Big rooms, very comfortable beds, nice staff, clean, big pools. Small beach but with sand and rocks, not many umbrellas or seats

Couldn't be closer to the sea, lovely rooms, comfy beds, soft pillows, lots of bars, fizzy water "on tap" 2 pools, all day ice-cream. Fizzy wine (champagne) is a bit sweet for my taste and not reliably chilled

Spirits and cocktails, a bit hit and miss ?. Some staff are a bit tired (September is the end of the season) but others like Natalie (Nataliya) on reception and Kiril at the beach bar are still happy to serve

Good food but scarce for a five star hotel,not too many options, bar limited to local drinks and few options for food abr. By the pool there is a paid bar. Overall good for the price paid for all inclusive

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the piccolo Stoyan was very nice and responsive. However, the staff near the main pool is amazing. The bartender Pavel is a nice and funny guy, always gives the best drinks

We spent most of our days around the adult’s only pool, which was fantastic, and also enjoyed a day at the private beach. One of the first things we noticed was just how clean the hotel was

A really nice personal touch was the free mini bar, which was a lifesaver for bottled water. The private beach was also lovely, made even better by the little hut where you could grab food and drinks

We had a great time at the Voya Beach hotel. The staff was friendly , the facilities are great and diverse

The pool bar was amazing the staffs there did an incredible job and were always smiling and friendly

The only two negatives we experienced were that the slides were closed for two days without any notice, which was a bit frustrating (although not the end of the world), and that there was a convention taking place at the hotel during our stay

At times, we felt a bit overlooked as holidaymakers, especially in the dining areas, where the convention guests seemed to be prioritised. That said, we would still recommend this hotel to anyone considering a stay

The rooms are clean — we had one with a beautiful sea view. The food is delicious, and the atmosphere is friendly. There is a wonderful beach nearby, which is very convenient

Good price and great sea view. First line and perfect swimming pool. The reception personell is not very helpful but the barman and the chef are great.

Food was plenty and very very tasty! The cleanliness of the building and the pool is exceptional, the garden is splendid, with the sweet smell of flowers filling the rooms in the evening

Unbelievably happy about how fast my reservation was made. Surprisingly clean and tidy room compared to the ones ive been in Sunny Beach. The manager made a discount for me as i was a new customer in this hotel

The location is spectacular, on the seafront! We have been going here for 5 years, every year and we love it! Beautiful gardens with lots of greenery, well maintained, many and clean swimming pools, large and clean apartments, very good food and good prices, exceptional quality-price ratio

If you walk around you'll see all sorts of plants, shrubs and landscapes. 8 different swimming pools hence happy kids. The resort is more family orientated. If you want madness Sunny Beach is nearby

A balcony with a beautiful sea view! The rooms were cleaned daily, and towels were changed. The complex was beautiful, green, and had plenty of pools

The hotel made a very positive impression on me. The entire complex is quite large, with a well-organized and clean inner courtyard. There are several pools and access to a sandy beach

The price of the stay and the view of the sea from the room were definitely a plus! The only downside was the transportation connection to the city, which could be challenging outside of the peak season, as well as closed money exchange

the resort itself was incredible and the staff were very friendly. Being that it was the end of season it was very quiet with plenty of space at all the pools and on the beach

Rooms are clean and big plenty of space for everyone(stayed in apartment), plenty of pools for small and big and bars also, staff members always helpful speaking multiple languages

Stayed at the hotel portion of the resort from the 24th September until 30th. The resort was very nice but it was clear we arrived at the end of the season as certain things were out of stock when we ordered them etc

Good stay. They should think about including food and beach items as part of the cost. You can get easily stung by high prices when staying there.

We had reserved a specific hotel room that wasn't available so they gifted us an extra room and champagne with fruits. The beach is right in front which would probably be the main reason someone would pick the hotel

It is one of the best hotels on the sea side. Right next to the sea, great rooms and absolutely amazing entertainment and food. I'd repeat there 💯

but one must take life is as it is. hotel Beach is beautiful, comfort ,sea itself wonderfull. Looking forward to seeing you next season. We recommend this hotel to anyone

A very good foursome in Sveti Vlas. Located right near the sea. Nice service and maintenance. Delicious Bulgarian and European cuisine.

Sweet lovers should be content also. I am fond of coffee and i must say i liked local coffee so much ,only shame coffee is available on breakfasts. If you get sleepy after lunch you are hamstrung

Holiday in this hotel was very nice, area quiet, family friendly, the sea was close by with nice walk, small shops around. Food in the hotel was fine ,but not great. It could be better but nobody stays hungry

I didn't have any digestion problem. I enjoyed trip to Old Nessebar which was around 40 min away from Sveti Vlas. Sea and beach was to my likeness

best hotel ever but the peoples next to me was very loud and I was at room with climate installation and got sick + the was family that was fighting and there was blood on the window and one man trow the server boy into the pool also the guy whit beard on the reception is very annoying and the cleaners too room are not cleaning everyday and the rooms was very unclean and messy but the hotel is still...

