Hotel Central in Sunny Beach

Hotel was clean enough and rooms were ready on arrival, a party of 12, 6 rooms. It was a shame we were all separated over the four floors but this is to be expected. Luckily two rooms were together where the you ger ones stayed next to each other. We stayed bed and breakfast with one couple out of the 12 having g half board. I would not opt for breakfast here again, it never changed... 4 dry cakes to choose from, baked beans, 3 types of sausage (i couldnt eat any of them but the others seemed to find them ok) booked eggs, scrambled eggs or fried, then you could have pancakes, fried bread, or toast. There was 3 cereal choices, a chocolate kind of flakes one, oats or cornflakes. I didn't enjoy any of the breakfast but thays personal choice. We all stayed for a meal here one night and the orders came out all wrong, at different tikes so half the party had finished before other meals had arrived and the waiter (who i have to say worked some rediculous long hours from am through to pm) spilt drink over one person and dropped Mayonnaise on another. The whole event was comicall we had to just laugh at how bad the exerience was. The last day we were there my family of 6 ordered food separately.. we ordered a pizza and chips between me and my husband and that was fine, the kids ordered chicken strips, chips, halloumi fries and some chicken. They didn't get what they ordered they got lots of cheese in batter. The staff did apologise, one thing I noticed in the whole of bulgaria even if they make the mistake you will still have to pay for it. So they got offered free drinks instead. The pool area is very small and fighting for sunbeds became a real problem in the days leading up to our departure where more summer holiday guests were arriving. People simply leave their towels on the beds for their duration of being there and this seems normal here. The bar was closed by 9 every night so drinks had to be had elsewhere On the whole the onky issue with this hotel is the food, service and bar closure times.
