but I didn't notice too much noise. There also isn't a restaurant, which is a shame, but there is a shop just outside the gate.

Unfortunately, this has been the worst hotel experience I've ever had. It's not only because it's overpriced for its noisy location, lack of nearby stores and smaller-than-advertised rooms, but because of the treatment we received from the owners.
This was the first time in my life I've been threatened and 'expelled' by an accommodation in Bulgaria or abroad and it speaks really poorly of the management who is obviously shortsighted and doesn't value their customers.
What happened is that we had friends who left their bags in the trunk of our car for the day while we were on the beach. Later that same day, other friends came over for a drink on our balcony before they had to head off to their hotel in Sozopol. The owners obviously saw that (we weren't hiding!) and felt like they don't know what's going on. Don't get me wrong, that's a fair point, but we would have loved to ask them before entering if there was anyone staying at the reception...
Finally, after explaining the situation a couple of times and reassuring them nobody is sleeping in the room without their knowledge, they didn't manage to overcome their suspicion and came knocking on the door, rushing into the room to see 'what's going on' and causing a scene.
I truly hope they understand where the problem is and try to avoid such situations with their customers in the future.
P.S. The anti-pandemic measures simply didn't exist.

One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had in general. The hygene is stellar, the room was excellent, the staff is extremely friendly and polite. The hotel itself is very close to the beach and very, very well equiped, with large private parking (which otherwise seems to be an issue at Gradina), very nice swimming pool and supermarket right in front. There was absolutely nothing to not like during my one-week stay and I will definitely visit again. Brilliant is brilliant.