Check-in was quick, and the team was always ready to help with questions or recommendations. My room was clean, cozy, and well-kept, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay

Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout. What stood out most was the warm and genuine service from every staff member, creating a very pleasant atmosphere

Hotel is in a fantastic location even though it is quiet. On check in the reception staff were not very helpful as to where the room was etc and not very informative as to how to get to places etc outside of the hotel

The Nessebar ferry leaves from the hotels beach but none of the reception staff knew or would say how to get to the jetty or the price of it even though they advertise the ferry within the hotel

The second year we stayed in this hotel in September. Great place! It is protected from the autumn winds from the North mountain, so the whole of September it is warm, warmer than the next, in Sunny Beach

The food was ok but trying to get any was not always worth the barging and pushing about that the Russian guests seemed to deem ok to do to you to make sure they didn’t have to queue like polite people did and wait their turn

I highly recommend the Family Hotel Venera. The rooms were very clean, the swimming pool was large and the food was delicious. You can feel the soul of the hotel owners, who are very nice and helpful

The children especially liked the ice cream in the evening. Great pool that was constantly cleaned. The staff is friendly and tried to help in any matter

The only negative was the shower without a curtain, so after the shower there was water all over the bathroom. Although the hood worked well and everything dried quickly

As it is small, it was a good thing that dinner and breakfast were on a buffet - everything was just prepared and fresh, not some frozen foods from months ago

As a fact I was tired by driving and tense business meeting so I just enjoed a shower and fresh bedline, The motning compenstated my frugal night with seaview tha sharged me for the day with smell of the sea and seagulls' calls on the side

The water in the pool was a little cold, I preferred the seawater instead, the sun-beds were so comfortable 😍 I loved the spa area, so relaxing and nice, it made our vacation even better

I spent two nights at the hotel a week ago. I was on business in Burgas and decides to give me some holiday feeling between sundown and sun-up. So I booked a sea-view and checked in after dark on TUE

After relaxing in the the relax zone (it is superb) I said g'bay to the sea and the staffers and put a note in my planner: try the Grand Hotel in the summer time

The evening was the last night before driving to SOf so I took my time enjoying extended dinner with a red wine to fit the meats and the season

I checked availability online, and it was not fully booked. The SPA center is nice and clean, and the pools and saunas are very good

Amazing experience! 17 pools, clean landscape that's up kept daily. The pools are cleaned every other day. No place quite like it. This is our second time visiting, and we'll be back again for sure.

Very nice apartment complex with a lot of various pools (13) and playgrounds, an outdoor training equipment + volleyball and basketball courts

The complex is between a forrest and the black sea so there is a lot of interesting wildlife and since it's far from city it's really quiet

Fabulous place for families...recommendation for everyone to spend summer

Room had everything one would need - tv, microwave, oven, toaster, washing machine and big boiler so we never run out of hot water. Service was great but our room was cleaned one during the 6 days of our stay

Unfortunately one of our couches was broken but that's just one complaint. Location is OK- nearest fairly cheap shop is about 2km away. 8km away but there is a bus stop nearby

The rooms need some maintenance. It is quite surprising that they charge 30 euros per week for internet connection which is unacceptable as the internet is always free for any other place around

The pool is lovely with plenty of sun loungers, also a two minute walk to the beach. Vlas Marina is great with lots of gorgeous beach bars which feels exclusive to sit with a cocktail

Good family hotel, quiet, clean, with tasty food and friendly staff. Very close to the sea, with comfortable rooms. The hotel is small but really nice, with clean swimming pool.

Honestly, I'd like to leave a bad review, just so others don't come here, and I can come back whenever I like 😁 Hotel Panorama is simply fantastic, a small 23 room family run hotel, and honestly, despite it only being 3 stars, if it was being rated on friendliness and quality of service it would get 5+

Lovely clean family run hotel, we had a balcony and a nice immaculate modern room, the hotel was very quiet but before the season the staff were very friendly and helpful.

It's in a quiet street in Sveti Vlas, close to the beach. If you want somewhere with more life, you are only a bus ride from Sunny Beach, and it costs less than £1

Air conditioning worked well which was very welcome as it was very hot. Also there was no additional cost. The hotel was spotless throughout. Pool was a good size for a family hoyel

I have stayed in Royal Palm since 2020 and it has always been a pleasant experience. The room is spacious with huge balcony overlooking the pool. Nice sea view, just few mins walk to the beach and the restaurant

Poor organisation. A bit hard to find a parking place. The cleaning is not very good. The WiFi is paid. Nice pools and relatively close to the beach.

Royal Palm Hotel in Sveti Vlas is very nice place for staying. We were greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality. The staff was incredibly nice and helpfull. The location is great , 2-3 min to the sea

Hotes has changed since I was here last time. Clean rooms, free Wi-Fi, friendly employees and of course it is 3 min from sea

There are many shops,restaurants, bars. I would definitely recommend you to stay at this hotel
