A hidden gem of a hotel. It has a real homely feel and that is all down to the staff making you feel this way. They were polite, friendly, amazing and so helpful. The room was spacious, clean and tidy and the breakfast was just lovely. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

If you are looking for somewhere to go in sunny beach I would recommend you to come to this hotel the stuff are lovely and the rooms are very nice and clean! I didn't have any food there as my mam looked the reviews and there was only 1 good review about the food and the rest was bad but if you stay here you are literally on the strip and there are many nice restaurants there.

I have stayed for 5 nights for mini vacations with my wife and her sister. The hotel is a very beautiful building in the centre of the town. The rooms are OK, but need a kind of renovation. For a 4-star hotel, it should offer more things in the room, for example slippers for bath. Cleaning of roon was available every day and very early. Polite and helpful staff, but only few of them speak english...

We used the Sauna different days and it’s so good;small though and might fit in max. of 4 people. (Please,to all using the sauna:educate yourselves on what you can wear inside the sauna. Went for a week's fly and flop holiday. Weather was amazing, not too hot. Hotel was tucked away at the end of Sunny Beach ***** so its a bit quieter than the rest of it. There is a little noddy train that tales you from one end to the other for approx 6 Lev (will be euros from Jan 26) along the promenade. Can't say enough good things about this resort hotel. First of all, the location is perfect. It's on the north side of Sunny Beach, away from much of the touristy/divey shopping and bars and stuff, which are fun...but better to be a little removed from that stuff for where you stay. Nice rooms generously equipped with everything you will probably need. Downside for me was the perpetual party music. We initially had a room on the south side of the hotel facing a neighbouring hotel which had thumping bass and screaming guests until midnight. This is the 4th time we've stayed at this hotel! The location cannot be beaten, just at the heart of Burgas, accessible by car, foot (bus as well). Everything is close by. Breakfast is rich and tasty. Service is very attentive. Recommended.

The landmark hotel of the city of Burgas. Built in 1976, totally refurbished in 2000, it is very fancy. Nice room, clean and cozy. Impressive breakfast with large variety of products. At the heart of city center, very good location. Restaurants, shopping, banks everything is nearby. Hotel is new, renovated recently. Room cleaning, refilling of teabags, coffee capsules etc could be better but still everything is available. I would recommend staying and would next time again choose to stay in this hotel.

One of the greatest Hotels in Sunny Beach. Me and my family used to go at Rome Palace Deluxe since 2020, even twice of one year. We love everything here, from position, rooms to great and variate food. A big plus is the inside parking area.

Nice hotel, free parking, for family

I don’t want others to have the same disappointment as us. We upgraded to a sea view room which was the view of a night club which we knew nothing about. We were kept awake until 6 in the morning on the Friday and Saturday night thankfully it was closed after the Saturday night. I am shocked that others haven’t commented on this.

We very much enjoyed our laid-back stay at this beautiful hotel in Sozopol. Our room was beautiful with a terrific view of the harbor. Hotel is in a fantastic location even though it is quiet. On check in the reception staff were not very helpful as to where the room was etc and not very informative as to how to get to places etc outside of the hotel. We stayed in July 2025, during a road trip along the coast of Bulgaria and Romania, and the overall impression is of a decent hotel, but far from a 5-star. Very good hotel at the Marina Diveni Blv with great furniture and an excellent view on the Yacht Harbor. Two great beaches around. Breakfast is included which is very good as well. The location is spectacular, on the seafront! We have been going here for 5 years, every year and we love it! Beautiful gardens with lots of greenery, well maintained, many and clean swimming pools, large and clean apartments, very good food and good prices, exceptional quality-price ratio. We booked a vacation through a travel agency. We were given a suite (living room with a sofa bed for the kids) and a separate bedroom with a double bed. A balcony with a beautiful sea view! My stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. The food was delicious, varied, and always fresh, making every meal enjoyable.
