Liked this hotel. Friendly staff. The food was good and tasty. For children there is a playground. Here come the child-athletes. Conducted training and competition.

Decent hotel, cascaded in the hills of Saint Vlas. The hotel has four buildings, there are rooms, with studios and apartments. Three pools. Delicious food in the restaurant. But the hotel is focused on children's sports camps and there are always hordes of kids-athletes. Accordingly, those who want to relax in silence, it will be hard here. And go to the sea for about 15 minutes.

The location, only a few minutes from the beach and it also had a pool on site. The apartment was spacious, clean with all the amenities we needed. Customer service was easy as it was all done via the booking.com web site, the hotel was very quick to respond and helped with all our queries.

Cool hotel with cool apartments. I've relaxed there in 2017 so I definitely liked it. There is a small grocery and a restaurant into this complex so you don't have to go somewhere far go eat tasty. Ok for a 3-star hotel. Clean, quiet, spacious rooms with balcony overlooking an alley leading to the beach. Convenient location! Far from the main busy street, but at walking distance from one of the biggest supermarkets in the area. The kitchenette might use some extra facilities - some bowls for breakfast and more cooking spoons would be nice. The bed mattress and pillows were not even close to comfortable...

Seriously impressed with the meal tonight. Can't recommend it enough. What a lovely huge rack of honey ribs, massive lamb shank, traditional shopska salad and home made chips, ... what a night. Worked out at £15 a head including drinks. So incredible Can't fault any thing. It was superb.

Good apartment, well organized pool area

Poor organisation. A bit hard to find a parking place. The cleaning is not very good. The WiFi is paid. Nice pools and relatively close to the beach.

Not bad at all specially considering the price. Clean tidy and spacious enough. One issue I have is the stupidly overpriced WiFi. It should be free in any hotel. €6/day is ridiculous specially knowing that in Bulgaria Internet providers will give you internet for a month for €6.

Great place to stay with the kids. Very kind staff. Clean and welcoming. It's first line hotel with direct view of the sea unlike the majority of the hotels in St. Vlas. The beach is literally 1 minute away. The two room apartment was equiped with built-in kitchen and it's very good noise isolated, so whatever your kids do, it stays inside and does not bother other guests. Would recommend the owner...

Great residential complex. We have been living here with our family for many years. Nice place, nice building, great apartments. There are two swimming pools and just a couple of minutes walk to the sea. Recommended!
