Grand Hotel Oasis - All Inclusive by Asteri Hotels

This hotel is the worst place that I have ever been. Me and my family stayed here to break the summer holiday we have in our apartment. We got there at around 12pm and our all inclusive didn’t start until 2pm. The people at reception gave us our room and spoke very little to us, we had dinner at the beach what was a 5 minute walk through a dump. We then got our wristbands and my mum asked “what time are your food times? Do you have snack times?” They shoved a board in our face and went “No”. We had a walk around and the pool was black! It looked like it hasn’t been cleaned for ages, the sun beds were broken, and it was like a ghost town everywhere. The ‘gardens’ were overgrown and messy. We had a drink and the fizzy pop were unbranded and all drinks got served in little plastic cups. The water was cloudy and warm. And the beer was horrible! The bar staff didn’t speak English just like everyone else in the hotel and it took my dad 5 minutes for them to understand what drink he wanted. We looked in the restaurant and saw a member of staff cleaning plates and silverware with a wipe. The ‘fitness suite’ was filled with old furniture and wires and was still open to the public. We read some reviews and saw that someone got a refund, me and my dad went up to the desk requesting a refund, the lady on reception had to phone her manager who my dad spoken to over the phone because he was the only one who could understand English. We left the air con on whilst we was out of the room, which was very small and didn’t have a balcony that we paid for, and when we returned to go back to our apartment it stunk the place out. We left at about 3pm and headed back to our hotel. We was disappointed as it’s not what it looks like on the photos. WORST PLACE EVER!

Absolutely horrific “hotel”! Oasis Park is a budget hotel, and we were aware of that, however it turned out to be a nightmare. To begin with the very beginning of our trip: we were picked up from the airport by a very grumpy elderly guy who didn’t say a word to us neither in English nor in Bulgarian. He dropped us off at a wrong hotel and drove away ( it was the middle of the night, about 11.30)We called the holiday rep and she sorted the problem. When we finally arrived at Oasis Park Hotel there was nobody there at the reception desk. We waited for a while and then I went to look for someone and I found a waitress/ manager ( she was completely drunk btw)tbh I have no idea what is her role ; I asked politely if we could check in and she yelled at me in Bulgarian🤯I was shocked cause I’ve never met such rude staff. Eventually we managed to check in. The staff at this “ hotel” is unwelcoming, impolite and simply rude. The receptionist has never bothered to say “hello” to us or even “goodbye” when we were leaving. In terms of the waiting staff- they don’t speak even the most basic English ( i e fork, knife,plates…) The plates and coffee cups were dirty very often- they don’t have a dishwasher there, the “ bartender” does the dishes 🤯If it comes to food : breakfast is the same everyday, scrambled eggs oily and always cold as well as sausages etc. Lunch and dinner usually tasty but always cold. Another shocker: seagulls are constantly eating the leftovers that are left on the tables ( stuff don’t bother to clean them up cause they have cigarette breaks every 5 minutes) The swimming pool is filthy, the surroundings off putting- “ pool bar” completely devastated and closed. Another problems that we’ve encountered there: no hot water after 6 pm, filthy balcony, stinking bathrooms( deff a problem with a plumbing system), except for the grumpy receptionist who spoke some basic English it was impossible to communicate there in the above mentioned, international language. The only positive aspect of this hotel is location- the beach is 5 minutes within the walking distance- however , the hotel’s gate is permanently closed- in order to get through it is to climb it what’s not very safe to say the least. The park surrounding the hotel has a huge potential but it’s rusty and ill-kempt. To sum up, I definitely don’t recommend this “ hotel”. We’ve never felt so unwelcome, disrespected and neglected.

Rooms, hotel, area around hotel- everything dirty. Food- everything always cold, mold bread- the employees didn’t react- they left it still there for hotel guests to eat, drinks- Aperol only for hotel employees, ,,Prosecco” only just a sip, all the drinks in plastic cups- plastic cups all over the sunny beaches.

The worst experience I have ever had. And it is 4 stars hotel are you joking?

Anyway, dear travellers, all in one word: AVOID Grand Hotel Oasis, Bulgaria.

For the Russians, who party late and does not prevent them from dirt in the restaurant, and that is not enough, even the tea... Good food, but bad is a decent pool service - save on staff and despite the fact that some are really trying, the effect is very emaciated. Wouldn't recommend to families and those who like to meet normal people here probably naoglądać pathology of the former demons "I am not educated" in the background.

For example, on day 1 of our stay in the hotel in the bathroom and thought, pull on the damper for the soul until the end of the stay hole, the plaster was lying on the bathroom floor
The food is amazing, Breakfast is constantly one and the same set of queues in the dining room , the tables in the dining room, as in the panorama bar"
Pool bar very dirty and odrapany, coffee in kubeczkach for drinking cold liquids, al. maybe because it's not coffee, and some dark fluid.
The hotel organizes youth camps
The hotel stops at 21 nothing happens
In the pool only a few sunbeds
The location is super, in the city Center, close to the beach and promenade
hotel with great potential, but miss with a very weak Manager
The hotel was scheduled for us through a travel agent because the hotel we chose was probably closed
