I am not sure if the beach is public or not but it is very beautiful

The hotel made a very positive impression on me. The entire complex is quite large, with a well-organized and clean inner courtyard. There are several pools and access to a sandy beach

Lovely hotel. Apartments are great,cleaned every day,fresh towels daily. Most staff very pleasant but the supermarket staff are miserable. Reception staff and the hotel taxi drivers are great. Would recommend this hotel.

Bus stops are within 5 minutes travelling daily to nessebar and sunny beach. Our studio is spacious and has excellent WiFi, washing machine, microwave, oven, hairdryer, iron and more

The rooms are fully equipped with all you need for a self catering holiday with a supermarket within the complex several restaurants and the beach is on our doorstep

Lovely place beautiful views it has 7 pools one indoor has a reasonably good gym. Scenery is amazing well kept flower gardens. Breakfast isn't that great but nice places in sunny beach for a decent meal...

The man that gave out the towels was much more informative and really helpful. He always said good morning etc and passed the time of day with you no matter how busy he was

This hotel is suitable for families with children. Beautiful beach, wonderful smooth entry into the sea

Hotel is in a fantastic location even though it is quiet. On check in the reception staff were not very helpful as to where the room was etc and not very informative as to how to get to places etc outside of the hotel

The Nessebar ferry leaves from the hotels beach but none of the reception staff knew or would say how to get to the jetty or the price of it even though they advertise the ferry within the hotel

Often we ended up with only salad as it saved the hassle. The bar lad in the Joy bar Bramin was fabulous as was his colleague and actually took the time to speak and make an effort to get to know us

On arrival, we were met by unhelpful reception staff who stated we didn’t need an extra room key, but had given another Bulgarian couple 2 keys. We didn’t think much of it at the time

Spirits and cocktails, a bit hit and miss ?. Some staff are a bit tired (September is the end of the season) but others like Natalie (Nataliya) on reception and Kiril at the beach bar are still happy to serve

The food is very good even if there are few varieties. Super nice staff, clean and spacious rooms. The only problem is the beach because it is small and not arranged. You must come with a towel and an umbrella

Great hotel nice and clean staff were very friendly as well but always looked angry, got to our room shower head hanging off broken bracket and trim hanging off ceiling in bathroom not safe at all, no way is it a 5 star hotel more like a 3,great location right in front of the beach,also the food was terrible and the range of drinks they have on offer

if you are going to get a sun lounger make sure your down by the pool by 6:30 to put your towels out or there’s no way you will have 1 after 9

Our biggest thanks goes to the animation team, they made our vacation unforgettable always being there for us and our kids, nevertheless the hotel doesn’t have much entertainment facilities they always manage to come up with something creative and fun to do especially their dance show with boys and girls from Cuba on Saturday! The staff is very friendly and helpful, the piccolo Stoyan was very nice and responsive. However, the staff near the main pool is amazing. The bartender Pavel is a nice and funny guy, always gives the best drinks

Great place to stay with the kids. It's first line hotel with direct view of the sea unlike the majority of the hotels in St. The beach is literally 1 minute away

Clean water in pool, everyday our flat was cleaning, extra localization(50m to sea), beauty garden nad plants, silent and safety. Near to small market and big Market Mercury. Friendly and sympathetic hotel service

The two room apartment was equiped with built-in kitchen and it's very good noise isolated, so whatever your kids do, it stays inside and does not bother other guests

Would recommend the owner to install a coffee vending machine. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives

^^ The Prestige is located on sunny beach but not on the crowdy, loud party strip of it but further north of the main sunny beach. Because of that it is quiet in the evenings what I prefer

Best aparthotel!! Staff is super friendly and they will help in anything you need. The apartment is very spacious and confortable. The food is amazing, huge variety and super good

You will have lots of swimming pools and animation for kids. We came last year and this year again. We had a fantastic time here celebrating my birthday

The apartment with the balcony on a central location has a superb view looking at the swimming pool and the sea. Excellent service with daily cleaning and change of towels. The breakfast buffet is excellent

We had a good stay! Very clean, comfortable, big pool and near the beach. Taxi's waiting outside if you go on a night out. Not so expensive 20lev to the sunny beach main strip 😀

You pay extra to get VIP service as such but it was a farce at the Preferred pool area, anybody could go in due to the fact orange towels are issued with your bag on arrival but once they were put for wash you were given brown towels the same as all hotel guests so in my opinion it’s wasn’t really worth the extra money

There was a large pool and a with a swim up bar and easy access to the beach. The entertainment team were brilliant,great fun was had with the daytime activities which enabled us to meet some lovely people

All in all this hotel was amazing and we are avid travellers staying in quite high end hotels throughout the year and place this hotel on a high rating. The beach was beautiful although we didn’t use it

The orange towels were to differ you from other guests, we did ask at reception but told no more as they were waiting on an order for them coming in 🤪🤪🤪

