Very good hotel. Rooms spotless and large. We were in family suites. Great location of a variety of small beaches and only 15 mins by bus no 409 to Varna and only 2 Lev (£1) which I would recommend to go to. Lidl around the corner of hotel which was very convenient for basics. Pool very good clean and quiet. Sunbeds never a problem. 5 min walk to beach, restaurants etc. If you are looking for kids entertainment then it's not that kind of holiday. We have 2 teenage daughters who loved both the hotel and the area. Would definitely recommend both hotel and location 9/10. If I was being highly critical then I would recommend more variety of food at breakfast although the quality was good.

My friend and I decided to visit Sunny Beach and we just chose a random hotel. It turned out to be a comfortable experience and we are very happy with the hotel. The room was standard with a hair dryer, mini-fridge, nice air-conditioning, a balcony and an ironing board in the hallway just outside. Both the bathroom and the main room were really clean. I could not see a spot of dirt or stains anywhere. I even checked the mattress, and it looked brand new. The hotel is also very quiet at night and you don’t get disturbed by the partying in town when you want to sleep. It seemed that the reception was manned 24/7 and it felt safe. The family that runs the hotel is really friendly and I can tell they are working hard to keep the rooms in good condition. They are also helpful with anything you might need. For instance; They drove us to a far away beach for a good price when we didn’t want to travel with the local taxi cars. They have a pool, which we didn’t try, but we checked it out and it looked squeaky clean as well. We also felt safe with leaving our belongings in the room, such as passports and expensive clothing. Oh, and the hotel is located in a good spot. It is close enough to the beach, close to restaurants, supermarket etc. They even offered free parking when we rented a car.

Fantastic hotel, great location not far from the main ***** but far enough to not be noisy. 5 mins walk to flower street, 10 minutes walk to the beach. 2 mins walk from Restaurant Djanny etc.
The staff are very friendly and keen to help with any request and also give you local info if you haven't been to sunny beach before.
Rooms are basic but clean with everything you need, beds comfy, good air con and a fridge..
The pool is tiny but great for cooling down plus it's quiet and not busy. I like to swim in the sea anyway so this didn't bother me.
Next time I'm in the area i will definitely look to book here again.

Good basic rooms with AC and fridge and small tv, and small balcony, no cooking possibilities so keep that in mind, but no problem since many restaurants nearby (shout out to shrek bbq, try it) we found it a breeze staying a week here, will be back!

Amazing hotel, clean rooms, good swimming pool, very quiet considering it is only a 5 minute walk from the ***** Good amenities such as an ironing board, iron and fridge. My favourite thing about this hotel however, is the family that run it, all extremely nice people who keep the place in great condition

hotel is definitely a TOP hit! It combines the incompatible in my otherwise favorite resort - both peace and quiet, and a super location that gives you countless. Swimming pool is good and very clean.

The hotel is located in very quiet area very close to the center. All the restaurants, shops, markets and bakeries are at arm’s lenght. There is a nice swimming pool behind the hotel and a coffee machine right in front of it. The owner and the stuff are very friendly and helpful. Big benefits are also the free parking and great WIFI which you get for free aswell :) I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to have one pleasant holiday.
