Decent hotel, cascaded in the hills of Saint Vlas. The hotel has four buildings, there are rooms, with studios and apartments. Three pools. Delicious food in the restaurant. But the hotel is focused on children's sports camps and there are always hordes of kids-athletes. Accordingly, those who want to relax in silence, it will be hard here. My main complain was the lack of WiFi in the rooms. Otherwise it was pretty good. The apartment was spacious, there were things for cooking, the breakfast was also pretty nice, the pool was enjoyable, etc. Cleanness of the kitchen part can be improved and the road leading to the hotel is less than ideal for walking, but those were not major issues.

The hotel was clean and food was good, but my family got the virus so be careful. The workers very mostly smiling but the barman Tahsin was very sweet and made sure that drinks were just like how we wanted and liked them. He was always smiling and very sweet. He worked as a bartender and we saw him working in an ala cart restaurant. A good bartender needs to work in a bar.

All in all I enjoyed my recent stay but I don’t think I’d use this hotel again. Location is great as it’s on the beach and it’s at the quieter end. Very close to the beach, really good service and pools are clean. The room I was in, which was 616 had no tv access, There were no channels to watch, Blanket also wasn't comfy and so wasn't the pillow, Elevators stop randomly at stages even tho no one is there.

When I stayed in this hotel in 2010 it was a five star and now it's a four star even then it wasn't that good the pool was cold and the food was horrible the rooms were dated but they were clean and the staff were friendly. The Hotel is in a great location for exploring Sunny Beach. Flower Street and the beach are within a short walk 5/10 minutes. The Hotel and rooms are extremely clean and well kept. Overall, a good hotel in a great location. Very good breakfast. During our stay, the outdoor pool was closed for part of the time due to murky water. There is also an indoor pool at the hotel.

I had a very pleasant experience visiting this hotel on my solo trip. What caught my eye was the food there - and it was served really well. The kitchen staff did excellent and I would highly recommend anyone to visit.

There is no parking lot. The parking lot next to the hotel is ********* ********* for some reason. There is no place on the ground anyway. It is close to the sea but there are no sun loungers or umbrellas in the sea.

Pros: the hotel is renovated, good mattresses, linen. Excellent breakfast. The location right next to the promenade street is both a plus and a minus, because if the windows overlook it, it is noisy until 1 am. Cons: no private beach, small pool, very few sun loungers and all are already taken at 8 am. Terrible service, in the bar, if you don't pay attention, they underfill the alcohol. Breakfast is bad. The variety is small. They collect the remaining cheese and serve 4-5 types of old cheese again the next day.

Staff amazing room spotless food excellent..

Lovely apartment, good view, food is slightly above average of the typical Bulgarian low cost all inclusive, staff friendly but check in poor. You wont get lunch on your first day or even a drink until after 2pm, nor will you have access to your room.
