Reception area is very gloomy, staff are miserable through out, the only friendly member was the lady standing by the restaurant door. Rooms are very out dated, clean but need updating badly. Had a terrible smell of faeces coming from the drains in bathrooms, it was sorted very promptly though. Around the pool wasn’t the cleanest. Food is average, not great for fussy eaters. Tables were never cleared staff waited until you left until they cleared any plates they were left to pile up. Entertainment wasn’t the best, we spent more time out of the hotel on sunny beach strip, which was lovely but an extra cost to the holiday. If you have a late check out and pay the extra cost to keep a room you still have to be out by 6pm we had to wait 7 hours in reception until we were picked up which isn’t great if you have young children. Over all I’d say it is a 3 star definitely not 4 as stated.

We arrived late at night due to a delay with our flight. The hotel had put on some sandwiches for the guests which was a lovely gesture. In the morning we asked if we could move to a sea view room which they kindly obliged. The staff were friendly and helpful. All the staff at the pool bar were great, but Martina was an absolute star and nothing was too much trouble. The food was good, great choice, perhaps not as hot as I would have liked, but that is to be expected with buffet style. Each evening was a different theme which was good and breakfast was also excellent with many options available. There was also a little cafe if you wanted a sweet afternoon snack. The pools were great, cold, but you great for cooling you down. The hotel was in a great position, close to the action, but not too close. Plenty of bars and restaurants around if you wanted to eat out. We also played crazy golf which was good fun! A great stay all round.

PROS 1. Pools area very clean and pleasant as is the hotel in general and dining room. 2. Food is good quality and plentiful 3. Entertainer Martin, was the only entertainer to come around the sunbeds to introduce himself and engage us to join in activities in our second week stay. He is pleasant and good fun along with his colleague (I didn't get his name) 4. The reception guys Zhelyo and Kosta who were helpful to the max in resolving our dyer situation created by easy jet. So a massive thank you to them. 🙏 5. Always a pleasant greeting when entering the dinning room, which is nice. 6. Overall the hotel and grounds are well kept and a credit them. CONS 1. Appalling WiFi connection especially around the pool 2. Activities advertised had finished the week previously, only darts when the board is fixed up correctly (it fell down) game over, and aqua aerobics. 3. Pools very chilly, not too bad once you in, but..... 🥶 Keep swimming! 4. Used crockery left to pile up on table, only removed when you've finished or requested it to be cleared. 5. Lobby bar is dimly lit and depressing, no atmosphere whatsoever. 6. House keeping is hit and miss. 7. Staff generally are miserable, in the main including the dining room supervisor, who it appears people/guests are an inconvenience. 8. Entertainers didn't engage with guests, we couldn't understand or hear the announcements in our first week of stay. 9. Activity board was not updated on our arrival, so we expected activities as displayed, but we were disappointed as they were finished for the season. 😞

We were blessed with the last 10 perfect sunny (25 degrees) days of the Sunny Beach summer - 15th - 25th September. Walking into the hotel was impressive and we were greeted by a friendly, smiling guy on the front desk who took our bags to our room. The decor in the room could've done with brightening up but it was very clean and towels/bedding were changed most days. We had a 10th floor, sea-view room (1015B), absolutely central to the hotel, which was was spacious with ample storage. The AI food and drinks were good. Plenty of variety. Great breakfast, much variety for both lunch and dinner. Plenty of beautiful salads and lots of small desserts for those with a sweet tooth. White, Rose and Red wine was on tap in both the main buffet restaurant and the snack bar. The bonus was that Becks was on tap and Absolute vodka was part of the AI but you have to ask for it 😉 We went on a couple of excursions but the majority of time was spent on the beautiful beach, chilling and enjoying a dip in the sea and reading. This is a reasonably priced holiday and therefore doesn't deserve some of the negative reviews. Some people are happy to pay cheap prices but expect to be treated like they'd spent thousands. I would definitely recommend this beautiful, symetrical, clean hotel with friendly, efficient staff 🤗

All inclusive stay well worth the price excellent choice of food. Food for every taste and unlimited. Hotel is in perfect location near to the promenade but private from the street view. Security at each entrance so very safe. Rooms are a little dated but very comfortable and very clean. For such a large resort night entertainment was a little disappointing (one man with a saxophone as a musician he was good) but could of been better.

