Overall, a good hotel in a great location. Very good breakfast. During our stay, the outdoor pool was closed for part of the time due to murky water. There is also an indoor pool at the hotel.

I had a very pleasant experience visiting this hotel on my solo trip. What caught my eye was the food there - and it was served really well. The kitchen staff did excellent and I would highly recommend anyone to visit.

There is no parking lot. The parking lot next to the hotel is ********* ********* for some reason. There is no place on the ground anyway. It is close to the sea but there are no sun loungers or umbrellas in the sea.

Pros: the hotel is renovated, good mattresses, linen. Excellent breakfast. The location right next to the promenade street is both a plus and a minus, because if the windows overlook it, it is noisy until 1 am. Great property, beach at walking distance. There’s 3 restaurants on site, at one of them serves breakfast. Rooms are clean and big plenty of space for everyone(stayed in apartment), plenty of pools for small and big and bars also, staff members always helpful speaking multiple languages.

Stayed at the hotel portion of the resort from the 24th September until 30th. The resort was very nice but it was clear we arrived at the end of the season as certain things were out of stock when we ordered them etc. the resort itself was incredible and the staff were very friendly. Being that it was the end of season it was very quiet with plenty of space at all the pools and on the beach.

Good stay. They should think about including food and beach items as part of the cost. You can get easily stung by high prices when staying there.

I really liked this hotel. The hotel base is nice, there was a lot of space for me and my family, the gardens were spacious. The room was okay and it was cleaned every day. Hotel, 3 stars, good location. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the manager of Radostina for her prompt assistance in resolving an issue. However, I must mention that allowing guests to smoke on balconies is a significant inconvenience for families with children and individuals with allergies to tobacco smoke. Great hotel for location, directly on the beach with a lift down to it. The downside is that the lift to the beach goes into the hotels beach bar, which closes around 5pm, so have to use the stairs. Nice Swimming pool, not overcrowded, good price, thin room walls, unstable internet. Overall good impression.

Pictures for room size was quite deceiving, room was clean , small fridge , cleaning equipment everywhere even in the bathroom. Shower had a limited hot water so dont take long hot showers. Toilet quickly runs out of water to flush. Also no toilet paper...made bit of a situation haha. Towels wasnt changed and a very small bin but if you get a plastic bag it's not hard to fill it up and take it to...

Nice appartment. Very close to the beach (aprox. 5-7 min walk), has access to the pool downstairs and it is cozy. The only thing is that the cleanliness could be improved, meaning that the bathroom didn’t exactly look like it was just cleaned. Otherwise, a good quality for the money.
