The only two negatives we experienced were that the slides were closed for two days without any notice, which was a bit frustrating (although not the end of the world), and that there was a convention taking place at the hotel during our stay

A really nice personal touch was the free mini bar, which was a lifesaver for bottled water. The private beach was also lovely, made even better by the little hut where you could grab food and drinks

We spent most of our days around the adult’s only pool, which was fantastic, and also enjoyed a day at the private beach. One of the first things we noticed was just how clean the hotel was

September is a very charming month to spend some days on the beach/pools and This Hotel offers all You need for a memorable vacation

The pool bar was amazing the staffs there did an incredible job and were always smiling and friendly

I spent two nights at the hotel a week ago. I was on business in Burgas and decides to give me some holiday feeling between sundown and sun-up. So I booked a sea-view and checked in after dark on TUE

As a fact I was tired by driving and tense business meeting so I just enjoed a shower and fresh bedline, The motning compenstated my frugal night with seaview tha sharged me for the day with smell of the sea and seagulls' calls on the side

I checked availability online, and it was not fully booked. The SPA center is nice and clean, and the pools and saunas are very good

Good restaurant, good cuisine and staffers ready to communicate and shoot a small breeze. It the morning I visited the Spa and got full body massage. It was great - carried proffesionally and in details

The ridiculous part is that although we paid for Ultra All-Inclusive, not all drinks were free—Pepsi was included, but not Coca-Cola; Jim Beam was free, but Jägermeister was paid

Needs to be fully dressed to pop into the restaurant despite the obvious inconvenience tonis to have to go up and down to get drinks (given the main pool area and expected amenities had not yet opened

We had a great time at Grand Hotel Sveti Vlas. The sea view was stunning, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The food was excellent with plenty of variety

The room was exceptionally cozy, spotlessly clean, and created a wonderful sense of peace and comfort. Every morning we woke up refreshed, and the view added even more magic to our stay

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Grand Hotel Sveti Vlas! The hotel exceeded all my expectations. The rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean

Just outside the hotel at the back is a lovely beach with beach bars shops and fun pubs with bingo and karaoke it's a nice walk along the beach area lots of sunbeds aswell belonging to the hotel which are free in a certain area

A wonderful hotel with plenty of pools for us to use unfortunately weather was not on our side so ended up in the indoor pool which was amazing, staff were very friendly and helpful could do with smiling a bit more though

Beach was across the road from the hotel did not use though in the height of the summer this area would very busy and wonderful, we made the best of what we had and had a fab time

There are umbrellas in the seating area during the summer months but they’d already been cleared away. The worst bit though: people smoke everywhere. It’s disgusting- at the pool, on the balconies, during meals outside

This hotel was amazing the food was great and plenty of choice, staff were friendly and helpful although could smile more, rooms were lovely light and cheery and comfy

The area was lovely and we did some trips out which were fab even though it was the end of season, didn’t get to try out any of the outside pools but the indoor one was amazing

We stayed at the end of September, and since none of the outdoor pools are heated, all we could do is sleep and eat. We were disappointed because we went there for the waterslides and they were all closed

It would be nice for at least one small outdoor pool to have been heated. The indoor pool was lukewarm, but its depth is not suitable for toddlers

The location is very clean, the rooms are cleaned daily. The food is excellent, diverse and very tasty. The restaurant is very clean! The staff is friendly and helps you with any request

Awesome hotel and great all inclusive. The entertainment was the best love Pepe and his team we are definitely going back. Enjoyed the holiday immensely

We went has the season was ending so some thing like the on site shop was closed but still great. The food was what we expected has plenty of choice and the snack bar was great in between meals

There you can leave a child under 3 to be entertained by well trained professionals, usually in the slots 10-12, 14-16 and 17:30-19:30. It costs extra, and must be booked a day in advance via the app

A very nice hotel by the sea, the best, clean beach along the coastline. The hotel manager - a young guy Krasimir is simply incredible, all issues were resolved very quickly and positively

Delicious cuisine and a clean restaurant, the chef is simply cool. We have been to very expensive and famous hotel chains, so this small, incredibly cozy, quiet little hotel is 100% worthy of attention

So, me and my fam had the best weekend ever at Hotel Amore in Elenite, Bulgaria. First off, the service was legit amazing, with the staff being super friendly and helpful

And let me tell you, the food at the restaurant was off the charts delicious! We're totally stoked about this place and we're definitely gonna come back someday

The rooms were huge and had an epic sea view that we couldn't get enough of

The location and view are great. I booked the all-inclusive but there is not much to use in the evening. The food served for dinner needs improvement.