The best hotel I have ever stayed in!! We have had the most amazing time. On arrival we were greeted at reception, checked in and had our luggage taken upstairs to the 5th floor for us

If we needed to ask a question such as where is the bus stop or the free bus to the aqua park they were more than happy to help and even allowed us to take a picture of the bus routes

We have only popped in here for food and drinks about 3 times so far this week. Every visit was a great experience, staff are friendly and helpful. Food and prices are brilliant, drinks are ice cold

So good hence why we keep popping back. Top marks for the outside area, clean and tidy too, pool looks great. But we've not stayed within the hotel but have used their toilet whilst visiting

Helena's beach access is perfect as well, perfect and secluded from the more touristy areas. Overall, really really great experience

The rooms are immaculately kept, and the food is varied, creative and locally produced, and tables are laid with fresh linen - lovely! I could live on the soups and fresh bread alone! It has a laid-back vibe, great staff, and it is the only hotel I have ever re-visited and will continue to revisit

The location couldn’t be better: right on the beach and just steps from a lively street full of shops, bars, and restaurants. We had such a great time and would definitely return without hesitation

Hotel is different, but quirky but we liked it. All usual amenities, right on the beach, great pool and gardens. Plenty of choice, fresh and no need to go hungry. Could be little tastier but maybe that's just me

Perfect location 50 meters from the sea, friendly employees, music, water gymnastics, massage, gorgeous sea view, delicious traditional Bulgarian food !! Piano music is played in the evening

I left my bag with new cosmetics in the belongings room. I asked to keep it for a few weeks. I asked if it was okay and nothing would happen to it. I returned to the hotel again for 3 nights

The hotel attracts with a large number of cozy and clean rooms. Clean thoroughly and promptly. I personally have no complaints at all.

They didn't even care that it was stolen, they didn't want to check cameras, nothing, they said we only keep a week on the day I left them, they said we'll keep it for you, and now they only keep it for a week, it was a small bag that didn't even take up space and the storage room was huge empty, no one helped, they just looked at me like what do you want at all In no hotel have I ever had things stolen...

The beach is clean,very comfortable entrance to the sea with children. We live in room 602, with a slice of sea view. The hotel is quiet autumn, a Wake up service. Wifi works perfectly in the room

Near bus stop (2 minutes) and a good supermarket. Room cleaned daily, very clean. The air conditioning in the room works. The hotel has its own pool with free sunbeds for residents

They were constantly cleaning. One area I think needs sorting is the hot tub in the spa area, buttons didnt work, water was murky and the outflow was green. All staff work hard all day every day

Had a fantastic weeks holiday at this hotel, we asked for a quiet room and thats exactly what we got, room was really good, bed comfy

Food choice was extensive constantly refreshed, apart from Sofia in the lobby bar who wouldnt know what a smile is let alone disturb her annoyed look, the staff were friendly and welcoming

The location is perfect with a short walk to the private beach with loungers and umbrellas affording shade and comfort from the heat

Cons: yes you may need to ask for the room to be cleaned at times but who cares. Again you pay peanuts vs what you would get elsewhere. So just ask and stop being spoiled brats on here complaining abt stupid stuff

Is it at the standard of a 5 start in the Maldives , def not but for what you pay you get 5 times more than you would anywhere else. The place is quiet during Sep which is why I love coming here then

I see the last few negative reviews and those are the same people who made things unpleasant and just wanted to get drunk. This isn’t this type of place

Your host Asen is a good hearted human who makes your stay feel welcome and warm. The accommodation is clean, the sauna is brilliant. The meals are tasty, the wine is lovely

I say it’s clean and tidy because the staff are constantly cleaning up after guests, why people cant use one of the many bins provided is anyone’s guess. Housekeeping is great, fresh towels when asked, water refilled ect

The location of this hotel is awesome, right next to the beach with tall hills on the other side. Pretty building all around, there is a supermarket directly behind the hotel but check the dates on perishable items

The views are absolutely stunning, the pool is great, right on the beach, and the food was delicious, with a a wide va of options

Great time with family! We just back yesterday. We had room with beautiful view on mountains and sea (7 level). Amazing food - A lot of different dishes on breakfast, luch and dinner

Hello,so i wanted to tell,that your hotel is pretty good. Because the apartment is very nice,even apartment is having a TV! Every day nice woman cleaning the apartment

In restraine food is no different variety - again not 4*. Poor choice and every day the same. Sunbeds on the beach are sorely lacking, for them the battle with the 6 am who first takes

Had no problems with the change of bed linen and towels. Elevators with a slight delay worked, but it is a trifle. If anyone wants the sea to go on holiday, let no doubt. For children every day animators worked

The outdoor pool is a bit cold in September, but the indoor pool is still hot and there is a sauna. The beach is about 3 minutes away, right next to the strip

Location is perfect, just a couple of minutes away from the beach and an easy stroll to shops, bars etc. special mentions for Anastasia at the pool bar, she was always so friendly & she made the best drinks

The whole hotel is modern, there are several bars and there is a continuous programme of activities during the day - and in the evening there are shows, which are surprisingly entertaining and of high quality

Great hotel, I was there in summer 2023. Loved the atmosphere, service, decorations, music, location, games and animations (foam party in the pool was awesome!). The food and coffee were delicious. I surely recommend.

