Big hotel with lots of content for kids (kids pools, water slides, playgrounds etc.)

Young staff, willing to help as much as they can, but only receptionists speak English well.

The food was exceptional, especially sweets, but after a couple of days, it started to feel repetitive. The big minus was if you miss any meal for even two minutes out of the schedule, staff will lock the bufee door and turn off the lights, making you very nervous and putting a pressure on you not to miss a meal. So for example, if you have breakfast at 9.30 AM, you already need to have lunch from 12.00 to 2PM, and if you are not hungry in that period, you will need to wait till 6PM for dinner, or buy the food from their paid bar.

The first room that we got was not as near as we booked (sea was barely visible, and we wanted a terrace with a sea view), so they gave us a better room with a beautiful view and a big terrace. The main complaint regarding the room was the smell. It smelled like mauld all the time even if we had all the doors open to ventilate.

All in all, we had a lovely time, and our kid really enjoyed every day's activities, especially disco for kids with hotel's animators. The hotel definitely needs improvement but i still recommend it.

I would very highly recommend Premier Fort to any family no matter the size.
We are a family of SIX visiting for the second time, (as big family’s will know we do struggle to find hotel rooms big enough to cater for us) the rooms available for big family’s do not disappoint. All rooms are supplied with a washer which really helps when having children.

Also the beach is 1 minute walk out of the bottom gate. All gates are secured with security or key card passes.

We had a panoramic see view room this time it was absolutely amazing.

All staff no matter the role are very welcoming and helpful.

The pools are always kept to a very clean standard, there is 3 different sizes to cater for all ages including water slides.

The reception staff and pool bar staff have been very helpful and friendly especially with the little ones.

If you are thinking about visiting then DO NOT HESITATE !!!

Booked a 2 bedroom self catering apartment. Booked in efficiently after midnight by friendly and professional staff. Our rooms were spacious and to a high standard, ac in every room, kitchen, dining table, two bathrooms, two balcony's so we could always sit in the sun. Plenty of room for 2 adults and three kids. Pool area was great, we get up late but always found at least a couple of loungers in a sunny spot while the kids enjoyed the pools and slides. Never tried the food as we like to go out to explore. Taxi 20 to 25 lev into sunny beach. Spend some time in nessebar if you like a bit of culture and real historic architecture. My kids loved to meet Simba the hotel kitten who lives down by the pool toilet area. Drop of some snacks for him please 😍

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. I couldn't get enough of the delicious breakfast spread each morning, and the location was perfect – close to all the attractions I wanted to visit. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

A good location for families with small children.
There is a mini-disco every evening. Even if it is repeated, the children do not mind.
Clean rooms, washing machine, microwave oven, AC, Refrigerator, Boiler, drinking water at the sink.
The food is very good and diverse, the pool is clean and well maintained and the tubes are an attraction for children.
It is the second time we come here and everything seemed very good to us. The beach is not equipped, but it didn't bother us.

What needs to be improved is the wifi. It didn't work at all. There is clearly a need for new equipment, routers that allow more connections.

We have had a fantastic week at this hotel. 2 adults and 3 children. The whole place is spotless, the cleaners are brilliant. Rooms cleaned everyday, fresh towels every day if required, fresh bedding half way through our stay. Staff all really friendly and helpful. Pools are great and food at the pool restaurant is really tasty and reasonably priced. Beach is literally down a path at the back of the hotel, very easily accessible and lovely clear water. Enjoyed an evening trip to the marina, a day in Sunny Beach and trip to Nesebar using the bus which stops just at the top of the road. Restaurants and supermarkets a short walk away. We have had a great week. Sad to be going home!

Great place including if you got kids, the services are very good, the food is amazing and it is close to the beach. My sons liked the kids' program and the animators! I enjoyed every single dinner here. Everything is very clean. The beds are not the best though. Some people from the staff speak mostly Russian, that is a real minus, but they are nice anyway.

Absolutely brilliant hotel. The rooms are cleaned everyday. The pool, restaurant areas are clean, and well kept. Beds comfy. Staff are all happy to help. The animation team are great for kids and adults. They invite you to join but don't push which I find refreshing compared to other big hotels Ive been too. Genuinely only good things to say. Highly recommended for anyone, with or without kids, young or old. Everyone is welcome and catered for here.

We had a wonderful stay at this aparthotel. I think it is quite an affordable place and the services are in accordance with one's expectations of a four star hotel. The food was great and I really appreciated the cleanliness of this place. Amazing sea view, always smiling staff, trying to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. There were daily programmes on the stage but I appreciated the fact that these finished in due time for everyone to be able to have a quiet night sleep. The hotel genuinely deserves the high rating that it has.

Great hotel with an excellent restaurant offering a wide variety of cuisines, including Bulgarian, Italian, and even sushi. There are plenty of attractions and entertainment options for both adults and children. Mini club for kids. Every evening there is a different show – for example, yesterday's programme included a spectacular fire dance performance and a synchronized swimming show in the pool.
The hotel has two swimming pools: one with heated water and a larger pool with two water slides. The staff are very friendly and always helpful. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well equipped, with amenities such as an iron and even a washing machine. It's a great choice for a family holiday.
