Absolutely delightful hotel. We were really pleased with our stay. The standard of the room was really excellent with a fantastic modern decor and kitted out really well. The staff were very pleasant and friendly and we particularly liked the poolside restaurant which had a very nice menu and good range of dishes. What a great holiday!! If you’re looking to relax but with the busy bars nearby then these apartment are the place for you. Cons: room was a little dated and pillows weren’t the best. We have visited this hotel on three occasions and each visit exceeds the previous. The staff are reception staff are friendly and always willing help. It is kept very clean and the apartments are well kitted out.

Always hard to write a review because mostly it's relative to your expectations, and I have to bear in mind this was our visit to Bulgaria, having previously had family (young kids) beach holidays in Portugal, Cyprus, Greece and Spain. On that wider point, I'd say Bulgaria has some catching up to do and only has the fact it's marginally cheaper in its favour e.g. Harmony Suites we paid a similar price...

Very friendly staff, booked us in 2 hours earlier as the room was available. Rooms are clean, housekeeping and everything working. Compare to other places in Bulgaria these people know how to offer good customer service. Any issues resolved fast. I was happy to stay there and girls at reception and bar, do a fantastic job.

Went into this hotel grounds on a random really as we were hot, hungry and thirsty and just walking past. The staff were amazing and the guy who waited on us had a brilliant memory, no notes taken and all came out correct. Clever guy. Pleasant experience at the begging of September. Special impression was food. The chief is very creative, there were a lot of interesting tastes and creations. Bravo for him! The stuff in the hotel is mostly from Ukraine and Kyrgyzstan. Some of them very nice, specially girls from Ukraine, but some of them always frowning and cold. Rooms are really clean, pool is amazing. The place is just tre right size, not too much walk to bar/restaurant/pool. Perfect place with kids. Little playground right next to it. We really enjoyed our stay at New Line Village place. The apartment we had was clean and modern. The pool was lovely and the beach just a very short walk away. All Team members were always very helpful with local information and arranging transfers for us. Would definitely recommend.

Nice apartment for 4 people at a reasonable price. The pool is a very nice place to relax after or before beach, and the small terraces of the apartment are ok for enjoying your morning coffee. Host was kind and my stay was really enjoyed here.

Been staying here nearly 10 years now and love it so much, large spacious apartments, great pool, friendly staff, cleaning on request so as to not disturb you, towels changed regularly but if you need more just ask.
