I am genuinely baffled by some of these bad reviews. I can only put it down to people being extremely petty. If you want to find something to complain about, you will anywhere you go. I have just returned from a very enjoyable three day trip to Hereford staying at the Brandon Lodge Hotel. From booking in to leaving, it was a pleasure able experience. We had no balcony and when we asked to upgrade they wouldn't.
