We had an amazing time here. Best value for a very affordable price. The location is perfect, the sea view is mesmerizing. All staff were super nice and helpful: receptionists, maids, kitchen staff, lifeguard, bartenders, animators, everyone went out of their way so we could have a nice experience. The hotel is beautiful. The service is top-notch. The rooms are clean — we had one with a beautiful sea view. The food is delicious, and the atmosphere is friendly. Aged 79 years this was my first ever journey outside of England, the hotel was fantastic and I had an excellent time with my daughter and son in law. The hotel was very clean and the food was very good, could find no faults at all. We hope to return in 2026 with two more members of the family.

We had an excellent stay at Sineva Park Hotel😇 Krassy,the Food and Beverage Manager, Christina at the reception and the Chef with the morning crêpes😊 were so helpful and always with a smile on their face. Everyone in the hotel very welcoming and nice, a Huge Thank You for a wonderful holiday. Looking forward to seeing you next year.

Great property, beach at walking distance. There’s 3 restaurants on site, at one of them serves breakfast. Rooms are clean and big plenty of space for everyone(stayed in apartment), plenty of pools for small and big and bars also, staff members always helpful speaking multiple languages.

Stayed at the hotel portion of the resort from the 24th September until 30th. The resort was very nice but it was clear we arrived at the end of the season as certain things were out of stock when we ordered them etc. the resort itself was incredible and the staff were very friendly. Being that it was the end of season it was very quiet with plenty of space at all the pools and on the beach.

Good stay. They should think about including food and beach items as part of the cost. You can get easily stung by high prices when staying there.

Amazing experience! 17 pools, clean landscape that's up kept daily. The pools are cleaned every other day. No place quite like it. This is our second time visiting, and we'll be back again for sure.

Very nice apartment complex with a lot of various pools (13) and playgrounds, an outdoor training equipment + volleyball and basketball courts. Room had everything one would need - tv, microwave, oven, toaster, washing machine and big boiler so we never run out of hot water. Service was great but our room was cleaned one during the 6 days of our stay. Unfortunately one of our couches was broken but...

Apartments are ok,but the cleaning stuff needs to be replaced or motivated,they just do nothing... Reception stuff is trying to help as much they can;)))

The area is nice and green. The rooms need some maintenance. It is quite surprising that they charge 30 euros per week for internet connection which is unacceptable as the internet is always free for any other place around.

I have stayed in Royal Palm since 2020 and it has always been a pleasant experience. The room is spacious with huge balcony overlooking the pool. Nice sea view, just few mins walk to the beach and the restaurant

Royal Palm Hotel in Sveti Vlas is very nice place for staying . We were greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality. The staff was incredibly nice and helpfull. The location is great , 2-3 min to the sea . There are many shops,restaurants, bars. I would definitely recommend you to stay at this hotel.

Hotes has changed since I was here last time. Clean rooms, free Wi-Fi, friendly employees and of course it is 3 min from sea

Poor organisation. A bit hard to find a parking place. The cleaning is not very good. The WiFi is paid. Nice pools and relatively close to the beach.

Not bad at all specially considering the price. Clean tidy and spacious enough. One issue I have is the stupidly overpriced WiFi. It should be free in any hotel. €6/day is ridiculous specially knowing that in Bulgaria Internet providers will give you internet for a month for €6.

4 stars, no more, but no less. A quiet place, close to the sea, very compact, like family, pleasant stuff, clean territory. Food without wide choice, but tasty and fresh, wide choice of drinks, in the lobby all the time all kinds of non-alcoholic drinks. If you came here to have a simple , quite rest, and have not great ambitions, this place is for you.

The hotel is excellently located, the sea is clean with a gentle entry, and it's just a short walk from the hotel. A perfect location.
