I don't think that the hotel should be ****. The apartment wasn't bad (definitely not luxurious); the shower needed to be changed; the rooms were spacious, but the storage space wasn't enough; we had a lovely, big balcony; the kitchen in the room didn't have any tools, not even cups; they cleaned every 1-2 days; fresh sheets were provided once for the 8 night stay; the air-conditioning was working well.
There was just one restaurant and one bar for the all 3 buildings. There were ~3 people servicing the buffet (no self service due to COVID). The line for the food was getting enormous in the most busy hours. One morning I simply decided that I would rather skip the breakfast than wait in the line. No ice cream was offered at any of the meals and we rarely had fruit with the afternoon snack. As it can be expected - there were some very successful dishes and some horrible. 7 out of 8 dinners we had an option with fish. The vegetarian an vegan options were very limited.
The hotel has 2 separate pools (each of them had attached a baby pool to it). One is right next to the restaurant 120-180 in depth. The other one was ~100 - very convenient for small children. The pools are in different parts of the complex, offering shadow in different parts of the day.
The beach is 5 min away. The hotel umbrellas are not enough for all guests, but there is enough space for additional umbrellas if you have one. The beach is nice. There are two bars near the hotel's section.
Dj.Stefano and Mimi are the best. Awesome team and the kids are still singing and dancing on the same songs. Really entertaining animation.
Overall, we had a nice, relaxing holiday but we expected more from a 4* hotel.

Nice all inclusive hotel, love the food and the location to the beach with private part of it. The kids programs are very entertaining and enthusiastic. If i can go back I'll definitely go there.
Limited parking space you have to literally park on the street where there is no protection for your car. No piccolo witch for a 4 star hotel is something beyond imagination. The room was empty , no coffee machine or hot water for tea at least. No forks , knives , cups , glasses or plates the explanation was that usually as all inclusive people get them themselves ( we did not pay for all inclusive and thank god ) thus there should have been at least something in the room. No ice or forms to make some , same principle you need to go down from 5th floor to the "bar" that has working time and get your own. Bars outside near the pool area were not operating. The alcohol that you will get as part of all inclusive is the lowest grade you will find in Bulgaria with no option to pay for something decent at least. Room was dirty with blood stains from mosquitos at the walls and next to your pillow. The bed cover was dirty and used. The bed was shredded in the base and uncomfortable to say the least. Wi-fi you can get only in common areas. No phone list or emergency list. The actual phone was disconnected ... i saw something resembling a phone in the .. bathroom. Wires hanging round in the lift and common areas. All in all would not recommend this place even to people i don't like. The people running this place lack basic hotel management skills and that is clearly understood when you spend 5 minutes it the place or talk with a member of staff. Absolute joke for the money they asking forget about room service or any extras
for the first time faced with the fact that the 6-storey hotel may not work the lifts! the pool water is dirty. In room from water pipes crawl all sorts of nasty centipedes. shown in photo is no gym! In these areas of dirt and debris. on the facades of buildings falling off decorative tiles, grounds unkempt. the property order is not followed: what a group of heavily drunk guests could spend the whole night yelling and disturbing others. Animation: I'm not a doctor, but the impression is that the animator or inadequate or often very drunk
The advertised fitness and gym are not available. The water in the pool is often dirty, the sunbeds at the pool a little. Beach area of hotel is poorly cleaned and at the beach also enough chairs and umbrellas. On the 4* does not pull.

The hotel is on the second line. Very high quality construction. Beautiful facades, green. Restaurant, swimming pools. The owner have not invested in complex funds. The owners maintain the infrastructure, paying for support. Spa no, there is no protection, after the winter, not all elevators are working. Sorry...