Perfect location 50 meters from the sea, friendly employees, music, water gymnastics, massage, gorgeous sea view, delicious traditional Bulgarian food !! Piano music is played in the evening

Hello,so i wanted to tell,that your hotel is pretty good. Because the apartment is very nice,even apartment is having a TV! Every day nice woman cleaning the apartment

Had no problems with the change of bed linen and towels. Elevators with a slight delay worked, but it is a trifle. If anyone wants the sea to go on holiday, let no doubt. For children every day animators worked

There is a fitness club on the territory of Elenite Villas. The only thing that complained by other guests - is the fact that you can't wait for the bodice for those who lived on the upper floors

Very nice hotel, especially if You are vacationing with children. It is included along with the neighbouring hotels in the same group, allowing guests to enjoy the many services and other hotels

The private beach was beautiful, my 5 year old loved the kids water park, although the water here and in the pools was rather cold! Rooms are a little basic and showing some minor signs of wear and tear, but nothing excessive

Hotel is clean and close to the beach. The sea is calm, beach is sandy with shallow waters. The food is repetitive and if you a vegetarian then you will be eating pasta, pizza and chips everyday

We are currently staying at this hotel. ALL the staff are extremely friendly. The hotel is spotless and the food is really good considering it is all inclusive which often is not great but this hotel is really good

The wine on all inclusive is also of a very nice standard. Pool towels safe and kettle are all free. The pools are really cold but there is a heated pool inside with a lovely spa. Nothing is too much trouble for anyone

The pool area had many sun loungers and was a nice place to relax. We were very pleasantly surprised by the level of the restaurant. There were many options with fresh, high-quality ingredients

Nice hotel located in the heart of Sunny beach. Parking is available, pool also. Rooms are nice, spacious and clean. The staff is very polite and ready to satisfy all possible needs

The accommodations are generously proportioned and include a refrigerator. I highly recommend this establishment

For the rest the food is mid, but you can find something to eat, the pool is okay and the hotel if you get to stay in it and not in the “upgrades” its what you pay for

I spent a few days at Hotel Palma in Sunny Beach this May as a solo traveler from Bulgaria, and I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was quiet and peaceful – exactly what I was looking for to relax

Breakfast is ok (variety is not wide, but probably it is due to the fact that we visited during late September). Generally, for a 3-star hotel it is very good. Will gladly visit again in the future

The only need in the morning,before Breakfast,to book yourself a sunbed (towel throw), otherwise near our hotel booked and will have to go look all over the beach. The best time for booking at 9 am

At check issued bonuses-visit local restaurants. We were in Bulgarian and Italian. Nothing to do with these kitchens were not. On site there is a swimming pool with two bowls under the open sky

On-site water Park but the water is very chlorinated and cold. Some Attractions in the water Park threat. There are also free and paid rides. Every day there are animation and children's disco

A huge plus is that the hotel is part of the club 6-7 hotels and they have a huge covered area, which has its own water Park, lots of bars, eateries, ice cream and everything is free

A wonderful place for a family holiday. The room was clean and cozy. The food was various and delicious. The staff were amazing. Especially the animation team - they were fantastic.

The animation was amazing! They had different features every night with special guests. The beach was near with enough sun beds and umbrellas.

Absolutely no complaints about staff, facilities or location for an all-inclusive. Possibly overpriced compared with similar options.

Animation is good and the show programs are interesting. The sports activies are done nicely and the children are happy.

In the evening there was light music by the pool bar, great atmosphere

We usually had no problem getting a sunbed at the pool next to our block, only downside was having to go down early to put your towels on. We stayed bed and breakfast but only had one breakfast

It was ok but we preferred to go to local supermarkets as we had a great kitchenette in the studio and were not tied to hotel timings. We ate at the onsite Italian restaurant 3 times and found it great value for money

A very nice hotel garden with a large pool. Another facilities like fitness center and spa are available as well. My room was a small one but smart designed. There is a beatiful view to garden.

My 16 year old daughter and I loved this resort. We visited Aug 25 so high season. We booked a large delux studio with Jet2. The accommodation was brilliant

Very modern and spacious with a huge balcony (we were on 6th floor). Lots of supermarkets and restaurants in immediate area or it was a 10 minute walk to the beach front with lots more restaurants and bars

One lady even walked us through the resort to show us where our block was. Also on check our the staff were good. As always, you can only comment on your own experiences, and ours were very positive

The receptionists were very kind and knew english very well. The rooms were very clean when we arrived

We had 5 rooms reserved and the only problems in some were things like the hair dryer not working, the tv remote not having batteries or the shower head detaching from water pressure

They went out of their way to make us feel welcome, which we really appreciated. Our room was also quite satisfactory—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained for the duration of our stay

Unfortunately, the food at the hotel's restaurant consisted primarily of processed items, with very few fresh or healthy options. This was a major drawback for us and made meal times a bit of a challenge

