3-star hotel with a 5-star heart! Officially this is a 3-star hotel, but for me, it was a 5-star experience. Special thanks to the reception team—they are incredibly professional, welcoming, and helpful. The rooms are spotlessly clean and cozy, and the breakfast was delicious. Everything exceeded my expectations. Special thanks to the reception team — they are amazing professionals, very hospitable and helpful. The food at Mistral Restaurant is exceptionally delicious, with an emphasis on national Bulgarian cuisine, and I am sure everyone will enjoy it. The breakfast was also very tasty and diverse. Everything exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend

The hotel is located close to the sea, it's very comfortable. The rooms are clean enough, have very comfortable bed and fantastic view through the window. The furniture is modern. Their restaurant offers plenty of traditional Bulgarian dishes and they are really tasty. The waiters are very cute and always ready to help.

Very good place to grab something to eat, its at a reasonable price and the portions are big, if they can add english to their menu it will be better, but you manage to understand easily the meals

Good location, while having business meetings within the city center. Buses outside going up and down almost the whole day. Hotel with standard quality, but nothing with a "wow" effect.
Good hotel with good services, but not excellent. Rooms equipped, but the view outside not. Breakfast standard.
Anyway, for a business trip, I would recommend this hotel. For a summer trip with family rather choose beach hotel with pool and view.

The location of the hotel is very good, nearby there is access to the beach and there are supermarkets! The staff is nice and smiling, the room was clean and pleasant. The historic center is about a kilometer away on foot but the hotel's location is strategic if you have a car as there is a large paid car park just a few steps away which you can pay directly at the hotel (you must tell the car park attendant that you stay at the Mistral hotel and he will let you in). The room was clean and equipped with every comfort. Mine also had a balcony. Thumbs up for the breakfast. The only slightly discordant note was the lack of a lift even if for Bulgaria it is almost the standard. Price is ok. I reccomend it!

Super hotel with a super location. Clean and well maintained. The room was spacious, well furnished and clean. There is a municipal parking lot right next to it and they give you an access card. The lack of an elevator is the only drawback.

Hotel owner lady is Great with all the clients irrespective of their race and color, so as the Bulgarian old man security guard at night but the behavior of some stuff in the reception or in the restaurant are not acceptable at all.

Awesome place! The interior is so modern, nice and welcoming. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Everything is very well thought out. They have a somewhat of a restaurant at the front of the hotel and they provide 20% discount for their guests, which is a steal! The food is very tasty and the prices can't be beat. The hotel's location is great too. About 10 min walk from the main beach. Also 10 min from the old town. Overall, it is one of the best places I have ever stayed at! We plan on visiting it every year.
