It was our 6th visit to this hotel, second time this summer! We kinda feel like home here. Initially the room we requested was not available, but the reservation agent did everything, so we can move into the room we requested the next day.

I was totally won over by the Dolce Vita 2. It is definitely the best apartment hotel in Sveti Vlas. Above all, I really liked the proximity to the fine sandy beach with restaurants, bars, very nice staff and children's attractions. In addition, the inner courtyard with the beautiful palm and olive trees gives a pleasant Mediterranean feeling. The pool area gives a wonderful panorama over the black sea. Our apartment was also in very good condition with a wonderful view of the sea and the inner courtyard. In addition, we had our own carport, which is unique in the area. Best regards. We were staying in building 4, ap. #32.
There weren't any blinds and the curtains didn't cover the whole glass doors in the
living room and in the bedroom, which made the apartment very hot.

We went there for a week in a privately owned apartment, but the maintenance (cleaning and repairs) was provided by the complex. Because we went there during the Covid-19 summer, I requested prior to out visit that no cleaning services should be provided while we're in the apartment. Little that I have known, the rooms were dirty and dusty to begin with. I was prepared with cleaning products for the apartment so I had to clean everything on the first day which I didn't expect. Then we realised that the toilet button was broken, so I called reception and it took them 3 days of different people visiting the apartment and looking at the missing button to tell us that they can't fix it. So we stayed the whole time like that. Also, the air-conditioning in the bedroom wasn't working when we got there, but the guys managed to sort that out.
The whole complex is uphill and one should be mentally prepared for all that climbing up and down on their way to and from the beach. If you're an elderly person or have some physical issues, I don't think you can manage those hills.
The only good thing was that they respected our request for no one going in the room without our permission.

Dolche Vita Deluxe: accommodation ok, but just ok. There was a Smell in the bathroom and the air conditioning has not been cleaned for years. The rooms are ok though.
Caution: if you want to book incl breakfast, you better not. Go instead to the nearby restaurants and take breakfast there.

Dolce Vita 1. Good but a little tatty or worn out in places. Low quality furnishing but does the job ok. NOT for anyone that can't handle Hills and steps/slopes. Beautiful scenery and decent enough beach close by help. Aparments have a couple of small pools too which don't seem to get that busy it seems. Aircon in most that I can see which is a boon when it's hot.
