The best hotel in Pazardzhik! The rooms are quite luxurious,clean and quiet.The breakfast is very delicious.

Ok, everything clean, parking also for vans, hotel and Shell gas station.

The staff here are amazing. They have all helped me in different ways this trip.

We spend the night only, it was fine, clean nothing special...I wouldn't stay for longer than that

A very nice hotel,but without cooking facilities.Making it necessary to eat in restaurant's all the time. Basic TV and no Wifi. otherwise a nice quiet hotel. I would come again.I went back to the hotel on the 23 April,and stayed for 4 days before moving on to my friends in Tserovo. I enjoyed it again. nice and quiet.

It is probably amazing place. But they don't wotk in Sunday which makes it almost impossible for travelares that use the only two non -working days to visit nise places. They lose

Hotel is ok, rooms are spacious and modern. No balcony. Breakfast rather average for a 4* hotel. Central, but gad to use google maps to find it again when going out.

We stayed in this hotel for one week and it was amazing! People by the reception are one of the kindest people we met and very helpful, we had some problems with other guests and the staff took care of all, definitely coming back to Pazardzhik since is so cheap and wonderful city with free zoo and a lot of park's! Very nice hotel in the center of Pazardzhik. It is build with attention to detail and obviously with a lot of love from owners and it is guided by very professional and helpful management, ready to help in every situation. Very nice breakfast, very clean and big rooms and bathrooms (bigger than your avarage 4 star hotel) with lovely furniture and extras in the rooms. There are plenty of good restaurants...

I liked the room interior, the side, the style, the comfort, the cleanliness, the staff service - everything was great. The property matched my expectations much more than my guesses. Highly recommend it for your stay in the city! 😊

If you are by car, this is a problem, since it is located in the very center of the blue zone and there is really only one free parking space, but this is + since it is in the very center of the old city. This place is used for balls, weddings and celebrations, there are rooms for guests who have had too much in the restaurant and can get a room to sleep in and not drive drunk. The place is located right in the center of the city of Pazardzhik. Around it there are other establishments that guests of the city can visit.

Room was excellent, very clean and comfortable bed. When we arrived we found out there was going to be a party downstairs until 2am. We wish they could have inform us sooner.

Didn't get the room I reserved. The breakfast was great but only an average hotel.

The friendly of the staff that genuinely helpful. They went above to accommodate us by cater our breakfast beyond our expectations. Recommended and definitely will come back. I think they deserve more than one star.

Cozy restaurant with great Bulgarian cousine. Air contodioned but old and not too "fresh" rooms. The restaurant gets quite noisy in the evening - actually you can even hear the turmoil in the rooms. Poor parking conditions and unstable wifi.
