Beach is more than 700m on the shortcut way, there are no umbrellas on the top floor and the sun makes much heat. Hotel rules not stated clearly

The prices are around 70% cheaper than the norm, but the quality, service and range is still good. We stopped here for food instead of trawling all the way to old town and didn’t regret it

It is also suitable for families with children, there is a playground right next to the hotel. The staff is incredibly nice, the hygiene is good and the food is really tasty and carefully prepared

We just got back from a week at Grand Hotel Sveti Vlas, and it was honestly one of the best family holidays we've had! We traveled with our two small children (ages 4 and 6), and the hotel had everything we needed to keep everyone happy and relaxed

One of the highlights was the food – there's always something available at the restaurant throughout the day, and every Saturday evening there's a live performer who entertains the guests during dinner, creating such a special atmosphere

We just returned from a fantastic stay at Grand Hotel Sveti Vlas, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best seaside vacations we've had in Bulgaria. The hotel offers a great mix of luxury, comfort, and relaxation

The biggest hit for the kids was definitely the Kids Club. It’s very well organized, clean, and full of games, crafts, and fun activities

We also appreciated that there were healthy options as well. Our family room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely balcony with a sea view. Everything in the hotel felt safe, family-friendly, and well thought out

Not in center, which is good, more peaceful. Supermarket is close, beach is close. Food is not so good, thats why 4 stars not 5.

For normal price good hotel. location near sea, big rooms, good view from balcony(3rd;4th floor).Poor included breakfast.

Codziennie przychodziła pani sprzątająca, zabierała śmieci i dokładała papier toaletowy, raz w ciągu pobytu zmieniono nam ręczniki i pościel

Just got home from a stay there, both me and my girlfriend loved it! Great accommodation, clean, very friendly staff, and last but not least the view is perhaps the best in the whole bay area.

The hotel is clean with amazing view at the sea! The hosts are polite. We didn't really like the breakfast. There was lack of variety, the same every day.

Didn't stay here but coffee was nice..keeping my options open for somewhere new to stay

Last year it had different owners and they were quite hostile to be honest. But this season it has changed hands again and things are back to normal. Great pool for the kids and food is quite good too. Pleasant staff

Location great clean no communication be cause of language barrier continental breakfast not to every ones taste when it stated English

The rooms were clean and mentained. The location is great, right next to the main street. The beach is not as close, 10 - 15 minute walk. Overall great for it's price range.

Nice hotel with a view of the sea, very low price for average quality. Only issue is they didn't have rooms with 1 double bed except they had only with 2 separate beds.

I appreciated the attention to detail, the staff and the owners were very nice, welcoming, discreet. I posed for them when I left - see the smiling photos

Cleaning with changed towels and linen every 3 days, garbage taken daily, very efficient cleaning ladies, smiles and nice
