This place is used for balls, weddings and celebrations, there are rooms for guests who have had too much in the restaurant and can get a room to sleep in and not drive drunk. The place is located right in the center of the city of Pazardzhik. Around it there are other establishments that guests of the city can visit.

Room was excellent, very clean and comfortable bed. When we arrived we found out there was going to be a party downstairs until 2am. We wish they could have inform us sooner.

Good location - beautiful views, nice and clean rooms, not bad food ... quite unfriendly staff - did not let us play table games in the lobby/restaurant though we were the only guests and booked the hole hotel, started to clean something with vacuum cleaner 8 in the morning, unfriendly attitude. A wonderful place to rest and ride

Outside of Plovdiv is this hotel. Kind staff, with a very spacious apartment (we were 4), and a very nice outside restaurant. They have horses, playground, quite an interesting place, either for a weekend or to stop overnight.

We were celebrating my son's birthday. They have a great base, which I think needs to be worked on a little more. The animator is not worth them, not even. If I had known she was so weak, I would have hired an outsider. But all in all it was a fun time and we left smiling.

An extremely peaceful place - relaxing and energizing with a good feeling. Clean rooms. The biggest attraction is the opportunity to ride or just admire the beautiful horses.

Amazing. I landed here for Dental surgery on the way to Sofia. I was impressed from this hotel. First of all the rooms were big, cozy and they had a balcony with a view of the canal. Second of all the food was amazing. My favorite one was the carbonara. I stayed here because of a conference at the University Paisii Hilendarski. Yes, it's outside of city centre, but there are buses that go quite often (bus station just a 3 min walk from the hotel). I found this hotel just by chance and as a last minute booking . Smart booking system, clean, tidy, spacious rooms, great food and very helpful staff particularly Lilly who was an absolute star. I also got to speak with the manager who takes an interest in all his clients. I will without hesitation be back in the next few weeks.

The reception doesn't know where is free parking. I parked next to the building after asking reception and getting confirmation it's okay to park there. In a couple hours got a fine ticket (looked like because I was a foreigner and no cars with BG plates had the ticket)

We had an absolutely phenomenal stay ! Our experience was made a whole lot better because of the lady at reception called Alex. She was so helpful & accommodating ! We went on our summer holiday in Aura hotel in Velingrad for a few days. It's a lovely hotel with one big pool and a few small ones all with mineral water. Food was delicious. We took opportunity of spa procedures and it was great. Highly recommended.
