Our apartment was awful, dirty towels, the air conditioning was very dirty and worst of all was the mold! The bathroom grout was black with mold. The whole apartment smelled strongly of mold, we couldn't neutralize the smell even after prolonged airing.
We returned the apartment without spending the night there, it was really unreasonable, especially the mold everywhere.
- Menada kavatsi is not an apart hotel. It is an agency that provides apartments in different apart hotel, so when you book, you don’t know for which hotel is it. The apartament was very durty- walls had Spots. The sheets didn’t match the size of the beds, so we slept on the matrax. The hotel didn’t have restaurant and the bar was very poor, they didn’t offer capuccino for example. There was no cleaning service provided. The price that I was charged was different (50 euro more) from the price in the document they gave me. For 150 bgn per night we could sleep in a very nice place with breakfast and cleaning services, so this was overpriced
