Good price and great sea view. First line and perfect swimming pool. The reception personell is not very helpful but the barman and the chef are great.

Beautiful place, missing tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Staff are hardworking and friendly. Would 100 % come back!

We had an amazing time here. Best value for a very affordable price. The location is perfect, the sea view is mesmerizing. All staff were super nice and helpful: receptionists, maids, kitchen staff, lifeguard, bartenders, animators, everyone went out of their way so we could have a nice experience. The hotel is beautiful. The service is top-notch. The rooms are clean — we had one with a beautiful sea view. The food is delicious, and the atmosphere is friendly. Aged 79 years this was my first ever journey outside of England, the hotel was fantastic and I had an excellent time with my daughter and son in law. The hotel was very clean and the food was very good, could find no faults at all. We hope to return in 2026 with two more members of the family.

We had an excellent stay at Sineva Park Hotel😇 Krassy,the Food and Beverage Manager, Christina at the reception and the Chef with the morning crêpes😊 were so helpful and always with a smile on their face. Everyone in the hotel very welcoming and nice, a Huge Thank You for a wonderful holiday. Looking forward to seeing you next year.

Great property, beach at walking distance. There’s 3 restaurants on site, at one of them serves breakfast. Rooms are clean and big plenty of space for everyone(stayed in apartment), plenty of pools for small and big and bars also, staff members always helpful speaking multiple languages.

Stayed at the hotel portion of the resort from the 24th September until 30th. The resort was very nice but it was clear we arrived at the end of the season as certain things were out of stock when we ordered them etc. the resort itself was incredible and the staff were very friendly. Being that it was the end of season it was very quiet with plenty of space at all the pools and on the beach.

Good stay. They should think about including food and beach items as part of the cost. You can get easily stung by high prices when staying there.

I had a great experience in this hotel. The first thing you will notice when entering is the guarded parking. When you're inside, you will be greeted by the receptionist and will be given your key to the room which is very clean and big. The area is nice and green. The rooms need some maintenance. It is quite surprising that they charge 30 euros per week for internet connection which is unacceptable as the internet is always free for any other place around.

Lovely clean family run hotel, we had a balcony and a nice immaculate modern room, the hotel was very quiet but before the season the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice small family hotel very near the beach and not far from a few local shops. Nice big room but bathroom was small. Shower was new and water pressure very good. A Perfect Hotel To Relax! I went solo on this holiday and had a wonderful time. The staff are brilliant especially Tony the owner who goes out of his way to make guests feel welcome. I have stayed in Royal Palm since 2020 and it has always been a pleasant experience. The room is spacious with huge balcony overlooking the pool. Nice sea view, just few mins walk to the beach and the restaurant

Royal Palm Hotel in Sveti Vlas is very nice place for staying . We were greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality. The staff was incredibly nice and helpfull. The location is great , 2-3 min to the sea . There are many shops,restaurants, bars. I would definitely recommend you to stay at this hotel.

Hotes has changed since I was here last time. Clean rooms, free Wi-Fi, friendly employees and of course it is 3 min from sea

Poor organisation. A bit hard to find a parking place. The cleaning is not very good. The WiFi is paid. Nice pools and relatively close to the beach.

Not bad at all specially considering the price. Clean tidy and spacious enough. One issue I have is the stupidly overpriced WiFi. It should be free in any hotel. €6/day is ridiculous specially knowing that in Bulgaria Internet providers will give you internet for a month for €6.

4 stars, no more, but no less. A quiet place, close to the sea, very compact, like family, pleasant stuff, clean territory. Food without wide choice, but tasty and fresh, wide choice of drinks, in the lobby all the time all kinds of non-alcoholic drinks. If you came here to have a simple , quite rest, and have not great ambitions, this place is for you.

The hotel is excellently located, the sea is clean with a gentle entry, and it's just a short walk from the hotel. A perfect location. We have nice vacation here. If you search for quiet and relaxing places here is the place. Room was okay. Restaurant have good food.
