Big rooms, very comfortable beds, nice staff, clean, big pools. Small beach but with sand and rocks, not many umbrellas or seats. Good food but scarce for a five star hotel,not too many options, bar limited to local drinks and few options for food abr. By the pool there is a paid bar. Having 4 days of vacation in Voya, was like adding a cherry on the top of summer cake 2025. I can recommend Voya Beach Resort as the best place on Bulgarian Seaside cost. Very good hotel at the Marina Diveni Blv with great furniture and an excellent view on the Yacht Harbor. Two great beaches around. Breakfast is included which is very good as well. Rooms are spacious and in very good condition. TV in the bathroom. Classical style. Very kind staff and management. Really worth 5 stars. We really enjoyed our stay and will come again in the future when being around.

The location is spectacular, on the seafront! We have been going here for 5 years, every year and we love it! Beautiful gardens with lots of greenery, well maintained, many and clean swimming pools, large and clean apartments, very good food and good prices, exceptional quality-price ratio. I highly recommend it, especially to families with children.

We booked a vacation through a travel agency. We were given a suite (living room with a sofa bed for the kids) and a separate bedroom with a double bed. A balcony with a beautiful sea view! The name is well deserved. If you walk around you'll see all sorts of plants, shrubs and landscapes. 8 different swimming pools hence happy kids. The resort is more family orientated. If you want madness Sunny Beach is nearby.

Can't say enough good things about this resort hotel. First of all, the location is perfect. It's on the north side of Sunny Beach, away from much of the touristy/divey shopping and bars and stuff, which are fun...but better to be a little removed from that stuff for where you stay. A wonderful hotel with plenty of pools for us to use unfortunately weather was not on our side so ended up in the indoor pool which was amazing, staff were very friendly and helpful could do with smiling a bit more though. Great property, beach at walking distance. There’s 3 restaurants on site, at one of them serves breakfast. Rooms are clean and big plenty of space for everyone(stayed in apartment), plenty of pools for small and big and bars also, staff members always helpful speaking multiple languages.

Stayed at the hotel portion of the resort from the 24th September until 30th. The resort was very nice but it was clear we arrived at the end of the season as certain things were out of stock when we ordered them etc. the resort itself was incredible and the staff were very friendly. Being that it was the end of season it was very quiet with plenty of space at all the pools and on the beach.

Good stay. They should think about including food and beach items as part of the cost. You can get easily stung by high prices when staying there.

The area is nice and green. The rooms need some maintenance. It is quite surprising that they charge 30 euros per week for internet connection which is unacceptable as the internet is always free for any other place around.

I have stayed in Royal Palm since 2020 and it has always been a pleasant experience. The room is spacious with huge balcony overlooking the pool. Nice sea view, just few mins walk to the beach and the restaurant

Royal Palm Hotel in Sveti Vlas is very nice place for staying . We were greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality. The staff was incredibly nice and helpfull. The location is great , 2-3 min to the sea . There are many shops,restaurants, bars. I would definitely recommend you to stay at this hotel.

Hotes has changed since I was here last time. Clean rooms, free Wi-Fi, friendly employees and of course it is 3 min from sea

Poor organisation. A bit hard to find a parking place. The cleaning is not very good. The WiFi is paid. Nice pools and relatively close to the beach.

Not bad at all specially considering the price. Clean tidy and spacious enough. One issue I have is the stupidly overpriced WiFi. It should be free in any hotel. €6/day is ridiculous specially knowing that in Bulgaria Internet providers will give you internet for a month for €6.

4 stars, no more, but no less. A quiet place, close to the sea, very compact, like family, pleasant stuff, clean territory. Food without wide choice, but tasty and fresh, wide choice of drinks, in the lobby all the time all kinds of non-alcoholic drinks. If you came here to have a simple , quite rest, and have not great ambitions, this place is for you.

The hotel is excellently located, the sea is clean with a gentle entry, and it's just a short walk from the hotel. A perfect location. Room cleaning is very good, and the housekeeping staff are helpful. The pool area could be cleaner, but what truly impressed us was the restaurant. We have nice vacation here. If you search for quiet and relaxing places here is the place. Room was okay. Restaurant have good food. Not much for the kids to do in the hotel but animators do good job to entertain them in the kids club so me and my husband relax near the pool. My daughters enjoyed kids disco every night.
