Big rooms, very comfortable beds, nice staff, clean, big pools. Small beach but with sand and rocks, not many umbrellas or seats. Good food but scarce for a five star hotel,not too many options, bar limited to local drinks and few options for food abr. By the pool there is a paid bar. Overall good for the price paid for all inclusive.

We had a great time at the Voya Beach hotel. The staff was friendly , the facilities are great and diverse. The food was delicious, and did not repeat itself and every evening there was a different show for the whole family. One of the best hotels we stayed in. Highly recommend 👌

Having 4 days of vacation in Voya, was like adding a cherry on the top of summer cake 2025. I can recommend Voya Beach Resort as the best place on Bulgarian Seaside cost. September is a very charming month to spend some days on the beach/pools and This Hotel offers all You need for a memorable vacation.

Lovely modern hotel, facilities and cleanliness the best we’ve ever experienced. Food excellent and varied. Slight downside would be some bar staff not very friendly and need to learn to smile bit more. Other than that excellent and highly recommend.

Very good hotel at the Marina Diveni Blv with great furniture and an excellent view on the Yacht Harbor. Two great beaches around. Breakfast is included which is very good as well. Rooms are spacious and in very good condition. TV in the bathroom. Classical style. Very kind staff and management. Really worth 5 stars. We really enjoyed our stay and will come again in the future when being around.

The location is spectacular, on the seafront! We have been going here for 5 years, every year and we love it! Beautiful gardens with lots of greenery, well maintained, many and clean swimming pools, large and clean apartments, very good food and good prices, exceptional quality-price ratio. I highly recommend it, especially to families with children.

We booked a vacation through a travel agency. We were given a suite (living room with a sofa bed for the kids) and a separate bedroom with a double bed. A balcony with a beautiful sea view! The rooms were cleaned daily, and towels were changed. The complex was beautiful, green, and had plenty of pools. The food was very good.

The name is well deserved. If you walk around you'll see all sorts of plants, shrubs and landscapes. 8 different swimming pools hence happy kids. The resort is more family orientated. If you want madness Sunny Beach is nearby.

Family friendly but for a place that claims 5 stars they are are really 3.5. the tennis courts are just one as the other is converted to a five a side area for kids. Great property, beach at walking distance. There’s 3 restaurants on site, at one of them serves breakfast. Rooms are clean and big plenty of space for everyone(stayed in apartment), plenty of pools for small and big and bars also, staff members always helpful speaking multiple languages.

Stayed at the hotel portion of the resort from the 24th September until 30th. The resort was very nice but it was clear we arrived at the end of the season as certain things were out of stock when we ordered them etc. the resort itself was incredible and the staff were very friendly. Being that it was the end of season it was very quiet with plenty of space at all the pools and on the beach.

Good stay. They should think about including food and beach items as part of the cost. You can get easily stung by high prices when staying there.

Fabulous place for families...recommendation for everyone to spend summer

The area is nice and green. The rooms need some maintenance. It is quite surprising that they charge 30 euros per week for internet connection which is unacceptable as the internet is always free for any other place around.
