We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing – really friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, especially the themed dinners, and the drinks as part of the all-inclusive were really nice. Everything was very clean, and the pool and garden were lovely places to relax.

There were also fun activities like karaoke and shows in the evenings. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and the main promenade.

Overall, we had an amazing time here. Big thanks to the staff for making the stay so enjoyable.

Stayed at ihotel for a week couldn't fault it at all hotel spotless room cleaning done every day staff lovely and very helpful entertainment with lucky was a good laugh never laughed so much food good was always large selection Location was good too 5 mins walk to beach. Our family of six recently stayed at iHotel Sunny Beach in Bulgaria, and sadly, we all left feeling disappointed.

There were a few positives — bar staff Aleksander and his colleague were excellent, always cheerful and welcoming. The cleaning staff were also friendly and hardworking, and the reception team were polite and helpful throughout our stay.

Unfortunately, the restaurant staff, particularly Irene and the manager, were often rude and unapproachable, which made dining in the hotel uncomfortable.

Outside of the hotel, we also felt that many people in local shops and around Sunny Beach were not very friendly or welcoming. This affected our overall enjoyment of the holiday.

While iHotel Sunny Beach has good facilities and a nice location, the negative attitude from some staff and locals really let the experience down. All six of us felt the same — we wouldn’t visit again and couldn’t recommend it based on our experience.

We are currently staying at this hotel. ALL the staff are extremely friendly. The hotel is spotless and the food is really good considering it is all inclusive which often is not great but this hotel is really good. The wine on all inclusive is also of a very nice standard. Pool towels safe and kettle are all free. The pools are really cold but there is a heated pool inside with a lovely spa. Nothing is too much trouble for anyone. The reception staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

We were very pleased with our stay at iHotel. Sunny Beach itself is a worn-out concrete desert, but iHotel is truly an oasis. We particularly liked the lush courtyard. The restaurant balcony had a pleasant view. The pool area had many sun loungers and was a nice place to relax.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the level of the restaurant. There were many options with fresh, high-quality ingredients. It was clear that there were skilled chefs in the kitchen.

The common areas were cleaned continuously, and in general, the hotel was very, very clean. The staff was accommodating, friendly, and service-oriented.

The hotel was very family-friendly and is located at the quieter end of Sunny Beach. Quiet, in the sense that it is far from nightclubs and bars, but the hotel is right next to an amusement park that plays insanely loud music every evening. Fortunately, the rooms had decent noise insulation.

All in all, very good value for money.

This place is legendary. Everyone is so nice to you, helpful and really works to make your holiday as good as possible. The whole hotel is modern, there are several bars and there is a continuous programme of activities during the day - and in the evening there are shows, which are surprisingly entertaining and of high quality. The outdoor pool is a bit cold in September, but the indoor pool is still hot and there is a sauna. The beach is about 3 minutes away, right next to the strip. The meals are as varied as possible, snack bar during the day plus breakfast, lunch and dinner. Surprisingly good quality of everything, sometimes the meat was raw though. It was extremely positive that we were able to check in and occupy the room by 11 am. An advice to make the experience even better: the bottom of the pools could be a bit cleaner.

Everything was just amazing! We had a wonderful vacation thanks to iHotel. Great personal, quality food, Thai massage and sauna was awesome. I loved that they have a library with a lot of books from where we can choose what to read. Was very close to beach, close to stores and we had a lot of activities to do. 7 nights wasn't enough, we wish we could stay more. For sure we will come back. Thank you iHotel for a great vacation!! ♥️💯♥️

Positive Feedback:
The hotel is undoubtedly a beautiful and well-maintained property, offering excellent value for money. The location is excellent - a couple of minutes from the beach, funfair for the kids across the road and lots of shops and restaurants at the doorstep. The staff are friendly and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The various relaxation areas, including the indoor garden and pool, cater to different preferences. The drink selection is impressive, and the kids' club provides a fantastic space for children to play and socialize. The Balinese massage offered in the spa is a truly relaxing experience. The staff at reception were extremely helpful with every question or request we had.

Constructive Feedback
While the overall experience was positive, there are areas where the hotel could improve. The food, although good in quality, lacked variety. The bathroom amenities, particularly the lack of separate shampoo and conditioner, were below the standard expected of a four-star hotel. Additionally, better noise insulation in rooms is critical for guest comfort as you can hear lots of noise from the evening entertainment of the hotel as well as the funfair across the road. The blinds in the room are not blackout blinds so it gets fairly bight in the room in the mornings.

The gym facilities require attention, with broken equipment, lack of air conditioning, and poor ventilation. The indoor pool's temperature was uncomfortably cold.

Finally, organizing kids' club activities by age would improve the experience for children of different age groups. They run football match every afternoon which is great but having adults, teenagers and small children (as young as 5-6 years old) play all in one group is not much fun for the younger ones as well as just unsafe.

All in all, I recommend the hotel, it is a good value and if we are ever back to Sunny Beach we would definitely consider coming back!

Amazing family hotel with 5 star service. We had food allergies in the family but received excellent help and food to choose from. The staff is very friendly, and Mimi in the animations team makes every day extra. Very clean and tidy everywhere.
The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The rooms are big and clean.
Water bottles are also complimentary.
No problem finding a sun bed by the pool. And easy to choose if you want sun or shade.
The buffet is good and there is something for everyone. Lots of fresh veggies and fruits. And the dessert table is to die for.
We would love to come again in the future.