Good points - location is perfect, right on the beach & at the quieter end of the promenade. Hotel is clean and all inclusive drinks are good. There are 2 lovely pools and generally the staff are really friendly. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool & on the beach. There are signs saying do not reserve but it still went on unchallenged. Bad points - Food is repetitive and bland, rooms are a bit dated with over bath shower attachment. Flies/wasps on the food in the snack bar. Our bad experience was that a newly purchased jumper was stolen from our wardrobe in our room but worse was when we brought this to the hotels attention, the Guest Relations manager just fobbed us off & refused to question the housekeeping staff or mini bar stockist who had been into our room. Pretty much calling me & my wife liars!! Real shame as it dampened our feelings towards this hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised after reading some negative reviews. Family of 4 adults. Location was perfect for us, train stop right outside hotel beach side to further up busier end of resort if you wished but within a few minutes walking to the right plenty of shops, pit stops for drinks etc. We came beginning of Sept for a week and it was a lovely chill week, I would not want to come in peak season as I imagine lots more demand for sunbeds and busier in the restaurant. As it was at this time it was fine. The food in main buffet was good overall plenty of choice but any buffet can become monotonous after a while. They also had pool snack bar which was ok for a snack of pizza chips etc but the salads here were open to the elements so flies were about so we would often go into main buffet if we wanted lunch. Whilst around the pool you could go in here and help yourself to soft drinks, hot drinks and unlimited ice creams, they also put afternoon tea in here. There was also the bar between the two pools for drinks including alcohol with nice seating area. The lobby bar was lovely. We went to the ala carte italian and we were very disappointed, lovely environment but food was awful. We ate out once when we went to Nessebar and that was a lovely meal but beware portions are enormous. The hotel is spotlessly clean everywhere, our rooms were serviced daily, new bottle of water supplied daily to room. Some people say hotel is dated but maybe it's just the colour schemes, there are always some areas to improve and I'm sure they have a rolling maintenance programme. I think the rooms could be updated to have walk in showers, not just a shower over the bath. I felt our room was spacious, big large comfy bed, good air con, lots of storage space. The staff were all friendly polite and helpful, I had no issues at all, I would return again for a week and not in peak season.

We have just got back from a two week stay at Majestic hotel and although the hotel is lovely there’s definitely room for improvements. 1. Not enough cushions for sun beds and you do have to be quick if you see one without anyone using it you have to grab it smartish , it seems ridiculous that they have so many sun beds but not enough cushions and believe me you cannot be all day without one. 2. Although food is plentiful it is very bland and dry , after a couple of days we were well fed up with it and ate out a few times, my husband existed on pizza and spaghetti as he wouldn’t wait in the horrendous que . 3. We had a minibar in our room which was supposed to be replenished every other day with soft drinks and water this happened twice in fourteen days , we had to ask reception a few times for water to make a drink. 4. House keeping left a lot to be desired too beds were made everyday and cups cleaned and clean towels except for one day they left no towels at all and again had to get them from reception but other than that no much cleaning . Disappointed there was no bar service outside of the lobby. Other than all these issues we had a good time . Trips: Khan’s Tent a must 👍🏻

I can’t write too much as we came end of season that we didn’t realise , but we enjoyed our stay certain aspects weren’t right but not enough to write home about , if they do read these comments , we did Asian al la carte tonight we were out in 50 mins ,

We have just come back from the best family holiday at this hotel , from Excellent food with great chooses for the kids , very friendly staff , we will ne back next year
