Via Pontica 123 Hotel in Sozopol

Mascara on the bedsheets, blood from smeared mosquitoes on the curtains, dried Coca-Cola and women's lipstick in the glasses, in the context of an insolent owner

We visited this place with our two dogs, as it is a "pets allowed" one. We stayed for 5 nights. At first it is not a bad hotel, has a nice view and a decent pool. But...
1. The main problem is the cleaning, they only do it once every 3 days, which is not acceptable for the summer when there is sand everywhere and for a hotel that lets dogs in. After they cleaned our apartment, the lady host screamed at us because there were dog hair on the floor. I still think it is normal when you have dogs... they don't give you toilet paper if you don't ask them. The lady host is really not polite.
2. Once you enter the hotel you have no network coverage AT ALL at no moment. You have to go out to use your phone.
3. It smells a lot like moist everywhere. This may be due to the awful bathrooms, they are always full of water therefore there is always water in front of them.
4. The wifi is very very poor, the last two days it even fully disappeared.
5. After we left, the lady accused us for a broken lamp which was broken at the beginning so we had to pay 10 euro.
As a summary : decent place with awful behavior from the hosts... I regret a forgot to take photos to publish them here as a proof.
We do NOT reccomend this place.
