Small hotel is located in the developing resort area of Bulgaria – SV.Vlas, situated at the foot of Stara Planina mountain, near the sea, in a very beautiful place. Perfect for a relaxing holiday.
Built: 2002
Restored: 2006
Location: 40 km from the airport of Burgas, 300 m from the resort centre.
Consists of one 3-storey building.
Only 24 rooms.
Total area: 1000 m2.
Beach: public, sandy beach 70 m from the hotel, 2 line. Umbrellas, sunbeds on the beach – a fee, towels – no.
We accept credit cards: Visa, MasterCard.
Pets: no.
On the hotel territory: 1 restaurant, 1 bar, 1 pool (outdoors), safe-Deposit box at the reception (chargeable), Laundry (chargeable)
For children: 1 outdoor pool, 1 waterslide, children's menu, restaurant – children's chair, children's Playground, baby bed (on request)
The distance to the nearest airport is 40 km.
Policies and conditions
- Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
People 12 years old and over stay for 80% of the adult rate per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Good family hotel, quiet, clean, with tasty food and friendly staff. Very close to the sea, with comfortable rooms. The hotel is small but really nice, with clean swimming pool.

Honestly, I'd like to leave a bad review, just so others don't come here, and I can come back whenever I like 😁
Hotel Panorama is simply fantastic, a small 23 room family run hotel, and honestly, despite it only being 3 stars, if it was being rated on friendliness and quality of service it would get 5+.
The food is simple and home cooked, but always fantastically tasty, and plenty of it. Sure, it's a restricted menu, but if you want a wide and varied Western European buffet, go and stay at a hotel that costs at least 50% more.
The rooms are kept beautifully clean, and the beds are comfortable. It's in a quiet street in Sveti Vlas, close to the beach. If you want somewhere with more life, you are only a bus ride from Sunny Beach, and it costs less than £1.
I will definitely be back if the hotel isn't completely booked up!

Lovely clean family run hotel, we had a balcony and a nice immaculate modern room, the hotel was very quiet but before the season the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice small family hotel very near the beach and not far from a few local shops. Nice big room but bathroom was small. Shower was new and water pressure very good. Air conditioning worked well which was very welcome as it was very hot. Also there was no additional cost. The hotel was spotless throughout. Pool was a good size for a family hoyel. Had a nice outside veranda for drinks in the evening.The only downfall for us was the food. Breakfast was ok, always eggs but mostly salad bits. Dinner only had two choices which didnt suit the kids and they mostly just had chips so had to buy food. Overall not a bad holiday.

A Perfect Hotel To Relax!
I went solo on this holiday and had a wonderful time.
The staff are brilliant especially Tony the owner who goes out of his way to make guests feel welcome.
The hotel is kept spotlessly clean as are the rooms.
Plenty choice at breakfast and dinner and a well stocked bar, I especially liked the Bulgarian lager.
I often ordered lunch which was delicious.
The pool is lovely with plenty of sun loungers, also a two minute walk to the beach.
St. Vlas Marina is great with lots of gorgeous beach bars which feels exclusive to sit with a cocktail.
Chilled on an evening but that's what I wanted on my holiday, I met lots of lovely people at the hotel.
This is the perfect Getaway to rest and recharge your soul.

Great value for money , clean , friendly. Tony and his team have created an atmosphere to create conversation and meet new people if you want to. Always going that extra mile for their customers.

Great place to stay within easy distance to the beach and marina,all shops and town centre are within short walking distance. Pleasant and very friendly staff and rooms spotless.

First class family run hotel. Rooms cleaned daily hotel and all surroundings cleaned daily. Tony the owner will do anything to help you I asked him for kaiserdom beer he had not got any but he did order some for me. All the staff work hard and long days. Hot and cold food was very good could have been a little better but we enjoyed all what we had This hotel is well worth a visit must be the cleanest in the area we shall return
