It was very clean, the room we've been in had view to the lake The food was delicious, the personnel was nice. It is perfect for escape from the city. It has everything a person needs to relax and reset :)

This place is fantastic, the view is amazing! The hotel is clean and cozy, the staff is very friendly. The spa area is small but really nice, with breathteaking view! The menu in the restorant is short and the food is good. I would definitely visit it again with the kids!

Overpriced for the facilities, which it has. The SPA was just a sauna and steam bath. But the view is amazing

The jacuzzi wasnt working, the lady responsible for the spa wasn't realy kind. For this price there are much better places. The spa is small and there is no pool, they just warm it for us and keep on asking us should they turn off the spa if we are not planing to use it. The hotel is located in the city center, very well renovated and furnished, but it has been closed for a long time. The hotel is closed, the restaurant and the cafe are closed.

A real hotel with reception and keycard for a very nice price. The serve breakfast in the garden. The parking nearby is free.

Great place for families and children. I was very upset by the location of the Villas.

Well sized villas with enough room for everyone. The barbecues outside are pretty big and offer a fantastic place to gather around and prepare some food. The proximity to the dam makes it easy to go for a walk or fishing. The only con I can point out is there are no bath towels, the bath towels are the size of face towel so better bring your own.

Friendly helpful staff, beautiful location. Buffet food was also good. Pool is lovely and warm. My fiancé lost her bracelet in the pool , and staff immediately searched for it and found it. Will definitely return.

The reason i gave only 4 stars is because of the language barrier. Allmost none of the staff speaks english, all the food descriptions at the morning and evening buffes where in bulgarian, kirilic caracters, and all the tv where whith the menu in bulgarian. Another drawback was the werry poor wireless coverage, that was almost nonexistent in the rooms. This being said, the overall experience was great...

The hotel is very good. Rooms are spacious with beautiful view to the lake. I didn't use the spa but what I saw looks good. The food in the restaurant was also great but I was disappointed by the service which was slow and rude even though there was no one in the restaurant. However, I rate it with 4⭐️.

The rooms were clean and nice. The restaurant offered some delicious options. They agreed to prepare for us sandwiches in the morning instead of the regular breakfast, as we had to leave very early.

The hotel is nice and the restaurant is very tasty and quick service, but the amenities are very limited. There's only sauna and jacuzzi, and are limited per request and additional payments. The rooms are clean but there isn't much of a view since you're in the middle of the road. It has a comfortable location if you plan on moving around with a car and there's parking.

The hotel is in a very quiet and peaceful place. The room was spacious and clean. The service is good. The spa is small but good for the capacity of the hotel. Nice place. Magnificent view of Batak Dam. The staff is great. The rooms are clean. Only for us everywhere in the hotel was very warm. For people who love the heat, it's great. They do not save on heating. We were in February, but I think summer will be even better. Winter is cold (most attractions along Batak Dam are not available in winter), yet it is a mountainous area. The hotel is reasonably fine. The rooms were alright. Food at the restaurant as well. The good thing was that there were no other people so it wasn't crowded. Even though it's called "The view", it doesn't have much of the view left. Unfortunately it doesn't have SPA facilities available either which was a disappoitnment for us.

We were accommodated in the 2nd building (behind the restaurant) and the room was not properly cleaned. The bathroom looked like it was last cleaned at least two weeks ago, one of the towels was quite old and its edges were trimmed. Ok for one night sleep, but far from comfort

We had an absolutely phenomenal stay ! Our experience was made a whole lot better because of the lady at reception called Alex. She was so helpful & accommodating ! The room, bedroom & bathroom looked exactly like the pictures, if not better. As it was freezing temperatures the heater warmed the entire place up in no time ! It was a perfect location as we had Kaufland on our door step.

The reception is very helpful. Immaculate hotel. The only drawback is parking fee. But you are likely to find parking space in and around the front.

I was there with my girlfriend for the weekend, looking for a place to take a break and relax. Everything was good until we visited the spa centre .. Park hotel Sankt Peterburg in Plovdiv is one of the best hotel in the city. Incredible hotel as regards the facilities, interior design restaurant. The attraction of the hotel is the movable roof on the facing floor at the restaurant. I stayed in a single room with breakfast and dinner included. There is a good choice at the buffet. It was my first experience tasting Bulgarian food and it was delicious. The hotel is in a good location. Close to the train station and hiking trails. It feels so refreshing to come back from a day outside and then go soak in the pool or do a sauna session. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Old school yet quite budget. Reminds me of the 70s hotels in Spain. Rooms were clean and mattress very comfortable. Swimming pool with mineral water, Finnish Sauna and small pool for the small ones.