It wasn't particularly convenient for exploring with two small children, and we found ourselves having to walk a bit more than we would have liked to get to the main attractions

However, if you are traveling with small children and are looking for healthy food choices and kid-friendly amenities, this might not be the best fit for you

We all loved it, especially the water slides. People do queue and reserve sun loungers but nothing new there. The rooms are the reason I haven’t given 5 stars

Overall I enjoyed my experience at the Kuban hotel, the room was spotless and the pools and slides were great as described and fun when the weather allowed

The biggest advantage of this hotel is the aquapark and the location close to the sea. There are no kettles in the rooms and the environment is quite noisy. Food below average, for children not much to choose from

There was not much entertainment going on though and no indoor spaces besides the lobby and expensive arcade room. So when it rained the entertainment was done in the restaurant

In my opinion the only things that make this hotel a 3 star is the food and the dated rooms. They for me are the only negatives. The pools are clean, the slides are great fun. Drinks including cocktails are all good

The only other thing I can plan about and it’s really nothing is that the pool area closes at 6 and doesn’t open again until 9pm so there is no where to sit in the sunshine after 6

Great hotel, very clean and tidy. Food is tasty, fresh and quite diverse. I like the pool and the fact that there are many sunbeds. It is a nice surprise that the drinks are actually very strong!

We had a fantastic stay! Everything was perfect, but the highlight was definitely the animation team. Their activities were fun, creative, and full of energy – they truly made our holiday unforgettable.

From morning activities by the pool to evening shows and games, they managed to keep both kids and adults entertained in the best way possible

Fantastic Stay at Hotel Alba! I had an amazing time at Hotel Alba! The hotel itself is fantastic — clean, comfortable, and very well maintained

Unfortunately the changing rooms are apparently upstairs so I had to stay in my wheelchair wet to get back to my room to shower (water quite heavily chlorinated)

The hotel is very well situated in Sunny Beach. It has 3 large pools and 3 kiddie pools, plus water slides. We visited mid September so the extra restaurants were closed

Not a problem! The indoor pool is supposed to be 25C but currently cold as they’ve had a problem with the heating system and obviously it takes time to heat a large volume of water

The pool bartender, Krystian and Ertan made excellent drinks (and told quite a few jokes as well :D ) Overall a stay to be remembered warmly!

Helpful, kind and attentive, they have answered a myriad of questions and are going to hire mobility scooters for us for the 2 days we want to explore the promenade, the pub I mentioned being too far for my friend to walk and my wheelchair doesn’t lock so I can’t let it out of my sight, and the slopes are more than the 6 degrees my wheelchair is meant to cope with

The slope to the pool is again too steep for my wheelchair

We are smokers ourselves, but we always keep our balconys clean! Pool: The pool was nice with plenty of sunbeds, but, the water was freezing cold. I don't know if this would be the case during the main summer period

There's a pool bar which also serves food which was very good to be honest. There's also a small shop by the pool which sells ice-cream, inflatables, balls, and general bits and pieces

The room was clean with ample storage for clothes, with a wardrobe in the living area, and another wardrobe in the bedroom. Tea and coffee facilities and a small fridge were in the bedroom

Cleaners came in every day, but our balcony which was double the size of the ordinary rooms, was not mopped clean during our 1 week stay, so we had to clean it ourselves

This was a little annoying, because we would sometimes find cigarette ash and cigarette butts from balconys above, had dropped onto our balcony

The pool area and sunbeds are jet washed every morning, so it clean and tidy for the guests each day. Food & Restaurant: I usually struggle to find food that doesn't make me feel ill while on holiday

And personel are great and helpfull. The young guests may pay more attention with their behaviour, and clean up or throw away their things after use in the pool aria

Everything (location,bar,swimming pool , reception u. ) was great except cleaning staff. Gave us old and dirty towels , girls was coming inside without knocking on the door

Rooms we spacious but let down by maskara stains on the sheets and hairs in the bed, attention to detail. Great central location and pool with bar

But the hotel is good! It is near the beach, about 5-10 minutes walk. And the strip (Flowerstreet) is about 10-15 minutes walk

Every morning I want to Wake up in this hotel, it is cozy and big, the pool is huge, but the beds paid, but it's in Bulgaria. It is worth to stop and look at the beautiful atmosphere of the hotel and Bulgaria

Its was just ok . Food is 80% pork and not really great prepared. Rooms was nice but not clean and housekeeping not really care to clean daily. Pool is very cold so better go beach there water warmer.

Stayed here for a week, found it a bit of a let down, the 2 slides are only on at certain times, hardly any staff speak English, Food is cold every night and not a great choice, and everyday during our stay approximately 50 kids turned up for some kind of summer camp about 3 times a day and filled half the pool which spoilt it for the kids who have paid to stay here
