Hotel Tm Deluxe Located in Sunny Beach in Sunny Beach

Highly NOT RECOMENDED 0*!!!

1.Room cleaning is not done daily, we asked reception on 2nd day in the morning to clean the rooms, (still nothing) we asked again in the evening... They said tomorrow after 10 (still nothing) in the evening... We went the 3rd day in the evening to report it..... They finaly came the 4th day (Out of 6)...Sheets were not changed even then and towels have rust spots on them.

2.The whole hotel is a mess, there are dirty corners, sticky spots on the floor, some tables and chairs are broken or ripped apart.

3.Bar have horrible drinks, no diabetes juice available on all inclusive plan, cofee is like colored water. We had to buy our own alcohol, we couldn't really drink even if we really tried every combination.

4.Restaurant is small and they are opening the 2nd area just when 1st one is full, even with COVID rules there is under 1m between tables.

5.Food is disgusting, and without variety, god bless french fries..... Chicken strips and nugets are made out of soy, fish have no taste pickes smell like used socks salad bar is poor and fruits were only apple and plums (breakfast/dinner) watermelon(lunch).

6.Staff is rude, and most of the times they ignore you. Exception is the bar guy who really struggles to serve everyone by himself.

7.The evening events are a few, most of them are stupid and nonsense, most of them for children under 14 (There were like 3 or 4 kids/event every time)

We really 'enjoyed' the stay here...STAY HOME THEN ORDER PIZZA AND DRINKS FOR A BETTER EXPERIENCE.