The meals are as varied as possible, snack bar during the day plus breakfast, lunch and dinner. Surprisingly good quality of everything, sometimes the meat was raw though

Great beach and the place is really calm with many green areas. The aqua park is really fun and near. The villas needs renovation and the parking is really far

In front of the hotel on the beach there is a beach bar and massages. The beach there is perfect!! And the price is small for that you get there ! Best vacation !!!

We stayed at the hotel for 7 days and we were very satisfied! The food was really delicious – varied, fresh, and always plentiful. There was never a shortage of anything, and everyone could find something to their taste

It's a very busy part of town so if you want to be in the mix this is where you should go if you want a quieter stay look and going much further up the strip where it is a more sleepy vibe, but I've got no complaints thanks for the great memories

Lovely location, we had to pay extra for a sea view( 15 leva perday) but so worth it. The rooms are big and good A/C, only little grimes we have are the shower floods the whole bathroom, no lip on the tray

Stayed at worst places, location right next to the beach, bars are right next to the hotel, if you're a light sleeper take some earplugs, rooms facing the sea are the ones affected, we were round the back Room was clean , shower was amusingly low !,bed was uncomfortable, sheets and linen clean, room was cleaned daily to a good standard, cleaner's were friendly and spoke

Location why's, it couldn't be faulted, straight on to the shopping strip and onto the sandy beach which was immaculate. Would I go again? Maybe to the area but not the Hotel

Visible will be miserable mount,ventilation down the boxes from under products. One broken Elevator to wait for the lift-faster to walk up or down the most. I suggest a trip to the fair of fur and leather

The only need in the morning,before Breakfast,to book yourself a sunbed (towel throw), otherwise near our hotel booked and will have to go look all over the beach. The best time for booking at 9 am

I like everything about it. Good looking, but a bit small room's, there is a big and clean swimming pool and a bar. Also loved the food service. It even has a billiard table and table football.

The biggest problem with this hotel are guests who throwing trash on ground, cant use toilets, in dining room they behaving worse than animals. for most guests trashbins are unknown things

Service was great with room cleaners and very good and helpful service in dining room. Sea is very close and pool is cool

When I stayed in this hotel in 2010 it was a five star and now it's a four star even then it wasn't that good the pool was cold and the food was horrible the rooms were dated but they were clean and the staff were friendly

The beach area - sunbeds are on the second line, most with bird droppings after the night, which no one cleaned. The restaurant is a separate part that spoils all the good impressions of the hotel

The animation was amazing! They had different features every night with special guests. The beach was near with enough sun beds and umbrellas.

We stayed 3 days in MPM Hotel Astoria. Our rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Reception was very helpful and the whole hotel was tidy and had a good vibe. No lines to the bar neither in the restaurant

A wonderful place for a family holiday. The room was clean and cozy. The food was various and delicious. The staff were amazing. Especially the animation team - they were fantastic.

All I can say everything was perfect anyone not happy with this hotel should have spent more money.Would highly recommend and will be back next year

Upon checking out told us to hold onto bands for 2 more hours and have lunch and enjoy the complex bit longer. Staff made the trip more enjoyable especially the young girl at bar in lobby

The only negative is the very cold pool, but we always warmed up in the water gymnastics with the animator Lara, she did not let us freeze

Checked into this hotel for a night and found staff so friendly from start to finish. Room basic but amazing shower and comfy beds. Free access to beach bar and beds on beach

Was in a great location right opposite the beach our board was all inclusive but we ate out most nights as the food was catered for the local Bulgarians which was not our taste the coffee is good but it's served in tiny cardboard cups and the drinks are served in tiny and flimsy plastic cups

This is our first time staying at this hotel. There were only positive emotions left, good rooms overlooking the sea, delicious food. The beach is very close, there are hotel sun loungers and a bar

There is no parking lot. The parking lot next to the hotel is ********* ********* for some reason. There is no place on the ground anyway. It is close to the sea but there are no sun loungers or umbrellas in the sea.

I was not a guest there but I walked into the lobby and asked for help with finding a local car rental and the clerk was very helpful she searched on Google and called to make sure they have cars available.

Overall, a good hotel in a great location. Very good breakfast. During our stay, the outdoor pool was closed for part of the time due to murky water. There is also an indoor pool at the hotel.

I had a very pleasant experience visiting this hotel on my solo trip. What caught my eye was the food there - and it was served really well. The kitchen staff did excellent and I would highly recommend anyone to visit.

We stayed for two nights but they failed to tidy and clean the room after the first night until we asked them to do so. We needed to ask them to replace the towels, amenities and water

Breakfast is bad. The variety is small. They collect the remaining cheese and serve 4-5 types of old cheese again the next day.
