Many small problems with the room (one air conditioner was constantly making noise, whether it was turned on or not, a shower in the bathroom was dripping and there was no pressure, a broken toilet lid, a leak under the kitchen sink, etc.). The staff seems responsive, but only if you have no questions or communication with them. During our stay we had an accident with breaking the countertop of the sink in the bathroom, for which we had no fault (the countertop was obviously broken before and was glued and broke when supported by hand), but still made us pay for its repair, because 2 years ago a small child had jumped on it and broken it again (although we were four adults). We did not hear any "sorry for the inconvenience" or any apology, because we were very lucky that no one was injured. My advice is, if you are staying there, to inspect the room during the application and tell in time about any problems you notice in the room, so that you do not get paid for damages for which you are not responsible for the removal.
