I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Check-in was quick, and the team was always ready to help with questions or recommendations. My room was clean, cozy, and well-kept, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout. What stood out most was the warm and genuine service from every staff member, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. I would happily recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

Holiday in this hotel was very nice, area quiet, family friendly, the sea was close by with nice walk, small shops around. Food in the hotel was fine ,but not great. It could be better but nobody stays hungry .I didn't have any digestion problem. I enjoyed trip to Old Nessebar which was around 40 min away from Sveti Vlas. I would return here again. Sea and beach was to my likeness.

Avoid this at all cost. Flies are everywhere, the food was disgusting every day the same food cooked with the same ingredients which sat for 3 hours uneaten from the previous day. Bees everywhere eating the food for hours. Pool not cleaned for the 4 days we were there. Rooms were in awful condition outdated, awful smell coming from the sewage in the bathroom. Housekeeping was incredibly terrible, no one cleaned our rooms just added toilet paper. This hotel deserves only 1 star. Avoid at all cost!

best hotel ever but the peoples next to me was very loud and I was at room with climate installation and got sick + the was family that was fighting and there was blood on the window and one man trow the server boy into the pool also the guy whit beard on the reception is very annoying and the cleaners too room are not cleaning everyday and the rooms was very unclean and messy but the hotel is still good

The hotel offers various food options(no):

The quality of the food is very poor. When I arrived, the sheets were dirty with period stains. At least they changed them when I asked. I don't want to imagine what I would see if I used an ultraviolet light on the sheets. I might even find sperm stains.

The best thing about the hotel is that it's near the sea. Bulgaria is beautiful there. The hotel is decent for sleeping, although one of the bed's legs was broken, causing it to move.

If you take a closer look, it's a 3-star hotel. However, a quick glance at the restaurant sign indicates it's a 2-star restaurant. Well, I'll have to do better research next time. I strongly advise against going there. I've heard that the "Moonlight" hotel is much, much better. They even provide towels. This hotel doesn't provide anything except a small bar of soap.

P.s forgot to mention that you can't lock the door. House keepers who clean the apartment don't even knock. I was full naked when they opened the door. Joke of a hotel

The first two days are fine, then that WOMAN admin is very aggressive and for any reason she calls the police (security) so be careful when visiting the hotel
And the hotel room where I was but it wasn’t very good, there were cracks on the wall and something was not visible, there were cracks, they were wallpaper stickers and it looked super. The pool is not cleaned at all, swimming with leaves is not very good, if you take food not at 12:30 but at 12:27, then please wait until it is exactly 12 and a half
On the last day of the morning I was simply making tea, we are still closed and the tea machine cannot be opened for them either

Stayed for a week and loved it. everyone was friendly and helpful. love to location which is just a 5 minute walk to the beach and to town. love to restaurants and food they offer. room is good size which is something good to have.

3 stars for nice personnel only. Wifi was so bad it only worked in the lobbies. Food was pretty disgusting, if you are vegetarian you can only rely on salads, honestly as with all bulgarian seaside. Room cleaning has it's signature touch - they don't change the bed sheets and dont bring more soap and shampoo... from your window you can easily see whats inside the room of the nearest hotel, obvioisly works visa versa as well. I would say ask for a room on a higher floor because the amount of screaming kids is insane, but there is no elevator in the hotel, so 2nd floor is your max option. The swimming pool is pretty small, but the hotel is close to the beach. nearby are some restaurants with better food.
